Within Agege community where I live in Lagos, APC was few days to election asked their party supporters to collect people voters cards for reason known to them. Once they have the voters card, ur acct number with be written with the card numbers. Since three days ago, they have started credit those acct with 10k each. Is that not a vote buying? How will person now tell me that BVAS won't hack?

In d middle of d rain like 3pm, my boss called me to help her pick clothes from a tailor at First gate along Agidinbi road,I am coming from Oba Akran, which I told her it raining heavily here that I can't make it, by Monday I will pick it up.

She came to office last wk Friday that why would I tell her I can't make it? I was shocked bcoz she is someone I respected so much.

Why on earth would she spend her money on you, a boyfriend. She can only spend for her husband and kids or support you during wedding NOT Traditional marriage. In Africa it's the man's pride to pay for the wife's dowry, not vice-versa. Even we the married men, do not rely on our wife's money,cos you may be disappointed. Always try to call the shots as the man. Don't even act as if you are aware of her cash, but be Judicious in spending your money. My father once admonished me that money spent on a lady you are not married to, is like spending money on a prostitute. I understood better after training a girl for five years in the University with my meagre 25k salary and on graduation she opted for another man with a salary of 400k as contract staff in an oil firm, not minding if he was someone else's husband. To see parents, younger ones in school, I have a son n others. Now I have rule out obtaining my HND except through part term. I want to see if I can gather something and learn a driving skill... Is not a easy at all. I am 30 this yr. No help from anywhere, nothing nothing except Almighty God.. All I need from you guys is word of encouragement and if someone have a better place here in Lagos, I will gladly honour it.

Your boss is a vr good man, I work in a law firm too but I am not a lawyer though but I have learned alot in terms of legal activities... Most of their jobs come through Oga, our own is to process the paper work but my Oga can never willingly give out on her own after all, you are receiving a monthly salary of 35k. Last yr we Secured a project worth 4m, which I personally handle 90% of the paperwork except where her presence is needed. Still, no form of appreciation from her.

Walahi fa... For the past 3yrs now, I earn 30k as salary in Lagos.. A 31yrs old man for that matter. I look up and down, where do I start from? The thought of marry is busy nacking my brain but how? My remain little save, I used it for my admission processes and later secured my accommodation at my school. I got laid off from my work early dis year because the woman I was working with relocated her office to a far place which I couldn't cope due to the high tfare n d woman relocated because they have built their own house somewhere around Mowe-Ibafo for those who is in Lagos. Formally, our office was at Shasha, Lagos. I couldn't secure another job after trying to, just engage myself in this menial jobs to feed myself n my siblings. I really wish to go back to school.
