Romance › Re: My Supposed 28 Years Old Boyfriend Shared Me With His Friends To Tempt Me by Fela4ese: 3:40pm On Aug 26, 2018 |
Loveisascam: My experience dating a 28 years old stupid boy - Age and place of employment does not necessarily mean maturity.
I and my bf have been friends online before we finally decided to meet. After meeting, we mutually decided to start dating.
Unknown to me my bf had shared me with two of his friends to tempt me. Friend 1 chatted me up but I didn't give him any attention so he stopped all conversations with me. Friend two chatted me up too but somehow he was able to get my attention. I however clearly told him I had a boyfriend and was not interested in any romantic relationship with him. He told me he didn't have any issues with it but that we could still be friends.
I am a very sincere and open person and so I told my bf about my friendship with Friend two. I usually share screenshots of my conversations with Friend two with my bf. I did not hide any thing from him because I had no intentions to cheat. I was very transparent.
Little did I know that my bf on the other hand was also busy sharing everything that has transpired between us including very sensitive information like our sexual styles, the state of my vagina and even my financial status with his friend.
My bf told friend two to stop the game and leave me alone. Friend two refused. According to him, he realised I was not the slut my boyfriend painted me to be and thought I will be a great catch for a girlfriend.
To discourage him, my bf started slandering me to him.He even went to the extent of telling his friend that the last time I visited, he didn't enjoy the sex because my vagina was wide and that I had probably slept with some people before meeting him.
I had told friend two that the next time I visit my bf, I will endeavour to make arrangement so we can see too since him and bf stay in the same location. However on visiting my bf, I changed my mind and rather told him to visit my base if he really wants us to meet. He agreed to come around. I told my bf about my plan to meet friend two but didn't tell him that friend two had agreed to come to my base.
Friend two told my bf of his plan to come and visit me in my base and that finally he is going to have his way with me. My bf tried to discourage him from coming but he refused.
My bf was then forced to confess what he had done but told me not to let his friend know he has told me.
I kept chatting and receiving calls from friend two without revealing to him that I knew what he was up to.
After 3 days, I decided to let friend two know that my bf told me about their game. He was shocked and started opening up all my bf told him about me.
He told me my bf never really loved me and that he was with me because he didn't have to spend. I didn't ask him for money and even when I come to visit, I don't ask for tp.
Friend two also told me that my bf said I will be useful in his plans to relocate to Canada as he will convince me he wants us to marry, and that I should support him relocate first and then later when he is stable he will come back to Nigeria so we can wed and then he can bring me over. Meanwhile his actual plan is to relocate to Canada and marry a white girl for citizenship. I would never have suspected this could be my bf plans because he works in an averagely good place where he earns averagely well.
Friend two then advised me never to reveal my financial status to any man and to be selfish when I love. He said he still genuinely wants to date me and that he is sorry.
I am not stupid though. Friend 2 and my bf are idiots. I cannot date any one of them. I have blocked both of them.
This experience has shattered me though. I will never ever trust any man again even the man I marry. I used to believe in the idea of shared finances in marriage but not anymore. No managing with any man.
Men are scum. Love is a scam. The so called bf is a nairalander and I know he makes sensible comments here to deceive innocent girls who don't actually know he is a fool and a scammer. point of correction some not all, just as it implies on girls.my one cent |

Femipac: Thank you all for all your help and advice so far. My visa got approved today. This is actually my third trial. I believe consistency in application form and reason for wanting to travel played to my side.
Dnt even bother going to the embassy if you dnt have an important reason to travel. Left to me vacation is not really an important excuses at least not to them with what I have seen today. There are other countries that you can go to.
Valid reason to me will be Business, conferences (well known conferences) and medicals.
I have seen several wealthy family with plenty traveling history got denied(absconding is never on this ppl’s mind) and trust me they have good ties to the country.
Besides I am not a visa expert, this are just the things I noticed during my interview today.
Good luck to future applicants. congrats ur transcript plz |

Programming › Re: For Computer Science Students by Fela4ese: 12:06pm On Jul 13, 2018 |
azibit: What Are Your Core Values? A friend once said, we change gradually. Looking at the sentence makes no great meaning until you consider it properly. We might not look very different from the way we looked yesterday, but by the end of the week, we are a completely different person than the person we were on the first day of the week.
This same concept happens in other areas of our lives, including our core values. What our core values are can change over time and it is important to realize if it is changing for the good or the bad. Only when we are able to define what our core values are can we even begin to understand if they are changing or not. Start now and ask yourself what your values are because it seems we have stopped asking that question.
As such, a lot of things that are not normal seems to be normal to us now. How can you begin to imagine things that are considered barbaric in other countries still considered a norm in our country and our society. Consider the case of beating traffic, this is an act that has become so easy for everyone to break that you begin to look like the odd one out when you follow it. It has crept into our values that we can feel alright breaking laws that should never even be broken.
Someone might ask what the correlation between beating the traffic light and other values is, it is the same thing because once you feel comfortable breaking the law, it is only a matter of time before you are comfortable doing the same thing in other areas of life. This keeps going until you get to a point when you feel no remorse in doing anything bad. At that point, your values are completely gone. So there is a correlation between the small things you do everyday and to your life’s value. It is important that we seek to always consider what our values are.
It is said that we get leaders who are simply like us. And sometimes when you look closely at our dear country Nigeria, you begin to wonder how many more people would behave differently if made the leader. Very few people still remember what values even stand for and are only waiting for an opportunity to get what others have also been getting. So in the end, it is the same set of minds that are in control. Some minds simply have more opportunities but the end is still the same.
So my message to you today is to look inwards and ask what your values are. You keep hulling insults at the leaders but ask yourself how you would behave if you were in their shoes. Would you keep away from the small offenses that keep pushing you towards the greater evil. Every bad person was once a good person. They just changed gradually until it was no longer reversible.
So look into your life today and begin to realign your values. Ask questions on how you want to really live your life. It matters that we seek values that make us better so that when we have the same opportunities as our leaders, we would be different. So start today and ask yourself what your values are. Then align to them. Let not the actions of others make you into something you are not proud of.
If we do not change and become better, we would look back to these days one day in the future and see that we could have done something different. But we did not change our values and we would have to leave with that decision. In the end, you would have to either live with the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The choice is ours and the clock is ticking.
We can live in a country that respects one another if we uphold our values and seek to only follow the right way. Seek to only employ people based on their capacities and not based on any other quota system. We can still make it work. It is a goal we can achieve. Thanks for reading and God Bless. nice write up |

BlackAfrican: Hello NLs, I'm too emotionally drained to make sound judgement so I need your contribution on this issue.
I found out recently that my gf has been living a secret life online. My findings suggest that she may be cheating on me... Why? She's been communicating with an ex that practically broke her heart in the past...
She's also frequently communicating with another guy on Facebook who has repeatedly called her my love, honey, sweetheart and other romantic pet names and she has reciprocated most times.... At a point, the guy said he was naked and waiting for her at home... And she said she's coming... I guess they took the conversation offline...
She's also been chatting with several other guys... the ones I saw on FB indicate they're either asking her out or she's outrightly flirting with them...
On WhatsApp, only God knows the content and direction of her chat with other guys...
The painful part is I found out she's been having this online/offline double life by accident... That's a story for another day...
When I confronted her with my findings, she's been claiming she has nothing with any of the guys and that I should forgive her for hiding her online life from me...
I feel betrayed... I doubt if she'll ever change... I just want to move on...
What should I do? start a new life my broda no point waiting for her to change bfor u do something u will forever regret just let her go |
