The Nigeria blogging environment is over crowded and it is becoming very difficult to succeed as a blogger. There are very few creative blogs out there. Most Nigerians going into blogging do it for money and most times have little or no professional writing skills.

Most blogs recycles news and gist from known online media outlets and gossip blogs. We need to start thinking out of the box if we must start seeing major breakthroughs in our tech industry.

There a lot of opportunities for internet startups in Nigeria, we must start thinking and building propriety solutions online not just recycling gossips and news.

Template rather, not theme

I'm a newbie and I need a professional looking blogger template.

I've visited many blogger sites and I've seen some very nice templates but I don't seem to be able to come across those online and if at all I see any, you can only get d complete features when you pay.

I don't want to spend money on template for now as I am still trying out the whole blogging thing.

But as soon as I have gotten just enough experience, I will migrate to wordpress.

For now, I just need a very clean template, especially one that scrolls 'recent news images' on homepage, thank you!

Stay the hell away from godaddy...You are better off with Media temple, Arvix or siteground for shared hosting.

I've gotten a lot of negative reviews about Nigerian web host and I was wondering if anyone has experience with any Nigerian web host.

In fact, I don't even recommend them to anyone who wants to start a blog.

I've heard about Whogohost but I'm not too sure. If you have a blog that uses a Nigerian web host, please share your experience.

Please do not start promoting your several web hosting here, I just need reviews of hosting that you have used yourself and recommend.

I come this morning with a humble heart, seeking information from you guys on the matter of academics..

I graduated with a 2.89 CGPA in Industrial and production engineering, form Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka.

Now the questions I'd like to ask are;
1. Can I do my masters in software design and networking directly?
2. Can I do my masters outside the country with that CGPA?
3. I was told by a friend I had to do a post graduate diploma in my school before I can do any masters programm (how true is this? ).
