@ all I know I'm not doing too well, but ill sure impprove by his Grace, only dat I'm discouraged, after d initial loss of 2kg i stopped loosing weight, feel i need to increase my calories, but  don't feel like I'm dieting anymore

That's all I eat although once EVERYDAY for Breakfast. Lunch: Plaintain chips and Splina. Dinner: Fruits. ℓ̊ burn maximum 1,000 calories per day, Minimum 500 calories on my indoor bicycle. Already ℓ̊ feel so light and my Belly fat is almost gone. Will get a scale to check my weight this week. Promise to do better diet wise. Like I will always say na small small!!! We Will Get there!!!

Yesterday i went to see my doctor with DH fertility result, doctor told me that the result is too poor, that the sperm cannot even fertilise any egg even for a goat, that he won't treat me again till DH gets better, i felt so bad but said immediately in my heart that the statement is just his opinion, God has not said his. I left but i cried from hospital to home, as if dats not enough, AF showed its ugly face in the midnight.
Right now frnds, i dnt knw what to do, i hv been diagonised of hyperprolactin, PCOS, fibroid. All these for one person.
Now mamaT has talked about abusing ibrufen Ãήϑ odas. I dnt knw if anyone has abused those drugs more than me. I do hv heavy pains during AF right from my teenage days, i hv been taking felvin, ibrufen Ãήϑ odas even its overdose. I just took ibrufen dis morning before i saw the post.

HSG is not painful, if your tubes aint blocked, its more of a discomfort, when the dye is passing through and opening your vamboom for two men (doctor and radiologist).

MOst hospitals give an injection in advance for the pain
I think you should go for it, to at least rule blocked tubes out

Afta these times i kind of rested but on CD18 i saw EWCM wen i went to pee. I was like which one com be d real ovlation. We startd anoder round of BD for two days and i was like God d wan wey don enta don do for you to work wit.
On CD20 i was in a dream wen a big worm was roaming my stomach and i raised up my top complaining to someone nd d person was like dis is d evil worm eating up my babies.Immediately i woke up i tapped DH and we started praying for God to flush out every evil worm and presence entirely.My sistas since dat day i hav been havin serious midnite prayers.Afta two days i was in anoder dream wen i went to buy yam and i told d seller cut it open so i wld b sure it was gud.Wen he did dat i found out d inside was rotten so he apologised and said he wld giv me d good part.

I remember when i join this thread . I was seriously ttc was diagnose of blocked fallopian tubes but today i have eleven month old baby and pregnant again, the almigthy God that has done all these for me will do it for you only believe.

As per Servant Victor, i called him and he prayed for me the same format was also used. I felt since it was just an ordinary prayer in the name of Christ then no fear! My worry was when he asked to put my hands on my chest while standing then pray thus: Dear God i'm sorry for all the sins i've committed, knowingly and unknowingly.If you have forgiven me lord, move me backwards by fire by force....haaa this pattern of prayer did not go downd so well with me as i know it is not in line with my biblical conviction. I also derived some insight on what Lizzylaw posted cos someone or fakeee out to harm you may be futuristic in his approach by gaining your trust and all that. I started getting negative vibes in my spirit and i had to stop.
May God not let us entangle our self into more trouble than we can handle all because we do not have faith! I stay so far away from Lagos while he resides in Lagos. He prayed for me in the name of Jesus christ. He did not ask me for anything before he prayed. he only asked me to pray for forgiveness of sins which I did. he now asked me to raise my hands up and pray. I see dt gist brings u gals out so let me add my 2 pence worth. Tuesday last week, 9.30am I received a call frm BIL dt d wife he married in nmarch last year just gave birth to a bouncing baby Boy! Quick thought! Should I be happy or sad? Quick decision: Be blissful! I immediately left office, picked up MIL from her shop and went shopping for mother and child. I spent 10k and moved to pick up mother and child from d nursing home to their house and on getting there found out dt dy did not even hv enough to discharge them. Added 5k whc was all I had left on me and called hubby cos it still wasn't enough. Hubby came and b4 d day ended we had spent abt 30k btween us. I drove home dancing and singing cos even though it was not me dt gave birth, d yoke had been broken. Ds is d first grandchild in my hubby's family. Though ds is my 6th year of marriage I hv a SIL who is counting abt 13yrs. Even my neighbours wondered y I came home blarring my music, singing and dancing. I chose to be happy about it and I am.

On another note, quarrels! I ha d a terrible one wt DH last week and it was strange cos we rarely do so and it was over me burning food. . I told myself d devil is a liar, it was O time, I quietly went over thrashed d issue and told him dt is not d kind of marriage I asked God for. I promised to change and he did likewise. I thereafter went shopping spent 25k buying myself, nonestick pots and things hv been cool since.
@ Joyfulmum, u r right Oº°˚˚°ºh! I fear too, hence I only do those things my mind agrees wt. Will be going to lagos this week to consult at bridge and or st.ives. I have taking time off charting and ttc for now. Dont even want to go see any gynea anymore. Just want to have the best time wit my hubby and enjoy every bit of our beautiful life. How often and how long were you exercising for? Strenuous exercise is not conducive for ttc oh. Food once a day? That is not good enough my sister. Your body needs vital nutrients to nourish and keep a pregnancy as well as produce a healthy baby. Eat as much as your body needs. If you will eat very small meals then it has to be more than 3 times a day so your body can get the right nutrients it needs!

@ Twingirls, you will be fine o. If you keep a diary, look and see what you have done differently and vary it. Sometimes, when we eat too little, our body responds by hoarding food which then makes you add weight. Na evolution - have you checked what your basic calorie intake should be daily? You should be hitting the calorie target daily and if exercising, then you should eat more to make sure you are not starving yourself.

So my calorie intake daily should be 1320 (for weight loss) If I expend 300 calories exercising, this means I have to eat 1620 calories for that day because my body needs that just to function - breathing, digestion etc

Hope I'm making sense, this week is being hard on me

1 cup milo, 1 fruit tea, 1 peach, 1 nectarine and 1 apple

Lunch
Nothing so I ate the 2nd half box of chocolates and 1 orange and 1 fruit teas

Dinner
Full plate of veg salad, 1 cup of fruit tea

Snack
2 teaspoons flax seeds

Exercise
1 hour Aqua aerobics, 30 mins walking

thanks, i was exercising 5 times a week for an hour or an hour and half max..but im completely off exercise now

@ all i lost 3kg this past week from all the mental stress at work and at home

This morning i ate 2 apples

Lunch: beans, boiled plantain and 2 snails

Dinner: nothing

i'm starting my 3rd and final cycle of clomid today. im so sick of drugs, the metformin, the clomid, everything! if nothing happens this cycle, il have to move on to another option, maybe Gonal F or IUI or something.


i'm still even thinking of how to get DH to do a SA, so we can rule that out and know that its just my PCOS holding us back.
