uniklinkum:Isolationist policy will do a lot of good if it can be applied to a copycat country like China. You don't know what those Chinese folks are doing. Bro, they are killing businesses with their fake products. People sit on their asses for years to think, bring up ideas to manufacture a good product for the world. After all your sweats and hard labour, one silly China firm will clown your product by producing its fake and still sell it at a very cheaper rate. This is a problem that has been identified by both conservatives and the rest of them. How to solve the problem is what people are trying to work on. Hillary knows this too but she won't say it or admit it because of 'politics and silly trade diplomacies'_ but hey this is a serious problem that the American government doesn't just know how to deal with it. |
Kingsley1000:This is one of the reasons why I hate commenting or visiting this forum. One sees all sorts of silly mediocrities |
Trump actually did great in the first phase of the debate. Like I love his many answers to questions about trade and employment. There he knows what he was saying. America is losing a lot of money and jobs to a copycat country like China. If you impose a very strict/huge tax on these companies leaving the united States for China, I bet they will think twice before taking out all the jobs and monies from America to a copycat China. Hillary on the other side was talking about inclusive businesses, partnership and other stuffs. She clearly don't understand that America is a great nation that can stand on its own without any China. America have the technology, have the connections, she have the market and the brain power. What does China have? A 1billion + people? Common. International diplomacy; clearly Hillary trashed trump on this. I will say she had a lot of 'experience' on this even though the experiences are 'bad experiences' like Mr trump said. Whether she wanna admit it or not, she and president Obama's bad decisions & policies created the vacuum that brought a terror group like Isis to life. Anyway I still think both candidates are very infamous, not popular and many Americans don't like them. I also don't like them both. Hillary was there all her adult life, what did she really changed? Trump on the other side is very reckless and not a trustworthy person. This is just a story of two bad choices. You only have an option of picking the very 'not too bad' choice. |
bejeiodus:I totally agree with you. |
seunmsg:My bro same thing I have been asking myself. When will the anti-corruption agency charge the woman to court and other corrupt people in their custody? Is she above the law or what? I'm so tired of the entire anti-corruption fight tbh. |
Innalillahi wa innailayhi raji'un |
Firefire:And you think PDP is(are) any better than shekau? |
aventura:He is public figure in case you don't know |
The problem with PDP is that they are very shameless. In a sane society, PDP won't talk when others are talking. People gave PDP 16yrs{some years were stolen though} to prove themselves, but rather PDP wasted the opportunity by looting. Now the shameless thieves are the ones screaming 'recession, bad economy' the most. I will rather vote for shekau or the north Korean dictator{Kim yun} than to vote for any member of PDP in any election in Nigeria. Nonsense |
This man doesn't know he is too old for this kind of things or what? The man is always behaving like a spoilt brat. There is always time for everything. When you become a man, people expect you to act like a mature person and not like a 'common street thug'. Smh |
modath:Funny. How can 2/3 governors in the opposition party "push" a whole president to squander the nation's excess crude oil reserve money just because he was told to do so? That's silliness. Jonathan was too weak and that was his greatest undoing. He could have been a great leader if he wasn't so weak. And his handlers capitalized on his weakness to deliver a heavy blow on the nation. Btw, I wish you a happy eid-kabir in advance. |
This woman though; always in the news for all the wrong reasons. I think Jonathan will divorce her very soon. If she's not in the news because of her over makeup face, she will be in the news because she was involved in one corruption saga or another. That's why I keep advising this young men who intend to settle down and have their own families to be very weary of materialistic ladies. Majority of this materialistic ladies are always up to no good. Marry them today and they will definitely bring shame and disgrace to your name. We can see how patience have been soiling the name of Jonathan just because of her own greed and selfish aggrandizement |
csamii:And what is your business with 'my government'? |
Tompolo must be arrested dead or alive. I don't pity the father because he was protecting his criminal son who is an enemy of the state. |
Now what is wrong with the CAN? What's their goddamn business with Muslims and their celebrations? Did the sultan declared Monday a Christmas day or what? Nigeria Christians are extremists and that's the fact. Today the national stadium is used by Christians for different kind of congregations and worships, but I have never seen were any Muslim made any fuss about it. Reverse will be the case if a Muslim cleric decides to use the same stadium for one thing or another. Hypocrites will start screaming 'islamization'. |
Instead of sitting on your ass to insult the government everyday, get up and get involved in reviving the battered economy. That's what progressive people and achievers do. You can contribute your own quota by dishing out constructive criticism |
