You need your o level certificate and its transcript, they will under verification and the verification fee ranges from 200k -250k in the embassy aft verification you will be contacted to come for legalisation that's where you pay 20 euros per document.
However you will book appointments for submitting for verification, though it is difficult an not available now but people still find their way through it.
Yes most of the schs requires you legalize your documents before applying ,some do also accept certify copies with notary public, so there different ways to get admission when your legalize documents is not ready, just first know the requirements of the sch you want to apply

You have to do that before coming or start the process when you are there, it is faster that way and there other ways to go about it also.

Because you are going to show ties to your home country, including showing evidence of properties you have ie house, land, if you have such to show as prove of Home Ties Status which is very important, are they in your name, at what age did you acquire them ?.

Is it for study or work ?, if for study Bsc, you can use sponsorship, your sponsor will provide
sponsorship letter, Affidavit of sponsorship, bank statement of acct, bank reference Letter, his or her means of identification ie passport data page or NiNS, and it is better if the sponsor is your immediate family.
For masters or work, you can put the money in your account as self sponsor or as well use your family member as your sponsor and you must spelt it out in your SOP you are submitting.

Yes you can but alternatively you can ask your sch to send the Hardy copy to ministry of education, you can go 8 floor pick it and proceed with authentication.
That's the best approach, sometimes some sch do watermark "student copy on the transcript, which make it difficult for some embassies to collect it.

If you are going for Bsc you need to authenticate your certificate in moe&mofa, legalize at the Embassy and send to Poland for notrification first before applying.

You can check for further information from the website of the school you want to apply
Also be careful now because their fake schools in Poland now and some schools are also yet to renew their licence, so make proper research before applying.

New Updates on Documents Authentication in MOFA
The method of authentication of documents in federal ministry of foreign affairs in Abuja has change
1 you need to present your NINS or your data page or the data page of the passport of the person you want to help to authenticate his or her documents as means of identification.
2 you attach your passport photograph on the form you will be given to fill.
3 you will go to a cyber cafe to generate a remittal of the of the total amount of the number of document you want to pay (including the photocopies of the original ones from MOE)
4 if you are using your documents in countries like Egypt, Italy, Spain, that means you will be needing receipts which is part of the requirementsof such countries, you will go to the office in the first floor of foreign affairs building with your remittal receipt after collecting your authenticated documents to obtain the receipt that will be issued to you.
