shervydman: an alternative operational base for presidents.
EAC will have about 150,000 residents(people that will live there) and close to 200,000 visitors, commuters on a daily basis while ACC(Abuja centenary city) will accommodate more than that.
I can go on and on......ACC is far better than(at least the concept) EAC like I said earlier, but EAC is the epicenter. infact, it is regarded as one of the ongoing mega projects in the world. I see. I think the total residents is 400,000.

Dudes know nothing and are very slow yet they'll keep going on and on even when whatever points they're making is utter bullshit and makes no sense at all. Bhuuuhahaha! We know the truth about the highest numbers of skyscrapers btw Lagos and Kenya. We now know Lagos has more skyscrapers and highrises than Nairobi. We know Abuja and PH have more highrises than Mombasa. |

shervydman: I think Abuja centenary city will be larger than EAC and it has more features than EAC like zero waste management, green city, presidential retreat and so on which EAC cant boast of.
EAC is programmed to accommodate 250,000 citizens while ACC is programmed to accommodate 450,000.
ACC will cost about $18b while EAC will cost about $6b. abeg, many things dey wey ACC take better pass EAC but I know EAC will get the nod over ACC any time, any day. What is presidential retreat all about? EAC is programmed to accomodate 400,000 people. Like what? |

Nowenuse: Ok. Is the centennary city under AMAC LGA?
CT city and Eko atlantic, which would cost more and which do you think will be better and more powerful?
It seems like CT city is far bigger than Eko atlantic. Or not? I really don't know. I don't understand what you mean by which will cost more. Looking at the projects, they will both cost billions of dollars. The better one will depend on the final outcome of the project. For now we can't tell if they will stick to the original plans or not but I think Lagos has more advantages because it is beside the sea and it is the commercial nerves of the country. I don't know the size of Centenary City Abuja. |

Nowenuse: When do you think work will fully begin in this Centennary city, Abuja?
Eko atlantic and Centennary city, which do you think will be more beautiful after completion? Work is already going on there but slowly due to the issue btw the FCTA and the developer which has to do with authority. The developers wants full authority but the FCTA point out that such wasn't included in the agreement. The issue of compensation for resettlement money that... donny_ovi Join Date: Oct 2016 Posts: 49 Post Thanks / Like Likes (Received): 40 The project is currently under progress, Phase 1b grading works is almost completed, the contractor is completing all snags at the moment. The master plan design is progressing and It may be difficult to tell you when the actual infrastructure will be in place as this depends on the design specifications. Some information I got from emailing them. This is one of the quote from skyscrapercity The picture is also gotten from skyscrapercity. You can notice the roads and the cranes.

fanficgirl: You dey carry this skyscraper matter for head o. Abeg let it die These small details seem unnecessary but it carries a lot of weight when you consider the economic impact it brings to a city and a country. Dubai is case study. The skyscrapers, the icons of the city. The rest they say is history. I don't want a Kenyan to portray or tell my country's story, like CNN and BBC showcasing Makoko as the federal Republic of Nigeria's economic capital city. I have decided to tell it and showcase it to the world that we are not living in the jungle, they are welcome to one of the best infrastructural developed countries in Africa. They can come and do business here. At least, se.un no dey complain and na free of charge. |

Mombasa,Abuja and PH respectively
Not forgetting Mombasa is adding two skyscrapers...already top out Sorry for interruption. I just needed to reply all the mentions missed during the busy days. I didn't know how I missed this and I can't overlook it, just like that. Equating Mombasa with Abuja is a very big mistake even p/h nobi em mate. Just from these pictures alone, how many did you count? Remember, Mombasa has only 14 according to how you interpretated it. Abuja highrises ranging from 12 floors above.

NairobiWalker: I told you guys Lagos has nothing on Nairobi. We did a similar thing on skyscrapercity which was more mature - less patriotism and more content and everyone noted that Lagos disappointed. In terms of high-rises in African we talk Jo'burg, Cairo, Luanda, Nairobi, Durban, Cape Town and lately Dar es salaam Are you referring to this outdated list? Even if we go by this list, Lagos still has more 20 floors above completed/underconstruction. By the way, where did you get, 23 Nairobi and 10 Lagos? You dey li.e ooooooo.
