1. A detailed Contractual Agreement
2. A God-fearing, trusted and reliable driver/rider (only used a strong guarantor who is worth the BMS)
3. GPS tracking
4. A reliable mechanic (depending on the agreement)

I really don't know where the OP got his information. What is the correlation between CNG and litres? Malaysia is recalling all her CNG vehicles to be replaced with Electric Vehicles (EV) due to some reasons. Why are people dishing out inaccurate information these days?

The major reasons Malaysia is phasing (not facing) out her CNG vehicles are as a result of the followings:
1. High cost of natural gas (which is yet to affect Nigeria but on the long run it will).
2. Malaysia is running out of natural gas.
3. Malaysia wants to embrace electric vehicles.

And not because the CNG is dangerous.
Nigeria should move into building infrastructure and facilities for electric vehicles and not CNG. In the next, no longer future, this CNG increment will catch up with the country.

Besides, employers pension contribution; is it supposed to be taken from the staff salary or the company pays that separate?

The HR is right, if your friend's company is following this payroll:

If Annual salary = N1,803,000

Annual pension is 8% of N150,000 = N12,000 * 12 = N144,000

Annual PAYEE is 7.5% of N150,000 = N11,250 * 12 = N135,000

Therefore:
Annual Statutory deduction = N144,000 + N135,000 = N279,000

Monthly Salary = N1,803,000 - N279,000
= N1,524,000 / 12 = N127,000

This is very simple. Call for a renegotiation. Please don't settle for less.

There are lot of empty houses in Lekki and Ikoyi.

We have in ibeju-lekki axis (Awoyaya) and between Mowe and Sagamu interchange. Available apartments are 2 and 3 Bedroom semi-detached Bungalow. Outright payment is 5.5m for 2bedroom and 6.5m for 3bedroom at Mowe/Interchange.

Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) - Most members of the House of Representatives yesterday rejected a motion seeking to investigate the 2016/2017 Federal Civil Service recruitment exercise.
A motion by Henry Nwawuba (PDP, Imo) alleged that there were massive anomalies in the recruitment exercise.
The lawmaker argued that many of the applicants had their dreams of working for the Federal Government dashed by failure of the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) to inform them of further processes regarding the exercise. He said the exercise was alleged to have lacked transparency and was in breach of the federal character principles.
He therefore prayed that the committees on public service matters and federal character be mandated to determine whether the recruitment exercise was done properly.
However, when Speaker Yakubu Dogara put the motion to voice vote, majority of the lawmakers rejected it. Surprised by the voting pattern, Dogara called for another vote, in which the result was the same.

Being a Data Analyst in order to make a living doesn't worth the ride but developing long time career path will enable you achieve your goal. By just making a living from this field will only limit your knowledge (restricted to making a living) but building a career path in this field will motivate you to put in your all. What I am saying is that: Data analyst as an educator isn't enough, you will need to expand to other fields like Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics and other related field of interest.

Will expanding to other fields ruin your primary objective?

The answer is NO.
Expanding your horizon does not mean you will be deviated from the primary objective which is being a Data Analyst. There are areas within the aforemention fields that require data presentation, analysis and interpretation. SPSS, Eviews, EXCEL, STATA, etc. combined with Report, Proposal, Thesis and Executive Summary writing will definitely 'buy' you a living.

This could be achieved one step at a time, that is, have your focus on a particular area as a starting, build and deeply absorb yourself in it. Then, associate with the right people (management, HODs, Lecturers, staffs, Researchers, Analysts, employees, students, etc.) who can lead you to where your customer base can be found. Ensure you carry out some PERSONAL problem-solving research ranging from academic institution to organization and society at large. As a result, you will be building your own 'library' (knowledge and experience in a specific field) and to show-case what you have done (as a means of conviction and proof).

With this little piece and others view and opinions, as an Analyst or Analyst-to-be, filter out reliable and accurate information from this thread and you are good to go.

Though this might not be the best but dont relent in search for knowledge.

Pick passengers? Lagosians are very good at this. I don't feel comfortable having grown-up strangers in my car. When I was a kid, while going to school, I watched cars drive by. I wondered why they won't carry me, so I can use my tfare to buy 'condex', tasty-time and all that.

Having that in mind, I give school kids a ride, I really loved doing it knowing they'll use their tfare to buy fan-yogo or buns. Then a friend told me_ I would one day be mistaken for a kidnapper. That freaked me out! I stopped immediately!

Though when I see them standing by the roadside in their uniforms_ I feel tempted to carry them .

Though, the days are bad but nevertheless, it isnt enough reason to stop caring. I dont have a ride of my own yet, but I do offer to pay for their t-fare. I'D LOVE TO DO MORE THAN THAT!!!
