Most of the hospitals in the U.S do not frown at nurses wearing hijab. As long as you don't do it off and on, because that will probably mean that u are doing it only when u have a bad hair day. Maasha allah, some Americans are onverting to islam nowadays, most especially the Black Americans. My daughter is married to one, he's so proud to be a muslim, very nice guy too.
I'm the one who prefer hats and scarves to work, hijabs to religious gatherings and of course, gele to social functions.
