Using your individual Email address, send an email to your school registrar attached your Bsc certificate and transcript soft copy, Attached your contact details, request that they confirm the Genuity of your Bsc certificate and send the outcome to ess@education.gov ng and Cc laurethapa@yahoomail.com
Please note that respective schools/registrar should send the outcome of the confirmation directly to ess@education.gov.ng and(Cc)laurethapa@yahoomail.com in copy.

The Abuja Embassy is the most active
And appointment booking for legalization and visa is online you can select either Abuja or Lagos but Abuja is the most active, since you are Abuja you can use Abuja.

It is your Bsc, transcript and o level. For study you can includes you kids birth certificate and marriage certificate if you want to move with your family.
Verification of Bsc & Transcript at the embassy is free, but 250k for Hnd&ND holders, marriage certificate and those going for Bsc and the process of verification lasts for weeks
After you be contacted to come and legalize.

MOE does not sent directly to sch, I think I drop the 2 emails here, request your sch through the office of the registrar to sent to the 2 emails, especially the second email, once that is done u can contact me to help you check if the your name is in the list, because the official normally list out the names.
Try and meet the right staff in your sch that can handle that, because some are not aware of the new process and you are not the first person to approach your sch for that, so try and meet the person in charge, they will be able to handle that perfectly.

Just placed a call to the Portuguese embassy here in Abuja and they said all visa inquiries should be directed to VFS. It's well.

Yes anything related to visa inquiry and appointment is handle by VFS global.

Yes it should get to the application of your RP
It is it will be take to MOFA to for authentication, then you can take it to the embassy for Legalization, embassy do verify on online through their site

Which documents do you want to authentication, basically if u are going for masters in Portugal you will need to authentication your bsc, transcript and o level, but it is your Bsc and transcript that will be submitted at Portugal embassy and there verification at the embassy for Bsc&transcript is free at the process last for 5-6 weeks after which you will called to legalize that same day which is 51k for the 2 (Bsc& transcript), people with Hnd&ND and transcript will pay 250k for verification.

You can go to your HOD or the exams and records unit of your school.
If you finished from OAUIFE, hit me up. i can walk you through the process.

MOE can also handle it from here, some did it that way and it work for them, but sometimes when it is handle my MOE the delay then usually may come from your sch in reply to them faster.

Yes it is very necessary, it is tiring sometimes, sometimes your sch may send and your name will not be in the list, so I advice that once your sch sent, maybe you let me know I will assist you to check before coming if u don't want to waste time.

Even as appointment for jobseeker visa is hard to get
People are still getting it, sometimes they open it only for 30 minutes.

As your passport is less than 6 months to expire, you will have to renew it, if not you will be denied.
