TravelRe: Can A Foreigner Go In To Nigeria? by Frando29(m): 9:28am On May 26, 2008
@poster,

You can always apply for visa to travel to Nigeria on the grounds of tourism. But you need to prove beyond reasonable doubt that you have the financial capacity to undertake the journey. You also need to mention the hotel you intend to stay and places you wish to visit when you get to Ngeria. Better still you can go to the Nigerian consulate in Kuala Lumpur and find out other details not mentioned here. Good luck!

You need to understand that there is no perfect person on this planet earth. Relationships work out because one needs to accomodate and tolerate one another. I guess you should focus on the good sides of people you meet rather than on their bad sides. I am sure with time you will find true love. Happy hunting!!

It's always after having a few drinks that we hear such stories. Whatever happened to condoms? Well, now that you have woken up from the hang over, I think you should behave more responsibly and call up your best buddy, tell him what happened and hurry up with the wedding before her belly starts to bulge out. You know how catholics view these things.

PoliticsRe: Is It Over For Hillary Clinton? by Frando29(m): 1:57pm On May 13, 2008
Yes, I think it is over for both Clinton and Obama, Because I don't really see a black man being president of the united states of america and a black lady being the first lady. The bushuals will fight to their death to prevent this from happening. Obama may win in the polls, but believe me, Mccain will be the next president of the US.

That's what broke guys say.

During Christmas, it'll be "The gift does not matter, it's the season of togetherness, love, family", Just admit you're broke.

Guys, be realistic for once, No finance no romance, buddy
Understand what I am trying to say. Not that I support the guy, but it takes love and care to do just that. If the care and love is not there, then how can money be in the picture? I believe when you show care and love, money is involved anyhow.
RomanceRe: Broke Guys: Are They Worth It? by Frando29(m): 11:57pm On Apr 28, 2008
We are not talking about money here. What we are talking about here is care and love. It will take these for the guy to pick up the phone and call her sick girl or better still get transportation to go see her in the hospital. This guy doesn't give 3 bleeps about you. I suggest you drop him fast!

PoliticsRe: Odili Diverted Beechcraft 1900d Aircraft. by Frando29(m): 5:12pm On Apr 25, 2008
Actually the poster made a mistake. It is James Ibori that owns the aircraft. Now that the cat has been let out of the bag, let us see if they will just allow him walk after making a mockery of Nigeria with this "missing aircraft" embarrassment.

Let's hear your own view. Will you marry an albino if you fell in love with one?
RomanceRe: True Love: Can U Marry An Albino? by Frando29(m): 1:18pm On Apr 24, 2008
Well, if you get attracted to the albino in the first place, why won't you? But for me, I am not attracted to them, just as I am not attracted to very dark ladies. I guess everybody has standards.
TravelRe: How Safe Is Port-harcourt Now For Someone Living Abroad Travelling Home? by Frando29(m): 12:19pm On Apr 21, 2008
As a resident of Port Harcourt, I think Ph is relatively a safer place when compared with Lagos so far as long as you are not white! House to house robbery is not as rampant as it is in Lagos. It's your choice to either stay in a hotel or to stay at your family house. But I would advise you stay in a hotel for the meantime while you consider moving to your family house so that you take time and know the living conditions there since you have been away for 7 yrs. I am assuming your living standards would have changed by now. Ph hasn't changed much except that the night life is somewhat on the low key.

TravelRe: Sleeping In Lagos Airport by Frando29(m): 9:26am On Apr 15, 2008
@ poster

I had to sleep at the airport sometime in march this year. Everything Elo Sela said is true. But if you are arriving Lagos by 10pm, then i think you should check into a hotel in Ikeja for the night. All the best!
TravelRe: Phone Snatching In London. Is It Real? by Frando29(m): 9:14am On Apr 15, 2008
@ Elo Sela

you are truly brain washed! Now how the hell do you know that those that held up the party were Nigerians? Or are you a law enforcement agent?

Yes, you are right. I heard that too. Personally, I think Arik is the best thing that has happened to the Nigerian aviation industry in along while.

cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy That was very hillarious . The problem with airhostesses is that they are often times very rude to their fellow ladies. I guess it makes them jealous that these ladies could afford to fly.

cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy.my lungs are aching Trust those chanchangi people. Sorry dear, I understand the way you must feel, very furious. There was actually a time I was flying from Port harcourt to Lagos, one of their staff walked up to me and persuaded me to buy their ticket,I told him I was flying Arik. The guy told me Arik had a 3 hour delay only for me to find out later that it was just a plot to make me buy their ticket. In some cases people buy adult tickets as low as 8k on that route. It depends on your haggling power. What an airline!

unfortunately, Albarka is no longer flying the Nigerian sky. It died a natural death. I saw IRS stand at the MMIA new terminal. Wonders shall never end.signing out, talk to you later!
RomanceRe: My Boyfriend Makes Me Cry by Frando29(m): 4:40pm On Apr 14, 2008
The guy just can't promise you marriage now that he is still in school and I suspect he doesn't want to be held responsible for making you refuse your suitors when they start coming. You didn't say if you were graduating soon. But I suggest you leave the matter alone for now until the situation has improved on his side.
