When the current Oba of Benin was undergoing traditional rites before he ascended the throne, he was staying at that Traditional Ground, Uselu and a house was "built" for the period he was to stay there.

Buhari even visited him there. I can remember vividly.

After the traditional rites had been completed, the "house" was dismantled and not a single trace of concrete was shown there.

It was later I got to know they could dismantle such houses built from iron.
