Politics › Re: Policeman Kill Makoko Traditional Ruler by fm7070: 3:25pm On Jul 23, 2012
We should not blame the Lagos state government for their action but we should concentrate our blames to the murderer who killed the chief.
The police need to do more of sensitisation and justice to any police who kill harmless civillian. Also, can't they use rubber bullets instead of live ammunition.
Politics › Re: LASTMA Official Dies Chasing After A Vehicle by fm7070: 8:40pm On Jul 19, 2012
these are what you get when an institution is not people friendly.
come to Benin Republic, Togo, Ghana and see how police and other paramilitaries interact with citizens
when LASTMA guys arrest, distabilise you over a simple thing they should have corrected you, next time you see them, you will run away before they try to put heavy load on your head again. Same thing goes with FRSC.
If any of them ever try to stop me and I see that the road is free, they're dead meat already.
I've been a good citizen with them in the past, but I realise that they're bunch of tugs, thieves and idiots
Politics › Re: BRT Bus Crushes Biker & Burns At Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway (photo) by fm7070: 8:15pm On Jul 19, 2012
as much as I have sympathy for the dead bike rider, I strongly condemn the burning of the BRT bus.
This is tax-payer's money, used for the convinience of many people. This buses save lifes directly or indirectly
We need to grow up in our actions and reactions.

Politics › Re: PDP Can Never Win Lagos –ACN by fm7070: 3:58pm On Jul 16, 2012
ACN cannot be too sure of that. Nigerians are wiser now and are becoming unpredictable.
ACN may not lose out at once but gradually. If only they just lose 1 local government to PDP. They are finished!
You need to come to Ayobo-Ipaja area and see how the whole place has been messed up. You can't find a single good road in that area. The state is so unchallant, slow and care-free about that Ipaja-Ayobo road they said they're constructing for the past 14months.
In Ishefun, more than 3,000 houses was demolished in 2008/2009 where more than 50,000 people were rendered homeless. That matter was in court and the court gave an injuction which the Lagos state government did not respect. Same land is being alocated to some other people who now build what they like on the land. That is unfair, barbaric and inconsiderate of any people oriented government.
This is a state that generates 18Bn internally generated revenue. Does the development we see really justify that?
The worst is the extortion stragies in the name of taxes and fines.
They should watch their backs. and learn that tides can turn anytime.

Business › Re: Clarification: Ghana Is Not Closing Legal Nigerian Businesses by fm7070: 10:12am On Jul 07, 2012
Ghana is a good country!
With a good government that serves her citizens first.
They are doing the very right thing that every government in the developing countries should do.
Why must you leave your own country to come and struggle with their youth and petty traders.
If you think you have enough money to migrate to another country, then, get up to $500,000 or stay in your country.
Nigerian (mumu) government should learn and love their citizens first. Not 'Ghana must go' at the detriment of the masses
We all know what happened in the course of issuing operation license to telecoms. foreign companies was considered first.
In construction, Julius Berger is the first choice.
Mumu government should learn from the ant. Proverbs 6:6

Christianity Etc › Re: Stephanie Henshaw - Chris Okotie's Ex-Wife - On Their Divorce by fm7070: 8:05pm On Jul 03, 2012
there is more to it than we know, and the woman is trying to be conservative
however, i think something is wrong somewhere with okotie.
he couldn't take full charge of his family. I perceived 3rd party was involved
even if the woman has done something wrong, can't he protect her?
I wonder what kind of lesson some hypocrites called pastors are teaching the younger generation
Rubbish!!

Will you shut your trap there!
Are they doing the right thing at that senate? See the way they're all addressing serious issues with levity.
Since inception of this democracy, I've not seen any substantial bill passed in favour of the poor masses.
How many people has died on that same road and other roads as a result of their negligence and corruption?
When hundreds of ordinary Nigerian dies, it doesn't concern them. When they die, you want us to be mourning? God forbid.
If Boko Haram has been seriously terrorising their quarters in Abuja, you would have seen their proactive actions.
Now, its ordinary Nigerian and nothing serious, transparent is being done.
If they're using the same medical facility with ordinary Nigerian, they would have made sure we have have the best, but they prefer to travel out of the country because of common typhoid that has killed many unpreviledged and poor masses
I can go on and on.
May he rot in hell!!

All will stand at the throne of judgement someday.

SSS is just figurehead
It's high time people start going back to their 'african insurance' at least, better than being killed like a cockroach.

Hon. Dabiri is the kind of person we need in the parliament. She's been up to the task.
Foreign countries will begin to respect Nigerians like they will respect American.
Though we are not there yet, but with this kind of proactive steps of Hon. Abike, we will get there.

Ghana government just wanted to take Nigerians for granted. Forgeting that if Nigerians should leave Ghana, their economy will crash down.

Car Talk › Re: 'Nigeria Used' And 'Registered' Cars - Any Difference? by fm7070: 12:44am On Jul 01, 2012
for your information, there are some cars that are not registered and have rocked Nigerian roads like mad.
Some people will use Local government or state government plate number and will use the car for like a year or more. Then register it or even sell as toks to unsuspecting buyers.
