MULTI BILLION NAIRA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE CENTRE PROJECT INCLUDING 160,000 CAPACITY AUDITORIA AND OTHER FACILITIES -Deeper Life Church gives update. *You are going to see something international, the standard of God’s vision -declares Pastor Kumuyi. The Deeper Life Bible Church yesterday displayed a video of the ongoing Deeper Life Conference Centre Project at the ongoing 6 day program tagged ‘SOARING ABOVE’ and holding from Thursday 22 to Tuesday 27th April 2021. The programme which is in two parts – The Crusade and Youths Achievers’ Summit has been transmitted so far to the 19 Northern States, including locations within the FCT, via Satellite and Zoom. The Deeper Life Conference Centre (DLCC) is situated at kilometre 42, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. DLCC is a minimum of 362.71 hectares or 895.89 acres. According to the Church, Pastor W. F. Kumuyi’s vision of physical development as a factor of church growth gave birth to this project. The Centre has been described as the City of God’s people where men, women, youths and children will look up to heaven and receive spiritual help from God. The design is somewhat similar to Salvation Ministries’ Cathedral though larger. Some highlights are the ultra modern twin auditoria with 160,000 total capacity, a 6 Floor Tower Complex with 4 Wings, hostel accommodation for male and female members as well as banks, a library and Fuel Station among many others. The adult auditoria are built to take 160,000 participants in a single programme. Due to the size of the complex, two major dual carriage ways (about 2.25 kilometres each) from the gate run parallel to each other along West-East axis and are linked up at strategic points with dual carriage ways labelled alphabetically. The road network, sidewalk, bus stops, breakdown parks, and the car park will now be upgraded and are all designed to ease human and vehicular traffic congestion. The adult auditoria are in-between the two major roads. Each of the 9 main adult auditoria fanned out from the sides of a hilly semi-circle rostrum, on a straight line, to a distance of about 250/ 50 meters (820/164 feet) at least. Church Gist. Thus, the auditoria are accessible from almost all sides in the complex. The youth camp is located to the right and the children camp to the left of the adult auditoria. The residential areas are located some distance away from the auditoria to preserve the serenity concomitant of wholesome and deeper communion with God. Besides, the structural design of DLCC incorporates modern and wonderful facilities for the comfort of participants during programmes. This includes accommodation, water treatment/boreholes, sewage treatment plant, cafeteria, kitchen, satellite sales points, exhibition centre, and welfare block, communication tower/outfit and electricity. For instance, power is supplied through electrical conduit for both internal and external electrification. The streetlights in the conference centre make it a beautiful city. There are stand-by power generating sets equipped with Auto Mains Failure (AMF) mechanisms. It is intended that when the project is completed‚ a bank, fuel dump, library, etc would also be located at different points for the benefits of participants. Speaking as recently as Easter Retreat in April 2019, Pastor Kumuyi spoke to members on the need to develop it from the present state to an ultra modern facility including a minimum of 3 star hotel standard for all members. Church Gist.He admonished members to give towards the project, saying it will cost billions of naira from members to complete the project. Speaking, he said .....”Our leaders all over the world met recently. They came over here and they went around this complex. They went everywhere, and then they came back to have a meeting together. And they said all of us, we want to raise this Deeper Life Conference Center to an international standard. And we are planning. We are planning for hundreds of thousands even more than those who are here and that everyone will have at least a three-star hotel accommodation. And you will not be on the side of the road, or there or there. You have not seen anything at the DLCC here. And they said we have a DLCC or we are going to have a DLCC of God's own vision and we make that our own vision and it becomes something international. There is one prayer I’m praying for you. Are you ready? I said there is one prayer I am praying for you. Are you ready? You will not die before that time [Amen]. Your eyes have seen the beginning of DLCC, you will remain alive [Amen]. Church Gist.Every sickness, every disease, every infirmity that will knock at your door before this DLCC is completed I command come out in Jesus name. You have seen DLCC when it was, you know just like this. You will see something. Something international. Accommodation- all those tents there, they call it white house, they call it green house, they call it a beautiful house we will push them aside. And within a short time you are going to see something international. We’ll have accommodation for our ministers, accommodation for our workers, accommodation for our newcomers, accommodation for our guests, accommodation for international people, and it's going