Sorry about your predicament. I think your exam officer owes you some explanation concerning some news policies that may be affecting or delaying your results approval. Suing the department may not be the best line of action owing to the very slow justice system in Nigeria it may further complicate issues.

ASUU main problem here is that FG is changing the rule for the first time by insisting not to pay the witheld salaries during their period of sit at home. Hence ASUU is angry and hungry at the same.
If they pay their witheld salaries and adopt UTAS, they will suspend the strike asap, forget the long essay.
