TheGoodJoe: I am with edi287 on the fact that Adi and Samuel could not cope with the drills in camp. The reports earlier from the camp said this before the coach confirmed it.
I think Osimhen and Isaac Success got called up to get a closer look by the coach, more like Osimhen. I think Rohr set his sight on the future of the Super Eagles. He sees Osimhen and Success as a big part of the Super Eagles future. Just like Awaziem.
Under whose regime? Rohr or the fraudulent Nigerian coaches(as confirmed by Amokachi)?
Bazee Eagles Latest “Oyibo” – Name Is Spelt & Pronounced Wrongly, State Of Origin Revealed
image The name of Super Eagles newbie Noah Joel Sarenren Bazee is more like a nickname which has somehow overshadowed his real name, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal.
20 year old Sarenren Bazee who plays for Hannover 96, is set to make his debut for the senior national team of Nigeria following his inclusion in the list of players called up for the upcoming test games in March.
His name Sarenren Bazee is actually not the actual way of spelling or pronouncing it, but became so as his German friends failed to pronounce or write his name currently.
The real name is Osarenren Obazee and not Sarenren Bazee as it is been spelt and pronounced globally. The name is synonymous with people of Edo State in Nigeria.
Furthermore contrary to wide spread reports about the state in Nigeria his father hails from, Owngoalnigeria.com gathered that his father is from Edo state and not Bayelsa State as earlier reported.
goldfish80: You're too soaked in with who gets more adulation and not. Am looking at the the collection of players you mentioned and try to analyse what unique abilities they could bring to the table. Out of the lot, Azubuike stands out as the best distributor and recycler. Onazi and Ndidi are too one dimensional and are not blessed with vision and pass accuracy of Azubuike.
Against Egypt in Alexandria, Azubuike was rated the best midfielder on the Nigerian side. Mikel and Etebo was rated lower. As a matter of fact, Super Eagles took charge of the game immediately Azubuike and Iwobi subbed in.
Remember, Mikel Agu couldn't dislodge Azubuike in the run off to the Olympics. Siasisa opted to play Mikel Agu as a CB. Top Premiership are fishing players from non league sides. Who says we can't unravel a gem in an obscure MLS or Turkey.
Azubuike is good but for now Onazi, Mikel Agu, Ndidi, Esiti, John Ogu, Raheem Lawal and Etebor are all ahead of him.

gabbytabby: Ayetoro is not in lagos state and is different from Ayobo. If you get a full plot of land for less than 3m in Ayobo it's very likely to be a scam. They tend to sell for between 4-10m.
Be very careful with your money. The severely problematic road joining Ayobo lagos and Ayetoro ogunstate is almost completed on the lagos end. Ayetoro omonile are one of the worst around. They do not sleep and have a rota on their roads.
if you get a plot for less than 1m its more likely to be in lafenwa which is after ayetoro. Do not let anyone sell end of a sloppy land to you as flood becomes your friend and you will spend a major part of your money on foundation. A cheap land might not be cheap afterall

March Friendlies Pre-Analysis: Rohr’s New Pick in Noah Joel Sarenren Bazee
KicKed by Bryan Efe
Contrary to reports in various Nigerian football websites, the only player that received a debut invitation among the 25 players picked by Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr to prosecute Nigeria’s international friendlies this month, is Noah Joel Sarenren Bazee. The likes of Victor Osimhen, Tyrone Ebuehi, Chidozie Awaziem and Isaac Success have all been earlier invited by the Franco-German tactician, but were not capped eventually. Hence, we will start our March Friendlies analysis by focusing on the statistics of the Germany-born player, and consider why he is expected to add some bite and provide options in the Super Eagles attack formation.