to be a great thing in Jesus name [Amen]. But now, where will the money come from? Are we going to go to the cement industry and say Deeper Life is building DLCC donate cement, donate iron, donate this and donate that? Where will the money come from? The money will come from you. Where are you? I say where are you? If you don't have any job now because of this DLCC, I proclaim in your life, job come in Jesus name [Amen]. For the sake of the Lord and for the sake of this edifice we want to build, a new level of prosperity will come your life [Amen]. A new level of inheritance will come your life [Amen]. All the people that are owing you here and there for the benefit of proclaiming the gospel here internationally, all those people will pay you in Jesus name [Amen]. Where your prosperity is hiding, the Lord will open the door, he will supply all our needs in Jesus name. We are not talking of looking for millions, we are talking of billions. But that billion will come [Amen]. I said it will come [Amen]. In our districts, in our groups, our leaders will be talking to us and you will even beyond what you have now, you are going to give, in Jesus name. The Lord will prosper you [Amen]. I see that we even have to extend now our car pack over here because those who have been walking and walking on their bare feet you will stay before your steering and you will drive into this camp [Amen] and our newcomers you are not left out of this. You have become part of us now, the Lord will enrich you and the Lord will bless you and everyone we are going to be part of this in Jesus name [Amen]. Church Gist. Why don’t you just raise your voice to the Lord on this particular issue, I'll be part of this, I'll be part of this, I'll be part of this, I'll be part of this, I'll give, not just thousands, I will give millions, millions, millions . I will give cheerfully, I will give wholeheartedly, I will give, I will give, you will give and the Lord will prosper you. And then not only are you are going to see a Deeper Life Christian Centre of international standard on this end, God will give you mansions in Heaven” he concluded. Since the project kicked off in 2001, members of Deeper Life Bible Church at home and abroad have continued to support it through their financial contributions.

Let us laugh bc laughter is the best medicine If George Floyd case happened in Nigeria: 1. Derek Chauvin would be transferred to another State as punishment. 2. The governor would set up a committee to investigate what Derek Chauvin did. 3. Police would invite that young lady who recorded the incident on her phone. She would be asked to give statements upon statements until she's tired of everything. 4. DPP's advice will not come in 3 years. 5. George Floyd family would ask to be allowed to mourn him in peace and thus, not interested in prosecution. 6. The governor would give his daughter scholarship. 7. Police would kill 5 protesters during the protests. 8. Some people from some parts of the country and from certain political party would tag the protests as attempt to remove the president from office. 9. Kinsmen of Chauvin would carry placards and allege witch-hunting by some political bigwigs. 10. Deji Adeyanju would write Foreign Embassies to place the IGP and COP on travel ban. 11. During trial, Chauvin would arrive court in a stretcher taking drips. He would have spinal and brain disease. He would be unable to stand, sit, lie down or breathe. He would need urgent medical attention abroad and as such the case would be adjourned for a year. 12. Derek's lawyer would object to calling the young lady who recorded the incident as a witness. The court would overrule the objection and then the lawyer would appeal the ruling up to the Supreme Court. 13. Lai Mohammed would have listed conviction of Chauvin as one of the achievements of Buhari. It happened because of Buhari's body language and spartan nature. 14. PDP would have called the conviction victory for democracy and that the police has become APC's killer squad. 15. Aisha Yesufu and Oby Ezekwesili would have called Press Conference to state that the daily sit out protests on #JusticeforFloyd continues as it has become a metaphor for all victims of police brutality in the world and that they would not stop protesting until all victims of police brutality in the world get justice. 16. Femi Fálànà would have granted an interview to explain how the State High Court has no power to convict for 3rd degree murder. 17. Sahara Reporters would have reported that an undisclosed source in heaven disclosed to them that George Floyd is indifferent to the judgment as his neck is still paining him. Welcome to Nigeria !!! |

The remains of three students were found today (Friday), in Kwanan Bature village, a location close to the university and have been evacuated to a mortuary by the Commissioner, Internal Security and Home Affairs, and Force Commander, Operation Thunder Strike, Lt.Col. MH Abdullahi. Governor Nasir El-Rufai has condemned the killing of three students as sheer wickedness, inhumanity and an outright desecration of human lives by vile entities. He went on to say that the armed bandits represent the worst of humankind and must be fought at all cost for the violent wickedness they represent.

