spade: Pfft! Gideon is only second place.
Ebuka is by far the most popular, both in the people he rolls with, events he's invited to, events he's invited to headline, as well as prominence in the new youth movement. As far as BBN housemates go, he's unrivaled.

On Gideon's show though... Maybe dem dey shoot more episodes huh
How many times have you seen Ebuka on your tv screen? Tinsel just celebrated their 1000th episode. And i think (i may be wrong tho) Gideon has been there from the first episode. So how can someone who hardly appears on your tv but calls himself a celebrity be more popular than someone who has starred in a thousand episodes of a pan african soap? This is simple logic man
TV/Movies › Re: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by forkadict(m): 12:30pm On Jul 04, 2013
Afam4eva: Ebuka Uchendu is the most popular out of all of them in Big Brother Nigeria. A lot of people may be familair with Gideon's face but they don't now his name. Even the winner(Katung) is not as popular as Ebuka or even Gideon.
I just gave gideons stats. Mention one thing Ebuka is known for? Do you know how pan african Tinsel is at all?

You are funny. 'A lot of people may be familiar with Godeons face but thay dont know his name'. So its ebuka, whos face people arent familiar with that will be more popular than Gideon?

spade: Katung Aduwak was the first winner of Big Brother Nigeria, from Kaduna, initially based in Jos.

Ebuka was the favorite to win, but only ended up as the seventh evictee. He has since gone on to become more popular than all his fellow housemates combined. He also got his Masters Degree in 2011 in Intellectual Property from some American Uni.

Katung finished his studies in film, around 2010, from some American Uni.
He produced an international indie short film around 2011. He's a director now, focusing on Nigerian New Cinema (no be all dis yeye home videos).

Watch out for him too.
I think Gideon okeke is the most popular and not Ebuka as you put it. Gideon okeke is a cast in Tinsel, also hosted a show called THE MONEY DROP NIGERIA. but the show seems to be off air now. Dont know why

WHAT THA FORK!

Please when did this happen?

GH PATRIOT: So Selly and Pokello have seen Melvin's thingy?
Bassey also says it's not fair for Melvin to shower with him in his boxers. Loool
Bassey, what do you want to see and
what for? Is Bassey bisexual?
All indications thus far point in that direction
Sir, you lied right there.
Most Nigerian folks I know usually drain themselves out with hot s.ex...and even make sure the girl is pregnant before going to see her parents.

And for the records, The Amaka was the first one to make a move on the Ghana boy like Mariah. The GH boy responded with lovey dovey gentleman chase like Melvin...only for Amaka to pull a Delish on him. He's now friendzoned.

Ghana boy forgot the theme of the chase; be rude and ruthless like Bolt.

The Amaka made it clear to him earlier...she likes her men Chauvinistic! shocked
GH boy and GH patriot are 2 different posters. the one your post refers to is GH Patriot and not GH boy
All you guys do on this thread these days is to paint housemates good or bad depending on how much you hate or love such person.(1)

Betty and Selly willingly made love to willing HMs and they are termed whores...but Bev and Mariah makes such move in the hope of getting forked too...with their companions turning them down. And some of you think they are more descent and entertaining for sexually harrassing HMs. No wahala.(2)

That being said, I find Oneal to be a very sad human being who complains just about everything. However, in this case...he was the one being bullied by Annabele.

Anna took Oneal's drink... ran away...and drank part of it. Oneal requested tht Anna apologize but she refused. Oneal felt disrespect and made it clear to Anna.

The next thing, Anna ran up to the girls shedding crocodile tears to gain sympathy. Fatima and Feza came down and found out from the boys that Anna may have been lying.(3)
(1) Isn't that normal? Reason being that people view issues from different perspectives. Its like pouring water into a glass until it is half full. If you ask people how full the glass is, some will tell you its half full while some will tell you its half empty depending on how they choose to expreSs it. Same applies here.

(2)I agree with you only in part here. But how sure are you. That Bev and Mariah want to get forked? Even tho I don't trust Bev, but Maria? We can't tell for shizzle. Their conduct in the house may imply such but you can't be sure. I have never had problems with girls forking in the house except in cases where such forking occur under questionable circumstances.
(3) Oneal got on my wrong side this evening with that episode. The way he blew he whole thing out of proportion was just nauseating. For forks sake its just a forking drink. That revealed a lot about his maturity. The way he kept shouting 'you disrespected me, you disrespected me' was just ... YUCK! Did you see where he narrated what happened between them to Feza?

As for aanabels role in the saga. You need to appreciate the fact that some people when having a confrontation with you will never cry before you but the minute they are out of that scene, they isolate themselves and cry. I feel anna revealed that trait there. Cos when she got to the room, she broke down and narrated the event to the girls, she said that she felt so put down (bullied) that she couldn't say anything. And she didn't cry while oneal was telling her off. Its Not like she was craving for africas sympathy. If anything, annabel aint manipulative

Saw Oneal propose to Feza & hakeem to Ice queen in the highlight showm please is it real? Cos the planning and execution of the scenario seemed like it.