CSTR2:Yeah Mr pessimist, never sees any good in others. None of your backward state can be compared with kano state in terms of social, physical, infrastructural or whatever development. Kano state is miles ahead of wherever cave you came out from. Now the topic is talking about a $1billion railways tracks, you mischievously brought "almijiri" into the discuss just because of bitterness for people who don't know a simpleton like you exist. Pray tell me, between the almajiris and the hundreds of drug barons executed all of the world, who is more better? Of course the almijiri is better because he doesn't uses greediness to take the lives of innocent people all over the world. Never do well like you have already made social medias a place for nuisance were every tom and dick display all sorts of foolishness, that's why many sane minds are avoiding various fora. Now what's your business with kano state or governor ganduje? Is he your state governor or its the railway tracks meant for your village you called a 'state' ? |
Izonpikin:You guys keep saying this true federalism thing as if it is easy to implement. Resource control is good but the centre won't like to see it come to life{and this is irrespective of the person controlling the centre}. Jonathan was there for six years or so, you should ask yourself why he never mentioned it nor did the 7th assembly pass any bill that has to do with resource control/true federalism. Resource control is not something that can happen in a day, a month or a year, the nation have to follow a very slow/gradual-process with a lot of painstaking before something like that can come to life again. |
KahlDrogo:Mining companies should be invited to invest there. Don't get me wrong, I'm on the same page with you. |
Most of the blame should go to the previous administration for not saving enough in case of any rainy days. Previous savings is the only thing helping oil economy like Saudi Arabia from sliding into recession |
That's my old woman's local government. The state government needs to bring serious miners in that will put their tools to use in kano state. Anyway there's gold in virtually every northwestern state. Araba! Araba!! Araba!!! Lol |
Real2020:Don't call me Yoruba or whatever nonsense you call yourselves here. I deal with facts and stats. Give me your stats and facts that Africans invented the weapons used in Nigeria/Biafra war and believe you me, I will shut the hell up. You don't just lie to yourselves and expect everybody to swallow your lies. Biafra = French weapons Nigeria = British weapons This thing is documented |
History revisionist. Funny. When did weapons used in world war2 became an African invention? Some people can be funny. And to think a a senator spew this trash made the whole thing more senseless. During the Nigeria/Biafra war, the French army and the south African mercenaries gave the biafran army weapons while the British and her America ally gave Nigeria army weapons. This thing is documented in local and foreign journals. And to think a senator wants to mischievously rewrite history is ludicrous and laughable. |
Tolexander:Shut up my friend. I don't know what's the problem with many of you on this forum. You have made unnecessary criticism and insults your daily bread. Yes the President went to commiserate with osun state on their 25th anniversary and at the same time commissioned a school. Pray tell me, what is now bad in this harmless thing he did? Must you guys criticize everything even when that thing is harmless? Obama commissions kindergarten schools and nobody make any fuss about it. Economy is bad doesn't mean everybody should loose their sense of reasoning. PMS sold @ $38 pb is enough to push the country into any eminent recession. What is Nigeria exporting again aside crude oil? Most of you here are funny. You say all sorts of no-brainy jargons and still think you are making sense. |
Funny nation. So just because someone was an ex-president you can't bring him down to your office and question him? Why all this media trials? If EFCC as an organization that was setup to fight corruption can't invite the ex-president and ask him some serious questions, then they should stop bothering people like me with all this silly media exposure. We want to see people pay for their crimes for real. |

The FG shouldn't engage in any silly dialogue with those miscreants. Force should be used on the militants. That's how the problem will be solved once and for all |
modath:Negotiate, negotiate, negotiate is what the FG have been doing since 1999. Now pray tell me, what has really changed? Did the so-called militants stop their militancy and terrorizing everyone? Like every other negotiation the FG had before, this one is likely to backfire in the nearest future. The FG should just deal with these economy terrorists once and for all, and this will be better for everyone. Ok today the avengers say they want dialogue, peace and progress, FG bought into their shenanigan and negotiated with them{by paying them off as usual}. Tomorrow be rest assured that another spinster group will come up with its silly games and blackmail. Is the government supposed to be going round and round in circles? Forget any ally talk. If the government wants to deal with saboteurs, believe me they don't really need any ally. Don't forget this militancy is an internal problem not external. Besides what's the number one work of all its{FG} security agencies? I'm really concerned about tomorrow you know. |
abokibuhari:And why will you accused my spiritual leader of pedophilia without any evidence? Just be careful kid |
abokibuhari:And you have ever seen him with your two eyes molesting a kid right? |
The emir is right and I support him. Though buhari inherited a bad economy from his predecessor, his policies are not making things easy for ordinary Nigerians. |

Stop, chill small and draw some breath, FG can't fight everyone from these communities & expect unfettered and lasting peace...