Noah qualifies to represent Nigeria by virtue of his father’s nationality. He was long rumored to have been courted by Gernot Rohr to switch his allegiance to his fatherland, and this first invitation confirms the story. The 20 year-old forward who is mainly a right winger, can also be deployed as a support striker or left winger. Noah currently plies his trade for Bundesliga II side, Hannover 96. One may be tempted to ask, why did Rohr invite a player who only plays for a second tier side, when we have other options in Olarenwaju Kayode, Henry Onyekuru, to mention a few, who play in the top flight and have been in top form? My answer comes in two reasons: One, we need to cap him early ahead of Germany, because his statistics show a lot of promise. Two, Noah posted promising stats with Hannover 96 before they were relegated in the Bundesliga 2015/2016 season . Here are the statistics:
Bazee’s Stats
Noah Joel Sarenren Bazee was only promoted from Hannover 96 U19 to the senior team at the later part of last season. He clocked a total of 383 minutes in his debut Bundesliga season, starting 5 times and providing 3 assists, the first coming against Borusia Monchengladbach in the 2-0 home win. Noah also provided the lone assist for Hannover’s consolation goal in their home loss to Shalke 04. He likewise provided the only assist for Hannover in their one-nil victory over TSG Hoffenheim, clocking 90 minutes on the pitch. Those were no mean feats for a promising 20 year old who had scored 16 times and provided 7 assists for the Hannover junior team. Both Onyekuru and Kayode are still yet to compete at that high level considering the relatively higher standard of the Bundesliga.
So far this season, since their relegation to the German second division, the right footed forward has been out due to injury for about half of the total number of rounds. After returning from injury, he has featured 11 times, starting 7 times from that total number of appearances. He has scored once and contributed a whopping 7 assists.
Most definitely, given more time on the pitch, the almost 6-foot tall player’s statistics signify he has the potential of doing more damages against opposing sides.
What will he bring to the national team?
A lot of support to the main striker (who is still yet to be determined). Should Rohr deploy Kelechi Iheanacho as the main striker, Iheanacho will likely form a good partnership with the Hannover 96 forward — of course depending on the formation the coach employs.
Who is/are his competition?
Ahmed Musa’s place in the team may come under threat should Bazee impress, since Leicester man have been deployed more as a right attacker by Rohr. Victor Moses is yet another player who have appeared for Nigeria in that position in the past, however, he seems to be the most indispensable player in the Super Eagles at the moment, going by his versatility and current form with EPL leaders, Chelsea. Kelechi Iheanacho also have been seen in the Super Eagles operating from that wing, but have been largely used as the main striker at club level.
Conclusion
Should Bazee fail to dislodge any of the familiar names in the national team, his invitation will definitely lay a good foundation for the player to be capped by Nigeria internationally in the nearest future — and that will indeed be our gain, in the expense of Germany, should he ever hit world class form.
Humility017: Sir...the painful truth is even the local players will not be selected on merit... every one of them will like chip in their boys as a marketing channel to obscure leagues in Europe... mtcheww.
That is why I am not happy seeing Ikechuckwu getting invitation ahead players doing well.
Humility017: I know you don't joke with this kind of news. of a truth the young lad stand a better chance of enjoying his international football if he plays for Nigeria
Everton Rave Of The Moment Ademola Lookman Talks Up Proud Nigerian Root & Culture
image Ademola Lookman has spoken out about his Nigerian root as the battle to win his international future intensify between Nigeria and England.
Lookman spoke about his Nigerian roots in an interview with international magazine FourFourTwo, while discussing his rise from non league football to the Premier League.
Speaking to FourFourTwo magazine, the 19-year-old reveals his dream to play at the highest level was tough, but was determined to achieve his goal following the death of a team-mate when he was playing non-league football at Waterloo FC.
The teenage forward joined Everton in a deal worth in excess of £10m in January from League One side Charlton Athletic after being spotted playing in amateur leagues in South London.
But Lookman says his career could have easily gone in a different direction.
“My parents are from Nigeria and in our culture they want you to be an accountant or a lawyer,” Lookman said.
“I told them I was going to be an accountant but I was lying.
BascoVanVeli: The answer is that no one u named would be a sure starter and so the coach would rather continue with the ones he has. I think the NPFL has a better case than any other league. Our local guys have been smashing and its sad that none of that got rewarded.
