See onazi is not a bad player, he is a DM who also score goals but ndidi edge him out

Concerning onyekuru, he was loaned not that he joined permanent, At least i can say galatasaray is bigger than Anderlecht at the moment, and we know work permit issues made him playing there.

If onazi is playing for besiktas i dont think i will have the mouth to even argue this with you

Lazio to trabzonspor is a big step back, lazio is a big team, if na sassuolo ,genoa or those epl small teams onazi dey, e for better

But what do i know? na the offer wey him see be that
Onazi played mostly as a CM in Seria A though Trabzonsport converted him to a DM but I think he is better a CM.

I have not compared him and Ndidi until now because I know Ndidi is far better than him as a DM but if you want to see the best of Onazi, play him in his favourite position.

Lazio to Trabzonsport is a step backward. Agreed but the truth remains that he snubbed EPL and Werder Bremen for Lazio.

What money ?

Is it same onazi that isn't earning more than 25k euros weekly ?

No Epl clubs came after him bro or German ,trabzonspor is then offer he got ,no be same onazi wey dey reason to join Birmingham city ?
Oga! I followed Onazi from the youth cadet of Lazio. So, I know clubs from EPL and Werder Bremen came for him. That was when he was seeing enough game time at 21. Keita Baldé was promoted to the first team then.

Birmingham came for him when he was 24. It was during the time he had injury and a new coach took over.

He didn't see enough games for two good seasons that was after he decided to snub offers and extended his contract with Lazio the season before those two seasons.

How many Seria A defensive midfielders are discipline?

You don forget say na Italy be master for gra gra ?

Onazi should still be in Seria A at his age ,I don't know why someone will leave a better league and go to turkey at the age of 24 then .
Onazi played mostly as a CM in Italy.

If you think Seria A teams are not discipline, it's up to you.

Onyekuru left a better Belgium league for Turkey. What do you have to say about that?

bros i disagree with you. before ndidi signed for leicester from genk, he was seriously scouted by man untd who wanted to sign him and send him on loan to gain more playing time, hamburg then in the bundesliga were also very interested in having him and for leicester to cough out over 10m to sign an unproven talent who just played a season of top flight football in belgium is testament to the lads unpolished qualities. scouts no dey recommend dirty to their respective clubs because their jobs are in stake.

Even as injury ravaged Joel obi's career during his time in Italy. He was able to get noticed by the likes of Parma, torino and chievo and at a period of time linked with a move to Palace. If onazi was as good as some of u think he would have atleast attracted middle table clubs in Italy instead of moving to trspzonspor
Liverpool were ready to cough £8m for Onazi. Even Everton wanted him but he wanted to be loyal to the club that gave him the platform to succeed.

I remember I called him mumu den because of his decision.

not only that, i will pick ndidi ahead of onazi any day any time. Ndidi is currently one of the best young defensive midfielders in europe and top clubs will swoop for his signature if leicester decides to sell anytime soon.

onazi is more of garagara with no footballing brains. jumping into tackles and brutalizing opponents is not enough for him to be rated as one of the best in africa let alone europe.
Onazi is better a CM. Ndidi is better a DM.

"I did not come here to win the Champions League, but I came here to make the team play the way they have played in the last twenty months," Guardiola.

I think this line of Guardiola is going to go down to decide the history of the game. That is what makes him special. He sees things differently. This is not hype. This is the good part of Guardiola.

In the last few months, we have seen magical football from Guardiola, like his 6-0 demolition of Chelsea which was breathtaking.

The game against Bournemouth where Bournemouth team did not make a shot in the game. For the first time in the history of the EPL did that happen. We saw a run where we closed the margin against Liverpool who looked like the run away league winners.

Guardiola broke records in the EPL, not ready to start listing but it was phenomenal. Did the same with Bayern Munich. The point Gap between Manchester United I think was 18-19 points. Won the league EPL with hundred points. Won the domestic double with Bayern Three times. It takes a lot of hard work and brilliance to achieve what Guardiola has done in the game. To sum it up with not winning Champions League is mediocre, weak and disrespectful to the brilliance achieved over the years.

