The general overseer featured on Thursday at the Holy Communion Service of the May Edition of the church’s Holy Ghost Service. The PUNCH had earlier reported that the younger Adeboye died in his sleep on Wednesday in Eket, Akwa Ibom State, where he was based with his family. If you think it is easy to handle youth affair in one branch, not to talk of a region, show us what you have done. This one calls someone attending to youth issues, a nepotism. Who is this uncircumcised philistine that's railing against Christianity and Islam? How can someone dwell on the issue that he knows nothing of. Christianity that you stupidly describe as white-man religion was here within the 100AD. Africa practice Christianity before Europe ever smelled it. . Can he tell me when ogún, Sango, etc were BORN? All came into existence just below a thousand years ago. Let's come back home. How did his father handle women? Like cheap commodities. He married tens of them in one day (even great cars are not acquired that cheap). Wives at, who couldn't put up with the belittling of women left abàmì eda and mo attempt (known to the public) was made to appease and restore them.. What philosophy is it that use women like tissue paper - 2-some, 3-some etc)? |

It was a great time celebrating 40 years of excellence and God’s grace at Faith Tabernacle, Canaanland. We are thankful to God for the lives of David and Faith Oyedepo and the entire Living Faith family. It is my prayer that God will continue to lift them from Glory to Glory in JESUS name (AMEN). By Abdulaziz Abdulaziz Fri Apr 30 2021 Four days after he renounced his earlier repentance and returned to the forest, Auwal Daudawa, best known for his role in the abduction of 300 schoolboys in Katsina State has been killed by a rival gang. Reliable sources informed Daily Trust that Daudawa was shot dead during a gun duel with a rival gang at Dumburum forest located between Zurmi Local Government in Zamfara State and Batsari Local Government in Katsina State, on Friday evening. Insurgency: I’ll change the narrative in Borno – Zulum Impeachment: Senators, Reps divided as Afenifere backs Mbaka’s verdict on Buhari The notorious bandit shot to prominence after he masterminded attack on Government Secondary School, Kankara, where he abducted over 300 schoolboys. Two months later, the bandit appeared in Gusau, capital of Zamfara, along with five of his men where he announced his repentance and handed over 20 AK-rifles and other weapons to the police. On Thursday, this newspaper exclusively reported Daudawa’s return to the trenches after he vacated his new abode in Damba, the outskirts of Gusau. Sources told our reporter that Daudawa was killed while leading his men on a revenge attack on boys loyal to another bandit called Ballolo. It was gathered that while Daudawa was in Gusau following his repentance, some armed members of the Ballolo camp attacked the position of his men in an attempt to rustle their cattle, killing two of Daudawa’s gang members in the process. Daudawa was said to have vowed to retaliate. A source told Daily Trust that while Daudawa’s gang succeeded in killing some persons in the opposing gang, their leader was gunned down by Ballolo’s boys. Confirming the story to Daily Trust, Zamfara Commissioner for Security and Home Affairs, Abubakar Dauran, said Daudawa was killed after he murdered somebody and rustled his cattle. “After he swore by the Qur’an never to go back to his old ways, we heard that he went back under the guise of going to attend wedding of his relatives but he instead resumed his illegal activities. “We heard that he killed someone and attempted to rustle his cattle but the other people in the forest rose up to him and killed him in the process,” he said. https://dailytrust.com/breaking-abductor-of-kankara-schoolboys-shot-dead

Jesus Christ is my personal Lord and Saviour. The Biafrans have started nurturing the cobra that would consume them tomorrow. There is no good one among the offsprings of pythons. Something must be done now because it is a matter of time before an evil tree (like this) bears evil fruit. |
Amotolongbo:There were no lazy pupils that time because, with time, they would be frustrated with repeats. Unlike today that the dullest are never thought of failing ordinary classroom work. This is rampart in private schools. The rot, started showing some 30 years ago but now it's above 95 percent in the private schools. |

Amotolongbo:A harmless question was asked and you can provide any answer but this epistle. Go ask them ; many of their junior ones are still being helped by contracted home teachers when they are still idle, doing nothing. It boils down to the fact that, they can't really/successfully prepare their junior ones for common JS 3 (Junior WAEC) How many application letters have I received from them? The worst comes when you ask them to write it in your presence- It is not about speaking English. That doesn't require a bit of education to come by |

How many graduates of nowadays can attempt these papers successfully? |
These were exam questions in1946 for 'Middle IV' which is the equivalent of JS2 now, I believe. I wonder how many of our graduates now could pass these exams easily. No wonder our secondary school leavers of the past could think deeper and ask questions better than many people that carry themselves around today as graduates. Sad. I am of the opinion that we need to restructure our educational system by strengthening free primary and secondary education. We need to have more technical schools to encourage the trades. As for tertiary education for our youth, we need to develop a realistic, reliable and sustainable funding model that will ensure independence of the university system and also quality delivery therefrom. For now, we seem to be obsessed with building our universities on large expanse of lands with buildings all over the place but fail to equip and supply laboratories therein. I think we need to restructure our educational system to aim at bringing out people at all levels that can create jobs. Not just job-seekers.
