Rohr is focused on Lookman and Groenveld for the Libya fixtures. Perhaps he waiting to see more consistency from Eze?
Maybe with the connection of Pinnick in FIFA, we may have both of them available but it doesn't stop Rohr from given Eze chance.

our local academies, the nff u13 programme and the recent push for foreign born players are the future stronghold of the super eagles. the current npfl is just there and have minimal importance to the growth of the super eagles.
We can not completely render all players in the Npfl useless though I agree they must prove themselves in Europe.

Don't forget Etebor, Abdul, Musa, Mikel, Ighalo and Ujah were once a product of Npfl.

QPRs Nigerian Midfielder Ebere Eze is being tracked by a host of Premier League sides including Chelsea and Tottenham hotspur

The 20 year old Nigerian is the rave of the moment in England following another scintillating performance for QPR in the championship . . . http://www.soccerassembly.com/chelsea-tottenham-eye-hot-nigerian-prospect-ebere-eze/
It's very glaring that this boy could turn to something hence should be capped but our invisible scout does not have eyes to see better players in good leagues, na obscure leagues na em dem eyes dey fish for mediocre players.

Subomi007:
I'm yet to understand why abiodun akinlade is chewing more than he can bite.

He doesn't posses the political mechanism and structure to get any mandate in Ogun state.

Another reason why yewa/awori agenda can not come to reality if such selfish interest is not put aside. Besides how does he think amosun will trust him after much rivalry that existed between them before he moved to PDP from APC then.

If PDP can come together and reach a compromise to produce a credible candidate from egba or ijebu... It will be over for yewa/awori agenda as many of them are not political inclined to actualize the dream through greed and selfishness.
Is Abiodun Dapo from Yewa/Awori? I don't think so.

Dude, through ur first paragraph to the bolded it was obvious u were mocking those calling Chukwueze a special talent, hence u said if he was special enough that he should make the step up like the Allis of this world did. That simply means u were doubting his abilities. Lol u can only decieve the weak ones bro. Nice try
forgiveness:
If we ask these peeps the definition of special talent? Na Kelechi Nwakali, Chidiebere Nwakali, Samuel Chuchwueze etcetera hence dey deserved to be called to the national team. grin

Now, ask dem where are these 'SPECIAL TALENTS' doing exploits? Lower divisions or obscure leagues.

No doubt Samuel is a gene and a special one indeed but common sense will tell you there are players doing better than him in better leagues hence doesn't deserve a call now.

In fact, I doubt a special talent like him will remain in lowly league for long if he continues with outstanding performance in such league.

Dele Ali moved from league 1 to EPL straight after outstanding performances. Lookman moved from obscure league to championship, to EPL and now £25 million was not enough to price him away from Everton. Onyekuru moved from Belgium second tier to Anderlecht and now Galatassary within the space of 3 seasons. Now, that's what I call special talent. Unlike one who couldn't live up to expectations in a lowly Eredivisie second tier yet dem wan make I believe na special talent and he deserves to be called to the national team ahead of players doing better than him.

I see wayo people coined the word Special talent to get some certain players into the national team through the back doors devoid of merit and si unit standard of measurement of excellence.

This kain of mago mago can lead to war if people perceive some peeps are playing on people's intelligence. Enough said.

Eberechi Eze on Wednesday showed he is one of the most exciting young English talents outside the Premier League on a night when QPR left Millwall in their wake.

The 20-year-old forward played a starring role and scored as Rangers continued their turnaround under Steve McClaren.

Eze, who was released by Millwall two years ago, looks a bright prospect and it is easy to see why a host of top-flight clubs are monitoring his progress.

Scouts from Tottenham, Chelsea, Manchester City, Liverpool and Crystal Palace are believed to have watched him and any one of them at Loftus Road on Wednesday would have been impressed.

Playing in the No10 role, Eze sought the ball in intelligent positions, carried at speed, ghosted past defenders and brought others into the game. He still has plenty of room for development, but already has a good understanding of the game.

Former Rangers striker Jamie Mackie has no doubt that he has a bright future.

“He has got undoubted quality,” said Mackie, who was at QPR with Eze last season and was a pundit on Sky Sports last night. “The manager and people at the club are going to try their best to keep his feet on the ground. Knowing him, they will not have to do that.

“He has a great attitude. He just wants to play football and achieve what I believe he can. I believe he can go really, really far.”

McClaren was keen to stress that Eze still has a lot of work on.

“He has a long way to go, but he is definitely a talent,” said the Rangers boss. “We need to add discipline and work-rate to his game. He is showing that and he is getting the reward with his performances.

“He is a talented player, but talent alone is nothing — you have to work hard and we have told him that. He has got to be disciplined and do a job for the team.”

QPR have turned things around after losing their first four games and they are now unbeaten in four matches and just three points outside the play-off places.

Millwall, meanwhile, continue to struggle and are just one point above the relegation zone.

Lions captain Steve Morison said: “Everyone knows it is not good enough. It is only us who are going to put it right and we need to do that quickly.

“I said in pre-season this was going to be a tougher season than last year, that we are going to be in a relegation fight and getting to 50 points is our aim. That is still our aim.
Why Rohr no wan invite this lad is what I don't understand.