It is just a case of a man proving them wrong and showcasing football in the best way it should be played.
We want to see Guardiola win trophies with teams like Napoli, Monaco, Arsenal etc until then, he is hype man.

He didn't want to win the Championships league yet he was scratching his bald head as if lapalapa dey dere wen Tottenham dey beat am. Bhuhahahah grin

and why did he leave lazio when he became old enough to become one of the arrow heads in the team to trapzonspor in turkey? you mean no serie A team was able to afford him nor any decent club from the epl, french ligue 1,bundesliga or even one of the 3 top teams in the turkish league. pls go online and check ndid's stat when he played for genk in the europa league before leaving for leicester
Obviously, you didn't follow Onazi from the Lazio youth team to the first team. He was an attacking midfielder in the youth team before he was converted to CM in the first team.

Lazio never wanted him to go despite some clubs in the EPL and Werder Bremen coming after him.

I think he went to Turkey for money.

I wonder where you saw me write Rohr off. Genuinely, I feel Rohr has a chance to win the title and I will not be shocked if he does. However, I always believed the path to long-term success lies with playing possessive attacking football and that does not suit Rohr’s philosophy. We might nick some titles but I do not see him building a formidable international force with his type of play when we are capable of doing that.
Everybody has his philosophy. Possession attacking football is not the only style or pattern of play in the world.

you know what makes you guys jokers, everything is under construction from 15 international airports to 10 seaports to 100,000 megawatts plants to 20,000 km roads to 15 AI model cities to 20 shopping malls to 40 universities to 5,000 km railway lines and bullet speed trains to even 1 trillion dollars GDP in next five years to ultra modern bus terminal to fuckkk who keeps lying to your poverty azz like that. Now let me bring your azz back to reality. We're in 2019 and you currently generate less than 3,700 megawatts of electricity for the whole nation of 200 million people even after Obasanjo invested 15 billion dollars into your energy sector with construction of invincible plants which am sure is still under construction.Everyone uses generators if only your poverty self can afford one and if you can't,be prepared to live 3 months without electricity. Now your rails.Your colonial masters left you with 3,000 km of rail lines with majority being abandoned. For about 60 years since your independence upon all your oil boom in the 70s and 80s till now,you have only managed to add less than 1,000 km of rail lines.Remember Obasanjo's 15 billion dollars rail lines fantasy project from Lagos to Kaduna, well it never started. And you are still fantasizing even when you just got out of recession and your economic growth rate is less than 3%and population growth, how many years have they worked on the locomotive Lagos to Ibadan rail lines and is still under construction since God knows when and about your airport, same old Murtala Mohamed death trap Lagos airport serving 90% of all international arrivals and departure in Nigeria for close to 60 years. And you keep fantasizing of 10 international airports in this 2% growth rate.About roads, the lest said the better.Your roads are hell for close to 60 years and your dream cities, tragic. You can't even provide basic amenities and you are dreaming of a private estate project that will further cut you away from the 1% rich folks like how Lagos has been divided.into haven on the artificial islands and help on the mainlands.Useless country.Your Apapa Lagos failure airport is your greatest seaport for code to 60 years. You keep acting like a hypocrite. The only thing that still attracts people to Lagos is that national disgrace port in Lagos and there's no better option.Your divisions and greediness is dragging your poverty capital back and have you sat to think that it's getting worse as time keeps going. Why do you think you now have more extreme poor people than even India and why your energy crisis keeps worsening.Ghana took more FDI than even your country last year and in 2030,your population will be more than the USA with the same deteriorating infrastructure built mainly for 50 million people.Oil will loose its value and you will be a failed state.
Lagos- Kano standard gauge railway are in segments.

Abuja- Kaduna segment which is 187 km is already operational.

Lagos - Ibadan standard gauge railway which is 157 km will be completed in June though part of the segment from Lagos- Abeokuta is operational.

The next segment will commence afterwards. grin grin

In addition, Itakpe -Ajaokuta - Warri standard gauge railway line is operational and it is 320 km. It will be extended to Abuja from Itakpe. Construction will soon begin. grin

The 3,000 km Cape gauge railway is still functional. Stop lying. grin

Now, show me one Standard gauge railway built in Ghana despite all the gold, oyel money etc with just tiny population. grin

Kotoko international airport slightly handles more passengers than our third international airport which is Port Harcourt international airport.

