Nonsense. Kenya counties are not allowed to collect taxes. If Nairobi was allowed to collect taxes - it would generate I think 10B dollars - or 10 times Lagos SLumpolis.

Sandton is a City on its own.Maybe about 9 km from the Jo'burg CBD.It's part of the Johannesberg metro,not part of the city.
