ChrisKels: The same achievements u were looking for when Amunike took over the reigns
Guess what, he did deliver both talents and achievements If I was looking for achievement I wouldn't had criticized Amunike's team. What I criticized was the amount of talents in the team. The tik taka game didn't allow me to easily access their talents then. That was why I said the team had two or three talented players. Well, anything can happen. |

tbaba1234: The coaches are to blame, they turned the whole thing to a jamboree. Manu Garba could not find a left back in the whole of Nigeria. Etim who played LB is a center back. Even the RB is a center back.
Corruption kills. Etim not bad but were you not the one that told us Divine is good? When I said Manu's selection was full of corruption during the AFCON tournament, didn't some go against me? |

TheGoodJoe: I do not also believe in the true Nigerian talk but I will maintain my stance that the U17 should be reserved for Grassroot development. It should be prioritised because over time it has unearth gems that went on to make the country proud.
Tammy Abraham, Tomori, Solanke and a host of others broke into quality European clubs without the help of the Nigerian youth team.
However, there is a big chance, Nacho, Ndidi Success, Orji Okonkwo, Osimhen and a host of others will be nowhere if not the youth team.
So I wonder the crave for the foreign bred Nigerians to play in the u17 to deny home based players that need it more than them.
If we are to use home bred/based players, the screening model must be improved upon to become more comprehensive to harness a high breed of special players to complement the foreign bred Nigerians. The best should be selected. |

ChrisKels: Why then are u so bitter since the said atrocities against the Yoruba nation by leaving out Aluko, Taiwo, Obafemi , Ajiboye et al, was also committed by a fellow Yoruba man, Okechukwu Keshi? I never knew the Igbo nation was so powerful to force the Yoruba man to asslick us by filling the national team with the Igbos unmeritedly over the more worthy Yorubas Chai. Chai maybe keshi was an intelligent Yoruba man who actually knows where the solution(igbos) to his problem(hunger for success) lies, hence ran to the Igbo and they delivered him of a gold. The AFCON trophy in 2013 wasn't won by Nigeria, rather it was won by the Igbo nation Bkus filths of ur ilk labelled the team an Igbo team when the AFCON list was announced
My unreserved apologies to any Yoruba man in here, who finds this post uncomfortable, I just felt the need to address this waste of an animal What a dunce! How did you pass exams? You must have paid your way through. Else, how is Illah same as Ugbodumila? So, everyone in Warri is Ijaw because you only met Ijaw man from Warri? You daft no bi small walahi. Keshi is from Illah. A town in Oshimili local government. While Ugbodumila is a town in Aniocha North Local Government. What dunce! |

charlesemeka85: Why re they not speaking any atom of yoruba or atleast bear yoruba names? They re akwa ibom and Benue communities boardered by enugu state and abia state and the distance to this communities from the igbo communities that share boundary with them is just a stone throw but that didn't rub off their indigenous traditions, cultures and languages which they still maintain till date.
They re igbo communities in present day Benue state today who still maintained their culture and traditions till date so claim is very lame and weak
Forgiveness go to bed abeg Ignorant mofo read. Deep in the heart of the Igbo. Speaking people in Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State are Ugbodu and three other communities where Olukumi, a derivatiue of Yourba language is the language of the people. BANJI Aluko, who visited the communities, examines how close Olukumi actually is to the Yoruba language and traces how the people came about the language. While knocking at the door, a young lady, emerging from the building replied, ta niyen? When the writer heard the reply, he taught it was a mere coincidence or that his ears were deceiving him. Of course, he had every reason to be surprised since he was not anywhere near the Yoruba enclave where such a reply can only be anticipated. After all, he was more than 100 kilometer away from the nearest Yoruba community He was in Ubodu town in Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta state. While trying to decipher why the lady gave such a reply a young girl of about five appeared and said “mofera biscuit”. Perhaps, the people are part of the Yoruba community living in the town, the writer guessed he tries to find out from the lady and was reluctantly directed to the palace for further explantion as she didn’t have the right to answer any of such questions |