PASTOR ENENCHE MAKES STATEMENT IN LINE WITH CHURCH GIST ON THE PURPORTED ACQUISITION OF PRIVATE JET *Says we do not need to buy or acquire an equipment before we can own it. We want to appreciate all our wishers for wishing us well in the journey of our life and Ministry. We became aware of certain fake news flying in the air regarding our purported acquisition of a private jet, and we would like to make the following points clear: 1. The possession of a private jet for the purpose of easy, stress-less and aggressive spread of the gospel is not a luxury but a basic and vital necessity. 2. By God's grace, we do not lack the capacity to acquire or own a private jet for the sake of the gospel. 3. However, the news of our acquisition of a private jet that is currently making rounds is absolutely false and totally untrue. Having said the above, it is important to note the following for the records. The picture of the jet making rounds is that of an aircraft, N838BB HAWKER 800XP (HS25), belonging to a private aviation company that was chartered in December 2019 for a series of crusades in Benue State. Our Position on the acquisition or ownership of a private Jet: 1. If the private jet is an equipment for kingdom assignment, then it cannot be considered an achievement. Though congratulations for a worthy feat is natural, especially among loved ones and well wishers, it is not necessary in this case. After all, who was ever congratulated for buying a microphone with which to preach the gospel? Nobody was ever congratulated for buying a Bible, a keyboard, amplifiers, speakers, drum sets or other sound and crusade equipment for kingdom assignment. So, it is pointless to send congratulatory messages for what is a basic work tool for kingdom evangelistic assignment. 2. The greatest congratulations we would ever like to receive is from our Master at the end of the journey for souls won, lives transformed and destinies changed in the course of our assignment on the earth with the statement: "Well done, thou good and faithful servant." 3. We do not need to acquire or buy an equipment before we can own it. 4. We have the capacity to announce by ourselves, whatever we deem news-worthy. God bless you all, and may the peace of the Lord abide with you as you stay faithful and remain committed to the truth. This is the truth! Take it and spread it. The two photos are of the same people, five friends and classmates at the famous Christ’s School, Ado-Ekiti in Nigeria. The bottom picture was recorded in June, 1977, just after the friends completed their West African School Certificate Examinations, WASC, as teenagers. Forty years later, precisely in October 2017, the friends met again in their old school and took the top photo in the same standing arrangement ! MURIC to Pantami: don’t let anyone blackmail you to resign 4 hours ago By Samuel Oamen The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has urged the Minister of Communications and Digital Planning, Dr. Isa Pantami, to ignore calls by some people that he should resign. There have been calls for Pantami to resign over his alleged ties to terrorists sects. Pantanmi, who described the campaign for him to step down as politically motivated, renounced some the controversial statements he made in the past. But that did not stop those who asked President Muhammadu Buhari to fire him from continuing with their campaign. In a statement issued by its director, Professor Ishaq Akintola, MURIC said everyone has their past. “A section of the Nigerian press published reports of calls being made by some people for the resignation of Dr. Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami over the fake news that the US had placed him on its watchlist. The second allegation was that the minister had made certain radical pronouncements in the past. “It is a baseless call and it should be ignored. After all, the US itself has denied it. Dr. Pantami has been enjoying unhindered multiple entry to the US for a very long time. Read Also: Buhari’s aide, Ministry under fire over support tweets for Pantami “Even Facebook, the US based social media giant had Pantami’s picture on Facebook’s digital board for several hours as a mark of honor and respect during one of his numerous visits to that country. “The campaign of calumny is being pushed by forces against the Federal Government’s NIN policy, Boko Haram terrorists, bandits, criminals in general and political IDPs (Internally Displaced Politicians). No one who has the love of Nigeria at heart will support such a malicious and frivolous allegation. “It is a well-known fact that NIN is designed to expose the