In. Rubys. Feza is the bride to be nd Annabel acting a role as a married consellor counselling the bride to be.

She claims that a trick she uses to ensure that her man keeps coming back to her is to always spice the food and drink she serves him anytime he returns from work with viagra. And all that while Feza had the look of the naïve bride on

safarigirl: Wendull had a good accent o...the 3 times he spoke the entire show sha. I repeat, BEVERRY IS NOT UGLY. Her beauty is subtle hence most don't notice easily.
LMAO @ '3 times he spoke the entire show sha' geez.

OK. let me get home first. From the pix posted, i would have said that was photoshop tinz but then i remembered that was a screen shot. But from this pix o, she no bad like that. But she bad small

StateOfMind: The only accent I find really cute in that house is hakeem's, forget his non-functional cerebrum, I love it when he speaks(voice, diction and articulation, not what he says)
So forking true. However, I think thats on ething i have liked in all Zim reps. Their spoken english is always on point. I dont know how and why that is so. Munya, Vimbai, Itai, hakeem, & Pokello all speak nicely. Their only rep i cant vouch for over time is Wendull

Kslib: Na wa oooh!! So the guy will be in a relationship and deny his GF on tv?
Going by your logic, there is no person in this entire country who is 28 and single?
@ pahgy & Kslib.

Melvin may be in unserious relationship(s). If so then depending on your perspective, he may be considered single or in a relationship.

The problem arises if he is in a serious relationship and he denies that on continental tv. Na dat one be yawa.

Afam4eva: Someone i know spoke with Maria(she's still in SA) and she said Betty has refused to return to her country cos of what she did. She probably knows the implication of her action. She's now staying with her brother in South Africa.
So you have finally believed that she forked Bolt in the house right?

But guy, you funny sha. Why you no wan gree say she fork Bolt before? Wey you dey argue up and down NL like say she be your wife?

ItsModella: Yes man, I'm 1000% sure. Xclusive is gonna be teaching Cutrite and co DJ 101 lessons.

And yes, I agree with the person who said Melvin doesn't have a sexy accent. He needs to polish up his accent if he really wants to make it far as an actor.
Is Melvin an actor too? I thought he was a serial reality show contender. I am sure the reason he hasnt appeared on our screens for project fame or nigerian idol is because he didnt make it thru the auditions

StateOfMind: Africa is watching..*In mumu natasha's voice*..

we all know there's no way natasha is gaining a spot in the finals. The week they merge them(I want her to get to the merging stage to reunite with bev and her co-haters) is the week she leaves bbahouse cos she'd receive the highest nominations in the history of big brother.

#team beverrie cool.
She might get swapped to DH or bev might get swapped back to Rubys. So their re-union might happen sooner

russello: I'm not voting for Bimp because:
1. He made Bev air on TV how she has committed abortion
2. He made Bev air on TV how she abused her mum
3. He made Bev air on TV how herself and her friend turned their apartment to "ashawo" house
4. He made Bev air on TV so many horrible things about Nigeria

How could he do such a thing huh
Naah bro. Bev said all those tash by herself, with her mouth. bimp didnt poke his fingers in her mouth before she uttered those bullsheet. So she should take responsibility for her own actions
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!!! Did you really just said that?? Ethiopians carries 9th position in the list of the smallest countries in Africa!! Naija is the BIGGEST follows by Egypt then Israel and the rest!! Abi you dey America?? What you said just cracked me up...like LWKMD!!!
What the fork! So israel is now in AFRICA. i guess my geography needs some mad updating. LMAO

Ethiopian population is about 84 million peeps plus or minus a few millions. Now 35% of that population is 29.4 million peeps. for a country to have that lot as active voters is a whole lot. Matter of fact, i doubt the 35% figure you quoted.

fork adict: To answer your question:

HAKEEM: For obvious reasons. Majority of viewers want him out ASAP. If possible today. Waiting till Sunday is a very loooong thing. Hes a non- repentant backbiter and his unnecessary picking on dellish have been his major fork ups.

CLEO: Cos she got entangled with hakeem and that killed her game. Folks not feeling her as much as they used to while they were seperated in both houses.

ANGELO: Been too quiet. His claim as an established dance instructor is yet to be verifed. people feel taken for a ride by making that claim. Like I said, hes been under the radar for too long.

FATIMA: Been under the rader for too long too. Her dubious role in the Elikem-Feza saga has also made viewers dislike her.

Further to the reasons cited about the individual players above, We are generally biased against housemates from the South bloc which is where all the players mentioned above hail from. With the exception of namibia cos of dellish who ia a close pal of one of our own.
POKELLO: Pokellos fans Club that have already been ajudged the World's best rigging machines. Is she the one that we will waste our voytes on?
