I dont want lookman to continue on everton bench because he did well at the bundesliga but the useless everton manager refuse to sell him for 22.5
Hope akpan has always been a crappy player so please stop using super eagles as example
All those below average player should fight and make england team okay
Solanke would have gone to the championship and join his fellow below average players and now he is no where near Liverpool bench.
Players like solanke na FA cup and capital one cup dey rush them Lyon, Rangers and Huddersfield are championship teams!? Why Liverpool ignoring heavy summer interest in 20-year-old prodigy could be a step in the right direction Why Liverpool ignoring heavy summer interest in 20-year-old prodigy could be a step in the right direction Why Liverpool made the right decision by holding onto Dominic Solanke When Liverpool acquired Dominic Solanke from Chelsea, much wasn’t expected from the striker given that the likes of Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah were reaping the rewards. But according to the Evening Standard, Liverpool rejected offers from multiple clubs in the summer to keep hold of the youngster. The likes of Huddersfield Town, Middlesbrough, Aston Villa, Rangers, and Lyon were all interested in snapping up the young talent. Solanke was signed from Chelsea upon his contract expiration. It Liverpool have opened their season in stunning fashion after winning all 4 of their opening games of the season. Jurgen Klopp’s side look like the real deal this season. Although Dominic Solanke is yet to play a role in the squad this season, there’s no doubt Jurgen Klopp will require his talent at some stage of the campaign. The Reds were right in keeping hold of their young striker. Solanke represented Chelsea for three years after which he was loaned out to Vitesse before joining Liverpool last season. The Anfield club has always proven to be a breeding ground for English talents. The likes of Joe Gomez and Trent Alexander-Arnold are pure, young English talents who will play a peripheral role for the club this season. Joe Gomez has proven to be a utility defender while Trent Alexander-Arnold has completely made the right-back role his own. Liverpool will be the perfect club for Solanke to nurture himself. Under the guidance of Jurgen Klopp, the 20-year-old will receive the right kind of mentorship and training to take his career to the next level. Klopp is one of the most famed managers when it comes to developing budding youngsters and there’s no doubt the German will have a massive influence on the player. Moreover, Liverpool have loaned out Danny Ings to Southampton this season – move which will be made permanent next year. This means that the Reds would need Solanke to offer cover and depth. Dominic Solanke Liverpool are yet to challenge on all fronts this season and that’s when the youngster will be needed the most. Klopp can afford rest to Roberto Firmino once the Champions League starts, which would give Solanke the chance to impress himself. The fact that Pinnick himself went down to England to talk with him showed how much we wanted him. But he threw it right to our face.. charlesemeka85: Owngoalnigeria.com had a chat with Hamburg highly rated 18 year old defensive midfielder Jonas Benjamin Chimezie David who recently declared his intention to represent Nigeria ahead of Germany to this portal last month.
Already he has made the step up to the first team and he earned positive reviews after impressing in a pre season friendly game against Bayern Munich and it immediately sparked talks about his international future.
In this interview with Osas Mahawi, Jonas explained why he opt for Nigeria ahead of Germany and his immediate aim of playing for Nigeria at any level, although the U20s is his main target for now.
OGN – Hello Jonas, what informed your decision to declare for Nigeria ahead of Germany?
Jonas – I want to make my father proud and playing for the country that he comes from will help me fulfill my aim of making him very happy.
OGN – Are your parents in support of your decision to play for Nigeria ahead of Germany?
Jonas – Yes. I am blessed with the most wonderful set of parent. They support my decision and I pray it comes to pass soonest than later.
OGN – Have you ever been to Nigeria ?
Jonas – No. I have not been to Nigeria yet, but this is a fact I really want to change in the nearest future. Hopefully before or if I get invited to any of the national team of Nigeria.
OGN – What’s your immediate target with the Nigerian team?
Jonas – Honestly, I want to progress through the ranks meaning I will love to start from the youth teams but that doesn’t mean I’m not eyeing the senior national team of Nigeria.
OGN – So who is your favourite Super Eagles player?
Jonas – John Obi Mikel. The captain and I share similar characteristic as midfielders and I hope to emulate his success with the Nigerian team and also match his achievement at club level. See better player here but na overage na em dey worry our coach. |