true identity of criminals like Yahoo Yahoo boys, bandits and kidnappers who use the internet and telephone to extort money from foreigners and families of kidnapped victims. “They live a life of Mr. Jekyll and Hyde : respected gentlemen in the day but dangerous criminals at night and on lonely alleys. “They have become jittery ever since the NIN policy was introduced by Pantami’s Ministry of Communications and Digital Policy. “They are among those who stand to benefit from Pantami’s resignation. As for the political IDPs, their motive is to ensure that no project initiated by the current administration succeeds. “The implications of Pantami’s resignation at this crucial stage are too gloomy to contemplate. It is a national security issue. The NIN scheme, our hope for dealing a technical blow on terrorism, insurgency, kidnapping and all sorts of criminality in the country will suffer suffocating palpitations. “There will be a break in monitoring. It is better for us to allow the man who started it to finish it. If any problem arises after we have changed hands in the middle of its implementation, the new boss will easily shift the blame. It will then be a double tragedy. Let the beginner be the finisher. #beginnermustbefinisher “In the interest of our great country, Nigeria, we therefore charge Dr. Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami to ignore calls for his resignation. An agitation for resignation which is not based on sincerity and truth must be resisted by patriots. “This campaign for the minister’s resignation is in bad taste. It is pregnant with ulterior motives. Pantami must not surrender. He must not succumb to cheap blackmail. A captain does not abandon ship in stormy waters. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.” https://www.google.com/amp/s/thenationonlineng.net/muric-to-pantami-dont-let-anyone-blackmail-you-to-resign/amp/ |

9 Things You May Not Know About Albert Einstein Einstein’s groundbreaking scientific ideas made his name a synonym for genius, but he was also famous for his pacifist views and support of the civil rights movement. Explore nine surprising facts about one of the towering minds of the 20th century. EVAN ANDREWS 1. Einstein didn’t fail math as a child. albert einstein Albert Einstein at age 14. (Credit: ullstein bild/ullstein bild via Getty Images) Underachieving school kids have long taken solace in the claim that Einstein flunked math as a youth, but the records show that he was actually an exceptional, if not reluctant, student. He scored high grades during his school days in Munich, and was only frustrated by what he described as the “mechanical discipline” demanded by his teachers. The future Nobel Laureate dropped out of school at age 15 and left Germany to avoid state-mandated military service, but before then he was consistently at the top of his class and was even considered something of a prodigy for his grasp of complex mathematical and scientific concepts. When later presented with a news article claiming he’d failed grade-school math, Einstein dismissed the story as a myth and said, “Before I was 15 I had mastered differential and integral calculus.” 2. No one knows what happened to his first daughter. Book cover for “Einstein’s Daughter: The Search for Lieserl” by Michele Zackheim. (Credit: Urbano Delvalle/The LIFE Images Collection/Getty Images) In 1896, Einstein renounced his German citizenship and enrolled at the Swiss Federal Polytechnic School in Zurich. There, he began a passionate love affair with Mileva Maric, a fellow physicist-in-training originally from Serbia. The couple later married and had two sons after graduating, but a year before they tied the knot, Maric gave birth to an illegitimate daughter named Lieserl. Einstein never spoke about the child to his family, and biographers weren’t even aware of her existence until examining his private papers in the late-1980s. Her fate remains a mystery to this day. Some scholars think Lieserl died from scarlet fever in 1903, while others believe she survived the sickness and was given up for adoption in Maric’s native Serbia. 3. It took Einstein nine years to get a job in academia. Einstein in 1905. (Credit: Topical Press Agency/Getty Images) Einstein showed flashes of brilliance during his years at the Zurich Polytechnic, but his rebellious personality and penchant for skipping classes saw his professors give him less than glowing recommendations upon his graduation in 1900. The young physicist later spent two years searching for an academic position before settling for a gig at the Swiss patent office in Bern. Though menial, the job turned out to be a perfect fit for Einstein, who found he could breeze through his office duties in a few hours and spend the rest of the day writing and conducting research. In 1905—often called his “miracle year”—the lowly clerk published four revolutionary articles that introduced his famous equation E=mc2 and the theory of special relativity. While the discoveries marked Einstein’s entrance onto the physics world stage, he didn’t win a full professorship until 1909—nearly a decade after he had left school. 