Jay254: I speak the trueth always..
You must be serious how do you count the floor of abuilding from basement. remove that shit from your list. When I told your friend NairobiWalker about the basement, regarding LéMac Tower, he disapproved and went ahead to count the basements. Why didn't you rebuke him? Besides, Eko Tower basement is seme and not fully basement. So, it still counts. |

Jay254: As per my research no all the buildings were build unless you have aeriel photos of all..
I have tried to count the floors they do not tally ad you put... I checked somewhere and Nigerians were complaining of how slow the project is... Believe this project has been commissioned last year. They tally. 15 floors and 12 floors are what you will count for each buildings. Besides, you can't take pictures of a residential building here anyhow else you may be taking to court but I will definitely find a way to get a picture of these buildings when I go to Port Harcourt. However, the ones you see in those pictures are still more than all the highrises in Mombasa. Now, dat is the koko. |

NairobiWalker: Leave that guy alone. Debating with him is like arguing with a goat. He's included 3 towers under construction in the Lagos list, one tower with 19 floors, another tower with 17 floors and two names of the same tower thus increasing the tower count of Lagos' towers over 20 floors from 18 to 24. He's then fished random figures from his arse as total number of high-rises in Lagos and Nairobi. Interestingly he first stated that Lagos has 106 high-rises then suddenly it's 126 and he claims Mombasa has no tower over 20 floors lol. It's painful debating him. Random figures from Emporis, the same organization that figured New York highrises to be 6000, Moscow 11,000 etc. Hahahahahah! You know I boost bubbles. Where in this forum did I initially say Lagos has 106 highrises? I never said so, I dare you to quote the post. I can only remember I reduced the number from 126 to 110 highrises because I removed the Sixteen 12-storey Towers due to the fact you raised eyebrow about 12 floors. Did I say Mombasa doesn’t have Tower over 20 floors? Yes! It painful because you have been weighted in the balance and found wanting. |

Jay254: The rainbow town in portharcourt is still underconstruction build up buildings are not even 25... Be honest when you preach honesty...
Mombasa Marina with 22floors almost complete and Kizingo Mombasa also 22floors lastly Cresent Apartments 24flrs Mombasa site preps already The Rainbow Town Port Harcourt project was commissioned in 2015. There are Sixteen 12-storey Towers and nine 15 - storey all topped out. Once, a structure is topped out it is considered a highrise or skyscraper. See the pictures below. The first picture is the 9 15 - storey already topped out and particularly painted as at 2015. Remember, we are in 2017. The second picture is the Sixteen 12-storey Towers also already topped out. This picture was taken in 2014. When I go to P/H, I will take some pictures and post it here. Conclusion; Port Harcourt has 25 highrises while mombasa has 11 highrises. Looking at the picture of these buildings, I will say Mombasa has only one structure with 20 floors above T/O. The other one is not yet topped out. Is it? If I am wrong, please prove me wrong. No 1, nine 15 - storey towers picture No 2 & 3, Sixteen 12-storey Towers

They think we are called the GIANTS OF AFRICA for nothing.
Thanks to you, forgivness, freshest4live, adamskutty, shervydman, arinzeejikonye and all others. Nigeria will surely get better and gradually continue to take it's place as the Giant of Africa. We will fully recover from the decades wasted by military rule. Yes ooooooo! |

Considering you've always exaggerated Lagos figures here, even with your exaggerated 110 towers if I was to do a count for Nairobi I would beat you by far but like I told you they're too many in Nairobi I can't count all of them. They are not too many for other more civilized and organised countries in the world to count but only Kenya is different. You don't need to bother yourself. Nairobi has only 76 highrises. |

This is no 4 bourdilon ikoyi , twin tower with 25storeys each Nooo! You don spoil my game. I know about this but I was waiting for him play another card for me to check him up. Besides, this is a skyscraper and not highrise. It is aboveground 100m. TayserMahiri: Ca't rely on that site to provide me with the list of all highrise buildings in the globe when some are virtually unknown Because people in the globe are not like Kenyans. People in the globe have data for every buildings in their cities. What emporis needed to do was to confirm if the building is from 12 floors above. They also rate according to the cities or countries parameters. In the case of New York, as long as your building is 20m, you building meets the requirements for highrise. Snapshots showed New York has about 6000 highrises. As you can see 10, 11 & even 8 floors were counted as highrises. Na only Kenya different.

Nairobi and Lagos both have 6 skyscraper each that's including the two buildings u guys finished just recently.
the highest 20 buildings in Kenya ranges from 60m-200m while Nigeria ranges from 87m-160m. Point of correction, sir. Lagos has 8 skyscrapers completed. This includes Eko Tower 2 - 110m 27 floors and Black Pearl Tower 110m 24 floors. They have many short buildings and dem dey claim highrise city. Mtcheww! |

If Moscow, New York, Seoul, Tokyo etc can count theirs that is about 11,000, 10,000, 6,000, what is Nairobi? My friend, we have the data of ya 12 floors buildings.
