Two things are involved infact 3 things if I'm not mistaking for normalcy to be restored; 1. Invite the culprits and their parents to wake the dead child from the dead 2. Allowing the full wrath of the law to take its course by charging the culprits, their parents and the school accordingly as within the Constitution. 3. Allowing the family of the deceased to practice Moses concept of "an eye for an eye", this will balance the whole equation especially with full government support.
