Waposh:You just have to be patient and make sure you are on the right track, many will get appointment this November and December because of some reasons. Part of the problem was the shortfalls in the number of appointment released by embassy in September. If it requires you writing to your school to get extension do that, if you can differ admission, differ. As for those on work permit, they have longer time. |

[quote author=Ododomama post=126037361]Hello everyone, a friend helped me with authentication of my documents at Abuja, MOFA was successful but those guys at MOE were adamant in exploiting him, they demanded for 20k claiming he is an agent or he should bring the owners original passport, his own passport, consent letter, WAEC scratch card and several other conditions before it can be done. They said if he pay 20k he will get it in 10min, that raises concern on the genuity of their authentication, I don't want 'Oluwole stamp' There's nothing like that, hope your friend is telling you the truth ? But the requirements is that you must share same surname with who ever that's is representing you. Let him reachout to me anytime he is coming there i will guide him on how to go about it. |
Humairaa:You dont need your international passport for that |
Slippy:Yes ofcuse, if you want our services we can assist you do it. |
KendrickAyomide:Any institution or organization, including private own instructions |
Ododomama:No, the process will be within 2-5 days, if you're collecting eligibility and English Proficiency letter, because nowadays if you submit for letter, it will take 2-3 days for the letter to be out at MOE. |
kasselerm:Are you trying to say you have dormiciary account and you use the card to pay and it was rejected ? |
zenith2k9:If you have successfully pass the first stage and it remains your biometric as indicatedin the picture, then you are good to go, just a little thing remaining, you can do your biometric any part of the country you are. I can help out if needed.

Adeleyeibrahim:As regards to Authentication at MOE&MOFA, the standard practice there, you will submit all the original documents you want to authenticate with the photopies, educational stick will be put on the back of your original documents only and they will sign on each of your photopies with pen, then you proceed to foreign Affairs, there your originals and photopies will be signed. The reason been that when you go to embassy for legalization, some embassy/individuals may request/prefer the legalization on the original certificate, why other embassy/individuals will want it to be on the photopies, but on those sign with pen from MOE. ONLY educational documents are taken to MOE, why other goes to foreign affairs ie marriage certificate, birth certificate I think in your own case, affter authentication will scan the original certificate front and back, showing the educational sticker at the back of the documents and send to them. |
Waposh:Might be useful

[quote author=noblesail post=125786325]Hello guys ,please I have few questions for the study in Austria process. I'm currently at the document gathering stage. 1) I understand that legalisation are in 3 stages, min. of edu, min. of foreign affairs and finally, emabassy and the documents needed for each stage may differ. Please what documents are needed at each stage. 2) For the legalisation process, is it done on original copies or photcopy. 3) For police character certificate, do I need to get in any police station or a police station within the area where I live. 4) Do I need a letter specifying that I studied in english and does it need to be legalized too? All inputs are welcomed. Thanks in advance guys 🙏 1 you original educational documents are needed for authentication at mod and mofa including the photopies, your birth certificate or attestation of birth etc are also among 2 done on the original but you will also do with the photopies 3 you can wait till when you want to apply for your Residency before you can apply for it, because it expires in 3 months time 4 yes, thats if the your sch requires it, but most sch in Austria requires it and you do not need to legalize it |
Chomyg:The best approach we use is by using the address of the ministry of education to request for your original transcript, no school can reject that So if you are interested i can send you the address of ministry of education, they send your transcript to them in their office in Abuja, then you can come and pick it, thats mostly if you want to authenticate your document in ministry of education and foreign in Abuja here, but if you dont want to authenticate someone can also help you to pick it from them and send to you, it's better and faster and i can assist you as well if needed. |
Raregem9000:Yes if it is not more than 5 years that it was issued, because it is assumed that before 5 years the original certicate would have been out |
AlphaNugget:Bro honestly speaking i don't know what you are talking about, and i dont have issues with u, what im saying is that we are here to provide genuine information. Even in some embassy someone people may go for express appointment date, why others may not, all these things are genuine and possible that's what I'm saying, any information give out here are subject to further research. Im privy, to have to have such information that's why i say it is possible, that's all. I guess you dont really know much about how all this travel stuff works. |
AlphaNugget:Getting closer dates is 100% possible, even if you want it in 2 weeks time you can, and some may want a closer date for different reason, depending on the situation of their own case, which are most time valid. So if you wish to go for a closer date and have your valid reason for doing so, it's possible. You cant be far and know the day to day activities at the embassy, it is someone closer to the embassy that is in position to do that. So dont discourage anybody, anyone interested can as well come the embassy in Abuja to find out. |
