@Alwaystrue, dreams can be the link to supernatural,as u implied, that why one should take it as it appears. It is Symbolic except in rare cases when what u see, actually happen in real life. I had a dream last week Tuesday: I saw myself walking on the street where I grew up as a child. I realised I was heading to my Parents home, so I knew I would see familiar faces as I journeyed. Alas! I was naked. Stark naked!!! I started shivering Α̲̅πϑ envisaging the embarrassment I wld feel when pple see e this way. Lo Α̲̅πϑ behold, a hand stretched forth bearing a shirt; I collected it Α̲̅πϑ wore it. It was warm and it felt good on my skin. The hand came again, giving me a skirt, I wore it quickly, then a scarf again, I wrapped my shoulders with it Α̲̅πϑ with joy in my heart, I continued my journey, smilling ear to ear. I woke up with that smile. It was 1am.
I went on my knees Α̲̅πϑ prayed, I confessed my sins, I sang praises. To my own understanding; God has clothed me. He has covered my shame. Whatever made my cry in shame, will make me laugh in Glory Α̲̅πϑ Honour. I love God Α̲̅πϑ he Cherishes me. Pastors in the House, if u have any other revelation on this dream, pls say it.

@all. I hv done 2 hsg and each has a conflicting result. I decided to see another gyne entirely to have a third/forth opinion. Someone directed me to one gyne like 2 hours journey from my base. I went to the hospital on Monday morning 9:15. The gyne was absent, to my surprise I saw no patient at all. I collected the dr no & called him. He asked me to come & meet him in a hotel near my base, We saw & he told me he has 5 patients in the 5 star hotel, blablabla, I told him why I came. He now took me to a reputable secondary school around the area, He touched below my abdomen and told me one of my tubes is infected and needs urgent correction to avoid it getting to the other tube. that my womb is hot also and my enemy can never get pregnant until I cool d womb. The cost of the infection correction & cooling of womb is $2000. approximately N3,000,000.00. I open my mouth and lost speech. for what? he narrated how he did it to so so and so governors wife, so, so, & so prominent Nigeria's wife and they all had bfp. He has someone traveling outside the country this morning and has to send him to buy the drugs for him. plenty narration. I tire, Remember, this doctor has not used even telescope on me. no diagnoses of any kind. I told the man the money was tooooo much, I don't hv such amount, after much bargaining, he reduced the money from N3m to N70,000.00. I told him to allow me to an atm machine to withdraw the money as I don't have the cash with me there. He agreed. na so l waka go my house. My God, I cry no be small? this one pass gyeoooo. He has been calling and sending different text msgs to me since that yesterday on the reasons I should bring the money.

@all. God dey, weather the devil likes it or not, no matter the tactics it brings as a form of discouragement, he is and will always remain a looser.

@all, someone told me watermelon is antisperm, no so? I don hear of orenge but neva hear of this watermellon issue.

I have laughed, cried and prayed with you while i was tryna catch up. I have bn TTC for 3yrs. I was pregnant last year but it was Ectopic. Praise be to almighty that i am alive and healthy.

Today is my birthday and i pray that by this time next year that everyone in the waiting room will be with there baby/babies InshaAllah.

Nictos: Hello everyone, Af is due 28/29 but had chest pain and could nt breath properly dis sat.Doc already started meds on chest infection but Godmother insisted I test first before accepting any meds. Mon 22nd @ 8DPO tested Hpt and got my BFP very faint but definately there.Confirmed tru blood test. Positive but faint also. YEP I am preggo. Baby dust to evryone on dis board

My dear sisters the Lord has done it ooooooo.Pls bear with me and my long epistle I'll try to be brief. I'm a silent reader of this section,I laugh wen u all do,I rejoice wen u do and also join in prayers when I can.

We have been TTC'ing for a lil over 2yrs now,I've been to different hospitals some of which I heard about here,hmm my sisters I've taken all sorts of drugs and concoctions(herbs)too,but this last month march God decided to prove himself mighty in my life I guess to prove dat its him dat gives babies.

I say this cos this was d month I didn't take any drug neither did I visit any hospital(JUST FAITH)cos I had secretly in my mind resigned to go for IUI,was just waiting for a gud time to discuss it with hubby,but just a wk after my last AF God sent a pastor who I had met a while back,he said he was shocked to hear I hadn't taken in,and one of the first things he told me was that,some battles can't be fought alone we need to seek someone who is more spiritually mature than us.

