The Niger deltan leaderships ( governors to senators to councillors to even the Niger-delta militants ) are all bad and very corrupt.

From GEJ to dickson to ameachi to uduagha etc are the major causes of the present poverty of the Niger-deltan people.

Buy a completed storey building renovate it and convert them into 18-20 mini-flats in lagos. He will spend max. 15million if he gets a gud lawyer & a gud real estate company. @ min.120 per rent for abt 20 tenants.

The rest 5-8million can b used to groove as he likes.
