Rhymesy: I am currently dating two women. The one I love most just finished from Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, last year and she's currently serving. The other one just finished nursing science school. Both of them are unique in their own ways. At this point, I want to be serious in my life and stop playing games. Both of them have asked me to meet their parents, but I keep delaying the move just because of fear of making the wrong choice. I'm just confused. Nairalanders, waiting I go do
truxperteam: We all have that one bank app that has embarrassed us at the worst possible moment. You're at the counter trying to pay. The app crashes. You're sending urgent money to someone. The app says "transaction failed" but your account is debited. You're trying to check your balance. The app is "undergoing maintenance" for the third day in a row. Nigerian bank apps have put us through genuine suffering and we need to talk about it. So which bank app is the worst in 2026?

Omoluyi: Better than beheading others. I'll remain a christian forever no matter what the outcome may be. It's a peaceful religion. No records of wrong about our Lord Jesus Christ. Christianity is the real religion of peace
Its about being true to what christianity entails and not this money making concert...This isn't diffrent from asake or davido's concert
cutecommend: Every true Born again Christian must remember the day and place he or she got born again, but may not remember the exact date. This can be true for the uneducated people that are elderly: they may remember the day, place and experience, but may not remember the date.
It is good to know the date, but it is compulsory to remember the day and the place, else, your salvation experience may not be true. You have to know the day you experienced salvation and the place.
Today is a day to be saved and to remember the date. Pray sincerely now and tell Jesus to forgive all your sins and come into your heart.
If you prayed such prayer today, you got born again today. Save the date, attend a good church, read your bible every day and pray everyday.
No, I cant remember Jesus telling Nicodemus to keep the date
distinctwallex: I was owing palmpay and their total money with default charges was around 51k, yesterday I transferred a total of 71k from my own other personal bank accounts to clear all the debts including default charges, however I noticed after clearing the debt, the sum of #19000 was frozen, I called customer care to complain and the lady claimed that it was zenith bank that reported my palmpay account to have received an error transfer on Oct 15th,2025, she said I should send an email to palmpay and also contact zenith bank. I didn't remember receiving any money in Oct 2025, so I decided to download my account history and there was nothing like that, in fact the last transaction was June 2024, So is palmpay playing pranks with me or is it really possible for zenith bank to report that I received money when there's no such record on my transaction history. What should be my next move now? Pls anyone with similar experience and how did u resolve it, that 19k is very important to me in this govt regime o...
Attached is a screenshot of the frozen fund, I didn't attach my account history for safety purposes
Slizzords: Good afternoon everyone, I know that nairaland is filled with a lot of reasonable and experienced people, am a young man and I need guidance please.
So am married with a 8 month old baby, and make about 1M naira monthly for the past 3years now , it's not been easy from a financial aspect because we live in lagos and I discover that as I write this, I don't have up to 3M naira to my name, I don't know how money disappears, please note that am not a lavish spender, I don't party or go clubbing.
Please how do I save more money, because God forbid something happens now I don't have any money to fall back on. No landed property or anything. Please I need help thanks.
You are living above your means. People on 500k monthly have savings. I am sure your rent is above 2M
You have to work on yourself first on the culture of not living above your means
1. The cold is not just weather. It is a personality. It will change you. 2. You will spend the first 3 months converting every price to naira. Stop. You will not survive. 3. Nigerian food exists here but it will cost you emotionally and financially. 4. You will miss the most random things — the noise, the heat, the fact that someone is always around. 5. Sending things home is harder than it should be. Finding a reliable cargo service is a genuine life skill. 6. Your Nigerian friends here will become your family faster than you expect. 7. The NHS is genuinely free and it will confuse you every single time. 8. You will buy a coat, think it's enough, and be humbled by February.
What else would you add? And for number 5 — anyone use REDS (usereds.com)? Curious if others have tried them for UK→Nigeria and Nigeria→UK cargo.
9. Navigating your way by bus using google map
10. Driving on the left side of the road...your brain just have to get used to it n changing transmission with the left hand
11. No unnecessary bank charges like sms, atm maintenance etc
Prestar: 'Help retrieve my husband's remains': Widow of beheaded Oyo teacher begs Nigerian government
😭😭😭😭😭 I plead with the government, our governor. I need my husband's corpse, I want him to have a grave, just for future. NaijaHelper1: Bola Ahmed Tinubu has crossed all political Ts and dotted all strategic "I"s required to win an election. He has consolidated State power through conversion of governors, installation of cronies in key election machinery positions, and elimination of loopholes opposition can take advantage of.
However just like a business SWOT analysis where you can control weaknesses but not Threats, the Iran-US war will prove to be the major decider of the coming elections. The Iran war has resulted in a paradox, the government is cashing in on oil revenue due to the closing of the strait but the people are suffering due to rising inflation creating a huge chasm between the economic position of the government and the realities of the people. That is to say, the people are suffering but the government installed to govern them is enjoying massively. More so, the fact that some superpowers such as the US itself, China and Russia are greatly profiting from the war has reduced the chances of this war coming to an end quickly inorder to restore normalcy. With the way world economy is going, and the fact that Nigeria has nothing to fall back on, the situation will likely escalate to the point where hardship will be so severe that the people will revolt right around the election circle. This will be the final nail in the coffin.
lolz You dey do SWOT analysis for where rigging analysis dey....dey play
