kophschmerzenii:The shooter lives over 9 hours away in Allen, Texas. He traveled 600 miles to a predominately Hispanic area to commit this mass murder. This is definetely a racially motivated hate crime and an act of terrorism. So far 18 people dead, for no reason at all.

El Paso Shooter Identified Online As Trump Supporter Who Didn’t Like ‘Race Mixing’ Patrick Crusius allegedly left behind a racist manifesto before the deadly shooting rampage at a mall. https://newsone.com/3883517/el-paso-shooter-patrick-crusius/ The suspect in a deadly mass shooting at a shopping mall in El Paso, Texas, on Saturday was widely identified on the internet as a young white man whose social media activity showed support and sympathy for the president’s apparent white nationalist agenda. The name and photos of a man purported to be Patrick Crusius quickly circulated across Twitter in the hours after the shooting that first began outside a Walmart store at Cielo Vista Mall was first reported. If those reports were accurate, Crusius, allegedly a Texas native, just turned 21 last week. A manifesto purportedly written by Crusius, perhaps even in the hours before the shooting attack that according to one report left at least 18 people dead, was left behind. Pages of the manifesto included anti-immigrant rhetoric with the author going into depth on why he is “against race mixing,” supports the idea to “send them back” and offering a prediction of “genocide.” The El Paso shooting was the second mass shooting in as many weeks reportedly attributed to white supremacists. Just last week, Santino William Legan killed multiple people attending the Garlic Festival in Gilroy, California. That shooting and Saturday’s shooting in El Paso were the latest in a growing string of attempted and carried-out mass shootings attributed to overt pro-white racism that has soared since Trump was elected.

In the letters sent or delivered to the Dakolo's address, why are they being invited to go all the way to Abuja to make a statement when they could have reported to a closer station in Lagos or better still, send some investigating officers to their address to get whatever statement the NPF requires. The words on the letter is clearly intimidating, it shows the NPF are dumb, whoever composed the letter. Also why is it taking such a long time to invite them for questioning? The public are still waiting for COZA pastor's robust statement from the Ese Walter's allegations from few years ago. Some people might say the incident happened years ago without any evidence...they should remember that Bill Cosby was sentenced to prison for alleged sexual crimes he committed many years ago. |
President Trump's language is nationalist, racist, divisive and very unpresidential. He is slowly damaging the republican party and giving voice to the racists. To my fellow Nigerians who supports Trump's language, how will they feel or react is President Buhari said publicly that if one ethnic group is not happy in the North, they can leave the Northern states of Nigeria?

