What would you gain from lying that you have been to Addis Ababa. Where did you pass to Accra if it's by road? Tell me the color of the border gate? Stop lying you traveled out to Ghana not to talk of Cotonou. |

Uncle Dapo should now focus on developing road infrastructure in Remo zone especially, his home town Iperu just like Amobode did to Epe.
It could take another 30 years before Iperu can get the opportunity to get another governor.
Built overhead bridge over the Sagamu- Benin Express to Iperu. Forget them say. Dem say.
Remo people has developed Lagos, Ikeja, Ibadan and other cities through Awolowo but neglected their own place. It's time to also develop Remo and not at the detriment of other places ooo. |

tochez24: You loose your money because you're actually DUMB, not because something is wrong with the Nigerian banking system⚠️
If you're not technically inclined, please avoid using ATM cards and nothing will happen to money if you loose your phone!!!!
But, if you're smart and technically exposed like me.... First thing you do is to lock your alert sim with a unique password, then proceed to lock with your atm cards, bank apps and ussd with passwords. To be on a safe side, you can use one long unique password for all of them, linking them to just one mobile network which you have already passworded too.
And please do not share this details with anyone, whether with a friend, family or scammers impersonating bank staffs.
That way when you loose your phone, nobody can even access your mobile line talkless of your bank account😆😆
I have lost my phone severely times and nothing happened to my bank account 💯 How do one lock alert sim? What do you mean by alert sim? How do you lock your atm card? |

Workch: Cotonou has more infrastructure than every single city in Nigeria, be it Lagos, Abuja, Port harcourt, Owerri or kano.
The only thing is that, there are more businesses in Nigeria by virtue of population than in Benin but Cotonou has better infrastructure and the place is far more organized. Cotonou get 2 airports? Cotonou get 2 monorail? Cotonou get biggest estate in west Africa? Cotonou get 20 big shopping malls? Cotonou get BRT system? Cotonou get best universities in Africa? Cotonou get sgr train? Cotonou get 10 skyscrapers? Cotonou get paved street roads? Answer that one first. |

But wait, how can you and I know what we are talking when we haven't been to all the countries in Africa? Mr man, na you and I opinion until it is proven by a reputable institution. Based on development and foreigners testimonies, Lagos is is far more developed than all those aforementioned cities save some cities in South Africa and Not Africa. All the cities I mentioned have better roads, drianages, transportation, serene environment, electricity and public water system than Lagos nd Abuja. We wey dey here go dey think say we dey heaven.
Cotonou that is just less than 150km away from Lagos here is far more developed than Lagos if you consider basic amenities.
I have been to these places. Better roads than Abuja? Abuja is far better than those aforementioned cities in terms of roads, drainage, transportation (save public transportation) and serene environment. They are above Abuja only in electricity and public water. Make una dey travel small. Cotonou far developed than Lagos!!? Cotonou no even reach Akure, Owerri and Uyo not to talk of Lagos. Cotonou and Lome are far more organized and have more infrastructure than Lagos generally and I don't even want to mention Accra. Nobody that has been to those cities will disagree, Lagos only has more economy and money but we don't see what they are using the money for.
The question boils down, if Lagos is as wealthy as Johannesburg, why is Lagos not as developed as Johannesburg? Think about it Are you okay? Which infrastructure dey Lome and Cotonou pass Lagos? No bi the same Lome and Cotonou wey I don go more than 50 times? Accra is not more developed than Lagos though more organized. Stop talking trash. I do go there mor than 60 times. Johannesburg is not far better than Lagos like it use to be be those days. Lagos don catch up. |

Workch: I know Lagos is probably the most developed city in Nigeria by landscaping and second to Abuja infrastructure but going outside of Nigeria, Lagos and Abuja may not be able to compete with their contemporaries infrastructural wise. This post is not to meant to undermine Nigeria but for us to see that we have a long way to go as a nation. When I mean infrastructure, I refer to transport system, aesthetics, public water, organization and quality of life.
1. Johannesburg, South Afria 2. Cairo, Egypt 3. Durban, South Africa. 4. Cape Town, South Africa. 5. Oran, Algeria. 6. Casablanca, Morocco. 7. Tunis, Tunisia 8. Pretoria, South Africa. 9. Alexandria, Egypt. 10. Algiers, Algeria. 11. Rabat, Morocco. 12.Nairobi, Kenya. 13. Tripoli, Libya. 14. Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Which Nairobi, Addis Ababa develop pass Lagos? I have been to Addis Ababa. Not bad but Lagos is far more developed than that place. Tripoli wey war don finish? Oran? Rabat? Alexandria? You don go there before? |

GeneralDae: It's painful to say but let's face it. Nairobi has more finesse than any other West African city from all YouTube Videos I've seen over the years and I've seen a lot.
Dakar, Abidjan, and Lagos (mainly Ikoyi and VI) are up there but at this moment, Nairobi in particular is ahead of these cities in the development curve. Accra is also developing fast with good diaspora influx but cannot be compared to Nairobi at the moment especially the best parts of Nairobi.
Nairobi has been kinda free and hospitable to foreigners and foreign investments from India and Europe for decades compared to much of West Africa.
Note: When I say Nairobi or Accra or Lagos, etc. I am comparing their best areas only e.g Westlands, Cantonement, Airport road, Ikoyi, VI, etc. Thank God you said it is from YouTube videos you watched that formed your opinion. Lagos fine pass Nairobi. Abuja is even finer. This is observation from foreigners that have been to these cities. When I say foreigners, I am talking about foreigners from advance countries. From Ikoyi, VI - Lekki fine die. Eko Atlantic dey too ooo. |

Wallade: I will be honest with you, the person that opined that it is conflict of interest is very correct.
The minister, husband, is on the federal executive council that approves such contracts. He was part of the executive council meeting where the contract was approved.
His wife being on the board of directors of that company implies a conflict of interest. The ideal thing is to prevent companies where he and his wife are directors from bidding for contracts with FGN pending his service to the nation as a minister. That is the ideal and proper thing to do.
The company can do private sector business and contracts while the wife is on the board as a director of the company. Are interpreting what the said or you're following your own opinion? |
