Even if the Fed does it, it will be radically expense to refine and or sell from Kano. It would have to by barreled and shipped back to Lagos to export. Everything is for northern Nigeria not even one serious project is for the south especially southeast and south-south, some people are pointing the 2nd river Niger bridge, this bridge was started by Jonathan's administration. The Niger-Delta region whose land produces about 98% of the Nigerians wealth is left with no single project. TOO BAD

That second niger bridge is a good project but southeast deserve more. Second Niger bridge cost 200b. But that rail project from Lagos to ibadan only is almost 600b, that is three times. Let not talk about Lagos - ibadan road.
If it is only that second Niger bridge with a toll gate that you want a whole southeast to boast of, then that is unfair.
We need a rail line passing through that River Niger to lagos.

in commerce lagos dust kano with like 10 more northern states added to it.. In terms of beauty kano is never a match to lagos.. Infact Kaduna would still oust Kano.