To cut the long story short we started praying earnestly he wud call me everyother day to pray and encourage,Lo and behold my next AF didn't come,I didn't hav any major symtoms so I was so scared to test.

But early this morning wit encouragement from hubby and d pastor I summoned up courage and tested and minutes later my 2 clear red lines were smiling up @ me,I can't stop crying and thanking God.

I use my self as a point of contact for every sister believing God too,if he can do it for me then no one is an exemption,I hope my story will serve as an inspiration to someone,its good to have someone who prays and intercedes with us.God bless u all u r always in my prayers as always.

Beloved1993: @alwaystrue, I do get where you are coming from and your views, I had to satisfy myself knowing what I am about to do is not contradicted before taking this ivf thing seriously. So I really do understand you. Regarding extra embryos, my dh is not comfortable destroying them and we can't donate, so we have to use all. We can't accept donor and we can't be donors. My clinic has a program where we can share embryo, so ivf becomes really cheap, it was tempting but couldn't do it.

@favoredgal, people hide ivf tins cos of those that see unnatural as bad. You don't want your kids growing up insulted or bullied or ostracized cos they were conceived thru ivf. We Nigerians have bad mouth and can be very insensitive. That's why people don't tell.

NelsonNayo: 13th of may to 23rd of may is just 10days sir that has been the normal duration fromtime. appointments are normally scheduled longtime ahead to give you time to prepare your docs. . I'm a student in France and i got my Visa at first attempt tho it was a hectic process, just hav all your papers ready and be straight fwd and ull get your visa. And the French in france funny enuf don't really know Nigeria, they keep mixing us with Niger. so its wrong to say they dont like Nigerians. Normally it takes 10 days, but if your VISA is positive you would get a call from the embassy telling you to come and pick up your passport like 5days after your biometrics... if you have to wait the whole 10days to go to vfs, its either your visa was denied or they couldn't reach you. plus are you applying from Abuja or LAGOS?

sashacoleman: I went to the VSF Centre today to apply for my French visa, only told be told that the next available date for biometrics is the 13th of May, and that my passport will not be ready until the 23rd of May. A lot of people including myself just left. The lady actually said anyone travelling before June should try another Schengen embassy. I was just so shocked. What kind of new process is this that your visa will stay at the embassy for almost two months, all in the name of visa and the annoying thing is that, they might not even give you the visa after everything. Wetin we do French people. A times it really sucks to be Nigerian.

Remember accept d Lord build a house d labourer dat labour labour but invain. D programme will b call DEFEATING ANTI-CONCEPTION. for conception - whether problems & hindrance are identified or not. Pls,, what do I do differently this cycle? The result of all our testsssss is that hubby and I are fine. My doc told me to come last month for follicular tracking, I dint go due to the mental strain of all the tests and all. So I want to go this cycle. But you know all these doctors nah, as they dint see anything wrong, they tend to neglect giving you some basic advice that can boost ur chances.

So pls what do I do differently? I am asking cos I dnt want to try everything. Just the necessary ones. Btw, my hub threw away all my folic acid and the wellman I bought for him. He is calling me a drug addict. As I saw Berrybass and other ladies posts on what they are taking. Hm! If I try that one husband will just carry me to rehab! but me I must collect that Wellman money back o...1600 no dey here!

@Berrybass, ehen, na so me too go drop some cash this cycle ooo, I buy am finish na so I tell the pharmacist to package it well cos I don't want pipis to see the packs of drugs I bought, kai, I weak. No be small money oooo, na only folic acid cheap for all those fertility drugs, hmmmm, it is well I will say.

Ehen, the robitussin and preseed, they are meant to do the same job oooo, am presuming your hubby will be swimming inside you when you use both ooo. Me I go say either preseed or robitussin. Pregnacare conception too makes me have lots of cm, if that is your case too then, you gonna have loads of cm for using the three. If my your hubby be like mine, una go fight for him not feeling it tight. Mine prefers it tight so anything that makes it too creamy na fight, did you put that thing? (Refering to preseed), am not doing again. I go begin beg. Haaaa, Lord make me a winner ooo, I don try.

In essence, be moderate in the use of it all ok. This is the cycle we are waiting for and you will testify.