The Department of State Services (DSS) says it has uncovered a plot by Nyesom Wike, Rivers state governor, to cause mass violence in the federal capital territory (FCT). The secret police said this in a statement issued by Tony Opuiyo, its agent, on Thursday. According to the DSS, Wike wanted to execute his plan through Ikenga Ugochinyere, an aide of Senate President Bukola Saraki. “The Department of State Services (DSS) wishes to inform the general public that it has uncovered a sinister plot by the Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike to disrupt machinery of governance in strategic federal government agencies by provoking a violent breach of peace in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, today, 22nd December, 2016 and beyond especially at this Yuletide season,” it said. “To achieve this, the governor had secured the services of one Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere, a personal aide to the Senate President, Bukola Saraki to mobilise some hoodlums to execute their plan. “The aim of the plot is to cause mayhem, a complete breakdown of law and order and cast the security agencies and the federal government in bad light. It is also intended to divert public and international attention from the ongoing police investigation into the unwholesome role played by the governor and some of his cronies in the violence that trailed the re-run election in Rivers state which resulted in the gruesome murder of civilians including the beheading of DSP Mohammed Alkali and some of his colleagues as well as the brutalisation of INEC staff who failed to do the bidding of the governor.” The DSS said Wike had hired protesters to besiege the National Human Rights Commission, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the national assembly, the Nigeria Army and police headquarters as well as British high commission, US embassy and the UN secretariat, Abuja “in an effort to raise false alarm that Rivers state was under the siege of security agencies during the election”. “While the obvious aim is to draw public sympathy and international attention to spurious allegations of involvement of federal agencies in violence during the last elections in Rivers state, the actual objective is really to trigger a round of violent action against the government and create opportunity for idlers to join the deceitful protest,” it said. “Part of the orchestration is to provoke the security agencies and prompt them to take action against the protesters that could result in bloodletting. It is in this line that Ikenga had gone to the outskirts of Abuja to mobilise unemployed youths to carry out his bidding. All this was to be done for a fee and resources to be provided from the treasury of the Rivers state government. It is also worrisome that Ikenga would engage in this nefarious plot when, after his last arrest earlier this year by the service, he had pledged to be law abiding and not to cause a breach of the peace. “Though Ikenga is now at large, the trio of Emeka Idibia, Ugo Apuamagha and Ejike Nwachukwu have been arrested and are helping with further investigations. These men were picked up at the mobilisation venue trying to perfect the logistics for this unholy enterprise. The young men were hired by Ikenga to take custody of items and materials for the planned violent protest. The recovered items include banners, placards and posters with denigrating, inciting and hate inscriptions meant to impinge the authority of the federal government and further subvert the entire machinery of governance in the country. “In order to make this look credible, Ikenga and his cohorts had adopted such groups as lawyers in Defence of Democracy (LDD) and Citizens for Good Governance (CGG) as cover to supposedly make them look like serious minded civil rights groups and thus bring them into collision course with security agencies. Investigations have so far revealed that while Ikenga is the field organiser and coordinator of the planned protest, Governor Wike is his sole financial sponsor.” The DSS said it was disturbed that the governor “will stoop so low to hire thugs and hoodlums to attack the federal capital territory (FCT) and create an atmosphere of chaos and disorder at this yuletide season”. Wike has since denied the allegation, alleging that the secret police was out to tarnish his reputation. He spoke through Austin Tam-George, his commissioner of information. The trial of a former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode was on Wednesday stalled due to the inability of the defendant to attend trial. Mr. Fani-Kayode was charged on November 10 at an Abuja division of the Federal High Court for alleged diversion of N26 million. He was charged by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC. Apart from the five-count charge at the Abuja Division, Mr. Fani-Kayode is also facing separate charges at another court in Lagos. At the Lagos Court, Mr. Fani-Kayode is charged alongside a former minister of finance, Nenadi Usman, and Danjuma Yusuf. They were charged by the EFCC on 17 counts bordering on money laundering to the tune of over N4 billion. That trial had been stalled in November following the detention of Mr. Fani-Kayode. The trial in Abuja was billed to continue on Wednesday, but was also stalled following the defendant’s health situation. Mr. Fani-Kayode’s lawyer, Wale Balogun, informed the court that his client was ill and therefore could not attend the trial. Mr. Balogun presented a medical report to the trial judge, John Tsoho, and asked for an adjournment to allow his client attend to his health, before proceeding with the trial. The prosecution made no counter application, so the matter was adjourned till February 6, 2017. http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/217919-fani-kayodes-corruption-trial-stalled.html |

But why is MMM blaming the FG and the media outlets for their incompetency to manage the scheme effectively, that they have to suspend operations for 30 days, knowing fully well that xmas is next weekend? Some of us Nigerians are just too greedy, looking for returns where we did not sow or invest. |
We have been warned by several channels about this untested investment scheme. Anyways January is only a month away...let us wait and see. Unfortunately no christmas for a lot of families who have money locked down in MMM. Compliments of the season to us all. |
All in the church founder's quest to add more titles to his name. Our God is watching. |
I agree with the Pastor, worldliness has crept into our places of worship. Most people don't take christianity serious anymore. Check other religions, if such comedy acts are acceptable. |
These guys are really funny - anyways they have to improvise. |
If we don't patronise Arik Air, some Nigerian will complain that we are not patrotic. Why is Arik Air still collecting booking by payments when they know that their don't have good aircraft. For the foreseeable future, unfortunately we willl continue to be at the mercy of expensive and exhurbitant foreign airlines - BA, KLM AirFrance etc By the way, we are still waiting for the so-called National Airline proposed by the PMB and Amaechi. |
No wonder German technological development is one of the best in the world - everyone wants to drive a German auto. |
This is how things operate in countries that have got rule of law and judicial discipline. |
See fine guy no pimples (no homo at all)...at least he should be glad that he wasn't sentenced to death by firing squad...just 27 years in prison...will be completed in a jiffy. |
Some people who are commenting, should dress like how Fayose dressed to present a business proposal and see if they will be listened to. A bit of dress sense is needed to give the 'position of the office of an executive governor' some honour. Really a shame that Fayose is just a 'real tout'. |

Unbelieveable that this man is parading himself in this fashion among our brothers from the south east. He is trying to be relevant in the politics of this country and what a good place to start. He cannot never try this among the Yorubas. |
