Who said that..you are that desperate.Kenya companies are all over the continent. Our massive regional expansion started in 90s competing against South Africa juggernaut that was also expanding..yours is barely 10yrs.For many years we have been the main source of foreign investment to East Africa.Ask the TZ idiot here. You expansion to Kenya is nothing but farcical and insignificant.Kenya is free economy that welcome investment worldwide.Just be a little smart about it.We give Nigerians 10yr business Visa if they are investing and free 1 month Visa on arrival if they are visiting. We are suprised you can't sign Free Africa Trade. What sort of giant are you.Nigerians are streaming in to enjoy semblance of a functional systems.
Why must Nigeria sign when you are free to open business here?

Telkom has been hopeless the last 30yrs and is majority owned by gov.Helios got a bad deal by buying France Orange stake there. As for PayNet Interswitch they got also played by the white Zimbabwean who owned it and knew ATMs in Kenya were no longer profitable. All Nigerian investment in Kenya are loss making business that smart investors sold to gullible Nigerians.Kenya investment in Nigeria are profitable.
Lying mofo. Nigerians are major shareholders of Telkom with 60% shares. grin

Payne is in partnership with KCB your largest Bank in Kenya and KCB has 7 million people using the Verve. I say stop lying. grin

Guys,

Have you realized that U.S.A is making plans on how to hand Africa from China??

We are still modern slaves. U.S.A is trying to show support to African countries so they could turn their back to China. And also to became our new modern colonizer

Example- Abiy Ahmed is really smart, he has been collecting leaders on his side and opened up telecom, electric company and Airlines to foreign investors because he also knows U.S.A is going to help him out.

U.S.A is trying to take over China not beacuse they care of how Africa is being hurt by China but beacuse their economy is hurt due to China presence in Africa.

How do you guys take that? Rather than debating on who's country is better than whose, this is what we need to talk about.

Is China or U.S.A the biggest enemy of Africa? Do you think Africa will suffer more problem under U.S.A??
Deal with both with long spoon.

my point is,why are Kenyans not able to charge of their country like us.

See their tea farms, their businesses, even their airport controlled by Indians, their ports.

If you eventually see any Kenyan businessman, its either that there is one government intervention or its owned partially by 10 or more people or so.
Just see their bank owned by Kikuyu's.In Nigeria, its hard to see government helping businesses like them.

They should get a life and start inventing something
Ok. I just wanted to make them know.

They know the truth, bro. Tower aluminium don't dominate anything in Nigeria. He probably thinks Nigeria is little India where the people are laid back and owned by foreigners. In roofing, Nigerite alone is more popular than tower. We're not even talking about Metalum. You know, since yesterday when we exposed how dominant Helios, a company owned by Nigerians is in their country, they have been browsing nonstop to see if Kenyans have any worthwhile company in Nigeria and the best they can come up with is one owned by their Indian lords. grin
I tire ooo. Nigerite was established by Odua investment limited which is solely owned by Nigerians and they are the number one in roofing.

He thinks we only use aluminium for roofing. The guy is very ignorant about Nigeria yet he pretends he knows everything. grin

They closed shop long time ago..2011.There are about 5 Nigerian businesses in kenya..all making losses..Jumia(no longer Naija), Two small banks GT & UBA, One small hotel Eka and Paynet...they are all struggling to survive and have sank so much capital for little gain.Kenya private sector is not a joke.Iroko TV nobody heard of them. Kenya has way bigger one investment in Nigeria. For example Kenya Comcraft group dominate West Africa including Nigeria aluminum industry. One of their factory employee 4000 Nigerians.Nearly all rusted iron roofs you see in Nigeria are produced by Comcraft in their many factories in Nigeria including Towers Aluminum in Lagos, Towers Galvanized in and Midland Galvanized in Abeukota.
There are many Nigerian companies in Kenya.

Like I said before, Tower aluminium doesn't control the roof production in Nigeria.

There are two sectors in the aluminium industry. The roofing and Window.

Tower aluminium is only in the roofing sector and they don't dominant nada.

Of course, they are also into the raw material but Fan aluminium had 70% shares alone. However, imported aluminium has taken over 50% of the shares leaving the remaining 50% with FAN aluminium and Tower aluminium to share. And we know FAN aluminium has more than 60% of the remaining 50%.. grin

Dude Lagos is a city state and there is not place called Lagos city! Did you even read the what's in that picture ? There's Accra and and Greater Accra is a region. Which streets, or hotels are in this your deluded "Lagos City"? Which books do you have Lagos city ?
Now when computing the numbers below, factor in the indigenous population and demographic contents.
That was the question you asked below and I have answered your question.

If you still think there are small numbers foreigners in Lagos after showing you facts then I can't help you.

Lagos metropolitan area is totally different from Lagos state.

Two different things entirety. Is Kano city the same as Kano state? Is Kaduna city the same as Kaduna state?

BedLam:
Bring the facts! What's the number of tourists that used MMIA this year? How many foreigners are currently residing in Lagos compared to Accra and Nairobi? Why do you think UN, Oracle, Deloitte all have their regional headquarters in Nairobi? Google " Karen Neighborhood" in Nairobi, it's mostly foreigners who live there.
You don't have the numbers so don't bother next time. Since you live on Banana Island, name people that are are permanently living here. How easy it is to find a foreigner in Ikorodu, Badagry? But maybe a little trip to Kasoa after Accra will tell you what diversity is.

You are the one quoting meaningless articles that seems you don't understand.

If we mention "Benin City" that's Benin in edo state and everyone knows this. There's no Lagos city that's different from Lagos as a whole. You are the foreigner here.
You are a foreigner. Simple and short.

rvp20193 Kenya is just the same as ghana. In ghana it is the same thing the nigerian banks are in big trouble closing branches right left and centre you can go to gtb or access bank in accra you only find three employees in 1 branch. This nigerian banks and nigerian companies they borrowed money massively to invest in other african countries which was suicide. In 9 months nigeria banks borrowed 19 trillion naira this year. In nigeria also they're packing up diamond bank is in trouble . Skye bank has been taken over by polaris ethan is in trouble. Etisalat collapse, econet collapse, zayn network collapse. The mobile companies are making massive losses. The economy is unstable