4. He offered his wife his Nobel Prize as part of their divorce settlement. Einstein with his first wife Mileva Maric c.1905 (Credit: Ann Ronan Pictures/Print Collector/Getty Images) After his marriage to Mileva Maric hit the rocks in the early 1910s, Einstein left his family, moved to Berlin and started a new relationship with his cousin, Elsa. He and Maric finally divorced several years later in 1919. As part of their separation agreement, Einstein promised her an annual stipend plus whatever money he might receive from the Nobel Prize—which he was supremely confident he would eventually win. Maric agreed, and Einstein later handed over a small fortune upon receiving the award in 1922 for his work on the photoelectric effect. By then, he had already remarried to Elsa, who remained his wife until her death in 1936. 5. A solar eclipse helped make Einstein world famous. Photograph of the May 1919 solar eclipse captured by Arthur Eddington, which proved Einstein’s theory of general relativity. (Credit: SSPL/Getty Images) In 1915, Einstein published his theory of general relativity, which stated that gravitational fields cause distortions in the fabric of space and time. Because it was such a bold rewriting of the laws of physics, the theory remained controversial until May 1919, when a total solar eclipse provided the proper conditions to test its claim that a supermassive object—in this case the sun—would cause a measurable curve in the starlight passing by it. Hoping to prove Einstein’s theory once and for all, English astronomer Arthur Eddington journeyed to the coast of West Africa and photographed the eclipse. Upon analyzing the pictures, he confirmed that the sun’s gravity had deflected the light by roughly 1.7 arc-seconds—exactly as predicted by general relativity. The news made Einstein an overnight celebrity. Newspapers hailed him as the heir to Sir Isaac Newton, and he went on to travel the world lecturing on his theories about the cosmos. According to Einstein biographer Walter Isaacson, in the six years after the 1919 eclipse, more than 600 books and articles were written about the theory of relativity. 6. The FBI spied on him for decades. Credit: Roger Viollet/Getty Images Shortly before Hitler rose to power in 1933, Einstein left Berlin for the United States and took a position at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey. His support for pacifist, civil rights and left-wing causes had already drawn suspicion from J. Edgar Hoover’s FBI, and after his arrival on American shores, the Bureau launched what would eventually become a 22-year surveillance campaign. Agents listened to the physicist’s phone calls, opened his mail and rooted through his trash in the hope of unmasking him as a subversive or a Soviet spy. They even investigated tips that he was building a death ray. The project came up empty handed, but by the time Einstein died in 1955, his FBI file totaled a whopping 1,800 pages. 7. Einstein urged the building of the atomic bomb—and later became a proponent of nuclear disarmament. Credit: ullstein bild/ullstein bild via Getty Images In the late-1930s, Einstein learned that new research had put German scientists on a path toward creating the atom bomb. The prospect of a doomsday weapon in the hands of the Nazis convinced him to set aside his pacifist principles and team up with Hungarian physicist Leo Szilard, who helped him write a letter urging President Franklin D. Roosevelt to conduct atomic research. Though Einstein never participated directly in the Manhattan Project, he later expressed deep regrets about his minor role in bringing about the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings. “Had I known that the Germans would not succeed in producing an atomic bomb, I never would have lifted a finger,” he told Newsweek. He went on to become an impassioned advocate of nuclear disarmament, controls on weapons testing and unified world government. Shortly before his death in 1955, he joined with philosopher Bertrand Russell in signing the “Russell-Einstein Manifesto,” a public letter that stressed the risks of nuclear war and implored