Sure starter or not a labourer deserves his wages.
They have done very well to be noticed.
I will agree we invite one or two players from our league but not at the detriment of the ones doing well in Europe.
Icon4s: Osimhen for Onyekuru bc we are more in need of strikers than wingers, Awaziem for Otigba bc Otigba has largely been inactive this season. Besides, he is also grooming youngsters to ensure continuity. Osimhen and Awaziem may not make the Matchday squad Like I said earlier he probably was torn in-between inviting Ebuehi and Idowu. He does nt want to field two debutants in the defense in one game. He have picked Ebuehi in this game, Brian could be called in a next game.
Ikechukwu inactive how? A palyer I saw in goal in one of last weekend's NPFL games.
And to ur last statement. Yes, Rohr is working with a team of coaches but he is in control. I like his choice of players for these two friendlies.
If we are in need of strikers na Osimhen wey never kick ball for donkey years na em go come led almighty Super Eagle's attack when Fernando, Onyekuru and Kayode dey bang in goals?
Why bring Isaac Success over Aluko? Success wey never get himself.
I disagree with you on Brian Idowu. We know Musa is not good enough for the Eagles but your are still calling him. I think something dey behind his call up.
Moreover, we were told Rohr wanted to text Idowu and Ebuechi on the left wing but why the sudden change?
I smell rat.
We know the antics Keshi used for selections during his days. He never called informed players and when he did, he never gave them the chance to shine. He tried as much as possible to play his yeye players severally hoping they will transform into Messi or Ronaldo but na lie. Quack na quack.
We want stiff competitions and not one kin excuses.
Maybe, na Keshi antics those Nigerian coaches are trying too hard to sell to Rohr. He no go work. So, two friendlies are not enough to test two players?
That one me I no gree.
Otigba is still playing in Turkish Fa cups and whenever he played, he did well. Then, why neglect pros by bringing kindergartens into the Nigerian national team? is it for the unacceptable excuses that we are planning for 2018 World Cup.
Una think say na kindergartens dey win World cup?
Ikechuckwu is not good enough for the Eagles. He's only invited to earn money and share with those giving him invitations. We know na.
If Carl Ikeme gets injured or receive red in a tournament, na that time una eyes go clear when Ikechuckwu dey chop goals right left and center.
Icon4s: You have a valid point there. Rohr is not just building a team to achieve results today he is also building a team that will continue to stay on top.
As for Onyekuru, maybe Rohr feels we have enough wings options for now. I mean, with the likes of Iwobi, Moses, Musa, Success and Simon. For now I dnt believe Onyekuru can offer more than what the available wingers can. Also Onyekuru is pretty young and we are not at risk of losing him to any other country. He would most likely get his own call up in subsequent games this year.
As for Idowu, I also feel he is trying not to invite too many new players that he would not field. He probably had to chose between inviting Ebuehi and Idowu. Ebuehi may slip from our hands if we dnt move now but as for Idowu we already have him in our bag. He will likely get a call-up in our subsequent games.
Let us be truthful to ourselves. Why on earth will a coach leave out one of the best performing players churning in MOTM right left center for players who are anonymous even in an obscure league or academy?
Why Osimhen and not Onyekuru?
Why Isaac and not Aluko?
Why Aweriem and not Otigba?
Why Musa and not Brain?
Why invite inactive Ikechuckwu and not Nwokolor?
Nonsense Nigerian coaches are influencing Rohr's decisions.

Kog45: I don't know why we always run away from reality.Iheanacho is no 9 playing for man city and under d tutelage of Guardiola, his goal ratio is top notch both for city and eagles as top striker.Pls what else.
Icon79: How can you cap him when he has already clearly stated that he wants to wait for England?
I think we should let him keep waiting for England. Let's focus on the players who are interested in playing for us. I only wish that Henry Onyekuru was invited. And I knew that he was in the mix. Anyway, I will check with my sources at the NFF to know what happened.