As far ahead of the others because of your UEFA coefficient factor, fine. Simy got his chance just before the WC and Rohr still has faith in him just as he has in Joel Obi. Ask white Oningbinde. Ok. Can you please tell me what's your definition of average? Uefa coefficient is not issued in my back yard, it's issued from the authorized authority and it's legit. Rohr also has faith in Ezemwa. ChrisKels: Do u know what durability and relevance mean? The clubs they signed for never knew they were over aged. They were victims of the players' fraudulent act, just as the Eagles were once or twice their victims too. But since no one can cheat nature, age caught up with them, hence dey cudnt stand the test of time neither were they relevant in the so called big teams they played for . Haruna was a bench warmer for a moribund Monaco side that ended up getting relegated. He was so poor at Kiev that when he was sent out on loan, he was rejected and sent back to Kiev. He was released finally at a supposed age of 22 abi 23. Rabiu was never at any time a rational deal by the various clubs he scammed Separate age from performance. They are two different things far apart. 1. Monaco was not Moribund as at the time he was bought. Monaco reached the final of UEFA champions league in 2004 and always finished in the top 3 on the Ligue 1 table till 2005. Monaco still reached the finals of 2010 Coupe de France. Does that sound Moribund? 2. Haruna Lukuman was not a bench warmer at Monaco. Stop the lies, abeg. In his second season, he started 16 matches out of the 23 matches he played, and he was part of the team that led Monaco to the finals of the 2009/2010 Coupé de France. He started in all the matches (save the first round and finals) and even scored in the Quarter finals. The third season he played 17 matches under the new coach who led them to relegation. In short, they wanted to retain him but he left for Dynamo Kyiv. Stop lying. 3. Who told you he was sent on loan because he was so poor at Dynamo Kyiv? You can lie oooo. . He played 14,18 and 18 games out 30 league games for three good seasons from 2011 - 2014. Started in the Ukrainian league Super cup final they won. He was dropped because of his attitude problem. 4. You know nada about Rabiu Ibrahim journey. First of all, agent were too impatient to allow him develop in a club. He terminated his contract with PSV and Celtic by himself even though they wanted him to stay. He left due to lack of game time because there was no way he could have forced his way into the first team with the calibre of players in his AMF role. He figured that out and requested his contract be terminated. At Kilmarnock, when we thought he has started getting games he collapsed on the field and that was the end. At Trencin, he made Simon Moses, Samuel Kalu and Madu popular because he was the engine that propelled the club to win the league for the first time in their history. Stop giving false informations. |

komekn: I have watched Fikayo play live several times up close and personal. Yes he has improved.
It's difficult for me to say No to any player because the standard level of achievement that should exist before a player is invited is now VERY QUESTIONABLE.
In reality we do not have one. We are inviting B team youth players to the SE.
From what I have seen he is improving but he is not better than Aina who is considerably ahead of him. Well, I don't know if he has improved but the last time I saw him I was not impressed. |

charlesemeka85: forgiveness i doubt if you have seen igbekeme and fikayo play this season. i don't rate players based on their past exploits but current form and this is one of the problems bedeviling the apex team of this nation. igbekeme is miles better than onazi based on current form. he is creative, versatile(can play as a cm,dm,lw and am),younger and a workaholic. currently in the spanish 2nd tier is is called the new kante and have been one of the best players in this season so far. he is currently been monitored by the likes of sevilla and other top tier clubs in spain after just joining zaragoza few weeks ago.
timori have improved so much and have been a mainstay in derby's first team. having a young player whose utility will be immerse in the team will be a plus. he is naturally a centre back but can also play the rb position comfortably. lets forget about onazi and omeruo's past exploits and accept the fact that they are washed up now Well, I have not seen both played this season but based on what I saw in Tomori's game last season and from what I know about hyping on players in the early stage of the season, I don't think they are good enough or better than Onazi and Omeruo. Mbanu Watched Tomori closely several times but I wasn't really impressed or wooded by him. Maybe he has improved as you said but how much? Has he made Championships team of the week or won MOTMs? Last season, Ramon Azeez won MOTM award and made team of the week in la Liga 2 early in the season but faded off at the end of the season. We also heard how big clubs in EPL and LA Liga monitored him but......So, I don't think Igbekeme has done anything deserving to be called to the national team for now except he wins la Liga player of the month or gets nominated for la Liga 2 player of the year. If you talk about versatility and current form, Onazi is versatile and currently in form. |

ChrisKels: That's a lie bro 09 has given us some meaningful players for the national team
Omeruo, Onazi, Kayode are all 09 while not even one person made it from 07 None is not correct. Lukuman Haruna played consistently with big clubs like Monaco, Dynamo Kyiv, and Anzi Makhachkala. Don't forget he was in South Africa 2010 world cup. He was ignored in his early years. Dele Ajiboye is still around. Won the local league with Plateau United. In a sane society, he should be in the national team ahead of Ezemwa. Rabiu Ibrahim could have made it but due to heart failure he went down though he went to the biggest or one of the biggest clubs in all the leagues he went to. PSV, Sporting Lisbon, Celtic, Gent etc He is currently in Slovakia league and his team is leading his team.