governments to “find peaceful means for the settlement of all disputes between them.” 8. He was asked to be president of Israel. Einstein in 1948. (Credit: Alfred Eisenstaedt/Pix Inc./The LIFE Picture Collection/Getty Images) Though not traditionally religious, Einstein felt a deep connection to his Jewish heritage and often spoke out against anti-Semitism. He was never a staunch Zionist, but when head of state Chaim Weizmann died in 1952, the Israeli government offered to appoint him as the nation’s second president. The 73-year-old wasted little time in declining the honor. “All my life I have dealt with objective matters,” Einstein wrote in a letter to the Israeli ambassador, “hence I lack both the natural aptitude and the experience to deal properly with people and to exercise official function.” 9. Einstein’s brain was stolen after his death. Pathologist Thomas Harvey holds a jar containing the brain of Albert Einstein, 1994. (Credit: Michael Brennan/Getty Images) Einstein died in April 1955 from an abdominal aortic aneurysm. He had requested that his body be cremated, but in a bizarre incident, Princeton pathologist Thomas Harvey removed his famous brain during his autopsy and kept it in the hope of unlocking the secrets of his genius. After winning a reluctant approval from Einstein’s son, Harvey later had the brain cut into pieces and sent to various scientists for research. A handful of studies have been conduced on it since the 1980s, but most have either been dismissed or discredited. Perhaps the most famous came in 1999, when a team from a Canadian university published a controversial paper claiming Einstein possessed unusual folds on his parietal lobe, a part of the brain associated with mathematical and spatial ability. WINNERS’ CHAPEL’S BELIEF IN USE OF NIGERIANS FOR MAJOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN NIGERIA : A MODEL TO BE EMULATED Leke Beecroft In 1999, Engineer Ike Chukwuneke, a Structural Engineer won the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) Engineer of the Year award for the design of Faith Tabernacle. In a meeting with major construction firms before the project began, these foreign construction companies had claimed that not only was it unworkable to design a large church auditorium of such a magnitude without visible pillars, they added that it would take 3 years. The Living Faith Church was left with going ahead with prophetic conviction and used pastors and other church members to build the Faith Tabernacle without any visible pillar in exactly 12 months causing the companies to come and take pictures of the project while British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) correspondent, Jeremy Guy Vine came to conduct an interview with Bishop Oyedepo in 1999 and while he asserted that he could not confirm veracity of the information that it was the largest church auditorium, he admitted that ‘Faith Tabernacle was rather large’. Church Gist. By 2008, the Guiness Book of World Records confirmed the architectural feat of the world’s largest church auditorium with 50,000 capacity (actually 51,400). History repeats itself. Architect Gbenga Alalade is the Architect Who designed Living Faith Church’s Multi-billion Naira Legacy Project: The 100,000 capacity Ark (which is actually 109,345 capacity). At the ground breaking of the multi billion naira Ark project on Thursday 25th March 2021, Bishop Oyedepo called different groups of workers including the local construction company Laralek (earlier discussed on this platform) to the altar to be blessed. Notable among them was Architect Gbenga Alalade Johnson who was the brain behind the design of the Ark. Architect Gbenga is a thoroughbred product of Living Faith Church’s Flagship Higher Institution, the renowned Covenant University. It is interesting to note that in the past, Winners’ Chapel had always seemingly placed utility over aesthetics in her building projects. Church Gist. The Ark stands out as one of the most beautiful designs ever embarked upon by the Church and a balance between aesthetics and utility. Here is Architect Gbenga Alalade Johnson’s Profile. BSc Architecture, Covenant University:2002 - 2006 MSc Architecture, Covenant University:2006 -2008 PhD Architecture, Covenant University:2010 - 2016 Architect Alalade has concluded other numerous projects for the Church. He is consequently a proof of the Church’s strong faith in her own indigenous talents. As the Founding Bishop would say ‘It does not have to be white to be right’ and as he quotes from Acts 10:34-35; ...”God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him”. IT CAN HAPPEN ANYWHERE!