Why don't you privatized your airport and seaport if you think you can run full capitalism. I am not talking of your railway.

Ghana just this week cut sod of ANOTHER train network.

This is what happened. In 2002, I remember the year because I lived in Tottenham then, me and my guy a bini boy went to Wood Green just on a casual Saturday lunch time kind waka. We were young then. You we got stopped by some guys who asked if we wanted to buy a brand new laptop that they needed to sell it to get money to go back home to Leeds.

I didn't need a laptop but my guy said yea he was interested. So we sat in their car and checked the thing properly, tested it and everything. When we finished testing they put the laptop back in the laptop bag whilst we negotiated.

As we were about concluding the transaction a traffic warden was coming to either tell them off or gave them a ticket as they were parked on a double yellow.

So us being eager to leave the scene with our purchase, got out the car and grabbed the bag as we passed the money to them. O boy as I felt the bag I knew instantly there was nothing inside! I screamed to my friend to drag the money from the guys hand , he tried but they sped off! We were left with a brand new laptop bag with two bottles of water inside.

Na so e take happen o. Even guy men dey fall sometimes.

As for the Florence one this guy picked my wifes pocket straight up. But she realised he had come too close to her and checked her pocket and realised her purse was gone! I asked if she was sure who it was and she pointed out the guy and said 100% sure so I block the guy and didn't let him leave until he returned it.

If not we for die there that day. I was ready.

Photo U17 AFCON : Golden Eaglets Number 19 Picks Up Man Of The Match Award
For the third successive game, a Golden Eaglets player has been named Man of the Match in the group stage of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.

Olisa Football Club Ijebu Ode frontman Ibraheem Jabaar was officially named the most outstanding player by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) as the Nigeria U17s and Uganda shared the spoils with a 1-1 draw at the Chamazi Stadium, Mbagala on Saturday afternoon.

Jabaar's goal in the 74th minute ensured Nigeria's qualification for the 2019 FIFA U17 World Cup in Brazil and the semifinals of the U17 AFCON.

Despite being under pressure, the number 19 controlled a long ball from the back before firing past Uganda glovesman Jack Komakech.

Sidos FC midfielder Akinkunmi Amoo won the Man of the Match accolade in Nigeria's opener against Tanzania and captain Samson Tijani was player of the match against Angola.

Five-time world champions Nigeria will face the second-placed team in Group B in the semifinals of the tournament on Wednesday, April 24, starting from 1400 hours.

We should probably bring Omidiji back to come take Ubani's spot...smh. Anybody that have eyes for talent will not doubt Ubani's potential.

And ,just to stretch this a little further. You see, we have millions of talent players like this littered all over Nigeria , but the problem is that we dont have a solid/enough developmental programs where these players can be taught how to put their talent to good use. The tragedy is they end up in our local league who throw them right into the action without proper correction and polishing to mould them into a complete talents. After U17 if you dont get a good club abroad to nurture you ,you are as good as dead.
Most of the shhitty players you see playing for our local league were once an Ubani, Abayomi and co but due to lack of development programs they ended up with mere potential. Go to our local league and watch the matches and you will shed tears. A certain player could dribble the whole field of players and with an open net he will still miss the goal. Its not rocket science.
I am just getting to know the players and I am yet to make firm judgement on them though I am still thinking perhaps the strikers lack goal instinct.

But how come you think I want Ubani out for Omidiji? It is very funny.

I am not myopic in reasoning neither do I base my assessment and judgment on sentiments when looking out for talents.

If I see a good talent I will tell but if I see none in a player, I will also tell and nothing go happen. Una go just yab me tire but at the end of the day, all will see it was never based on sentiment.

However, I am still assessing all the players though Tijani and Jabaar can be singled out.

Anyway, if you are good, you will be noticed by clubs who are ready to sign you after the U17 tournament though I agree our local league can't develop our talents.

Our local league can develop if we remove government hands from football completely otherwise, nothing go happen.
