The process by which the right was broken is not the jurisdiction of the Federal high court therefore the whole suit is the jurisdiction of the State high court which a normal High court judge should not entertain in the first place.

What I would rather appeal is that governors should conduct transparent LGA elections and allow the wishes of the people to reflect on the ballot. Alternatively, enact a law that compels all LGA chairmen to live in the domain they man or be impeached.

Under normal circumstances, Kano state govt and Sanusi are supposed to obey, and vacate that order first, in a superior court, which is appeal court and not state high court .


Meanwhile, the opinion of OP is also wrong, because Bayero went to court to get exparte order, for his fundamental human rights that wanted to breach by state govt, meanwhile, the last time I checked, any court can entertain fundamental human rights in Nigeria.
