CFCfan: The fact that 91 leaders would be in attendance, lends credence to the popular axiom- "A good name is better than silver or gold".I tell you there is nothing like having a good name. I hope we the living will learn from this Mandela tributes. RIP Madiba! |
O boy Nigerians and politics. All these men should channel all these their energy to helping govt. make Rivers state habitable, last time I checked River state has the highest number of HIV/AIDS patients. APC/PDP/APGA etc all of them has something in common. "Corruption" God Bless Nigeria! |
Teach them the value of hard work and sacrifice, and discourage them from crimes which are destroying your image as a good people.'I think these points should be the basic solution to most of our problems as a nation. We need to change a lot of things in our system especially in education. God Bless Nigeria! |
Wow Wow Wow if we can have at least 1% of our political elite reason like this man then there is future for Nigeria and Nigerians. Saying it the way it should sound. I am loving you Prof. |
Nice one there OP! |
RIP Great Man! You have done your part very very well. |
A very good one from FG, I would have suggest they improve on the previous one which is very simple without much features but make very sure that all citizen has an identification number or code. Other features like the ATM etc. will now follow after everyone/banks/companies/ministries/etc must have gotten use to the use of National ID. God bless Nigeria! |

Op I see this as an impossible task for the lawmakers. Too bad though. |
I think Nigeria is going to be good again. PDP, APC etc...should take note Nigerians are wiser now. ![]() |
This is just not nice at all, someone is just not being responsible for his/her job. |
I will stop it now cos I respect you. It would have been nice if I was respectably asked to stop.My respect too man. I think we all deserve some respect, the way the Prof. address the first lady def. wasn't accorded with respect hence will for sure attract sentiments and responds like the one coming from Mrs. Abacha. |
Nairaland una too get bad mouth....@Billionaires make you take am easy on the Prof. naa ![]() |
News like this only give me hope that Nigeria will be great again. Soon ordinary passport will be included, also not only SA but few more countries. God bless Nigeria. |
. tpia@:Yeah you quite right, I think money has a big role to play here, also some might have develop some special love to that particular area too. |
Dear good people of Nairalanders, I don’t know if it’s just me or people around me but I have noticed that most people I know in Lagos has been living in the same apartment for the past 20/30yrs yet there is no sign of moving. Some even train their children from primary/high school/ till higher institute even go Yanky come back still parent are still living the same place, I really admire this though because you get to know other kids in the hood that you grew up together who later in life becomes part of our family if you know what I mean. I particularly find it hard now especially in environment where new beautiful building springs up every time with amazing furniture and decoration etc. My question is do you think this is a good living style or moving once in a while to an environment better than where you were before? Also what effect does it have on individual especially on kids? Thanks for your contribution! |
Symphony007I am sure most of us has not really understood why Mr. President always dress the way he does. I am really loving it and I hope each an everyone of us learn one or two things from this strong love of our own/culture his passing across. |

Obasanjo was guest at a dinner and dance party organised by industrialist, Olusegun Osunkeye, and his wife Abosede, to mark the 80th Birthday anniversaries of Chief Emeka Anyaoku and Dr Christopher Kolade at the Metropolitan Club, Lagos.Sorry to derail from the topic, just notice that this my role model is full of age now. Time really fly, HBD Chief. |
Please we expect more of these stories from our journalist so that sth could be done. It is a shame that someone is not being responsible to his/her duty. |
Nice one there Mr. Gov, Some of us think it is cheaper to spread while it is actually cheaper and environmental friendly to build higher. God Bless Lagos. God Bless Nigeria. |
