The difference is that GEJ ran an all-inclusive govt where every one that worked with him were picked by merit & not because of religious or ethnic background. Bubu is running a fulani govt of Nigeria with almost ALL of the appointees not qualified for such appointments. AND THEY HAVE TAKEN NIGERIA BACK TO OVER TEN YEARS
