Yes you will have to authenticate Mofa, but I can assist you do that you can send the police character in dpf format and pick it from me when you come or you leave it till you come.

No you can book appointment, because authentication take 2-3 days, and when you book you can get available date for embassy submission was in May, this was even last 2 weeks.
Presently now there's is no available appointment, except if you are locky, that's if you are checking regularly because some ppl do cancel if they cannot meet up.

But if you want appointment to submit on time I can still guide and help you on that.

You don't need to come you we can assist you do that, then you can 2 days to your appointment for submission

But if you want to come, and do it yourself, you can come a week to your appointment, it will enough for your documents authenticate at Moe&Mofa.

If you can delaminate do that because, it dicy to allow them do that, because they will end up damage the documents, because they will hurriedly do it and most embassy may not accept it, there's a particular machine use in doing that.

If I am to help you authentic at Moe&mofa I can help you denaminate them, before proceeding.

If it is more than 6 months you will need to.. because some of the directors that sign your documents have been changed..and most embassy are notified about such development.

Just get ur sch to send the confirmation letter to moe and make sure they copy to the second email it is very important, because the first and official email is hard for the official to access here, but if copied to the second it will easily be seen here.

Yes you will have to scan your BSc and transcript to ur sch, requesting for them to send mail to moe to comfirm the authenticate of the certificate they issued to you..one's you have done that you can reachout to us to comfirm if it has been sent or to help you to authenticate your documents if you cannot come Abuja.

Before you can authenticate your BSc and transcript at moe&mofa you will need to get confirmation from your Before your documents can be authenticated that's the new procedure.

But you suppose to have authenticate your documents by now, if truly your appointment at the embassy is next week

Don't damage your certificates, it will fly , just leave it as it is.

I am in Abuja, you can inquire, their courts in Lagos that issues affidavit electronically.
Just get declarant information, including the signature and passport photograph, it can be scanned copy, approach the court they will do it electronically and print for you.

The declarant signature is not need in your Attestation of birth, use the age declaration you gotten from court to approach NPC.
The collect the declarant signature and other information, that what you need to do the age declaration in court
The one from maitama high court in Abuja is highly recommended and widely accepted by all the embassy, because it can be scanned and variable, so they have same in Lagos too, you can go for that type, not the manual one.

It is not necessary, what Austria embassy and lawyers is after is you doing it properly, in the sense that the declarant must be able to replicate what he or she signs in the affidavit, if not the person shd get ready to pay another 200k for verification

You can do your age declaration any day and go for your NPC Attestation of birth that same day or another day, it is all accepted.

because in my case , my mum went to a fed high court to declare affidavit of age on my behalf on the 29th of december, 2023 and attest of birth from NPC was done on the 4th of january, 2024. will this be acceptable by the embassy for verification?

affidavit of birth and npc attestation of birth must not be done the same day for the document to be eligble for submission. It is not a requirement, it can be done different days, all you need to do is to make sure that the signature your mum sign, in the affidavit she would be able to replicate it when the law shows up.

How do we get an appointment date apart from guys asking us to chat them in private? How do we go about the Ministry of Education latest development regarding credentials verification ? Who has done it successfully ? Can one spouse and child follow the main applicant to Austria immediately ? Let's help each other on this thread bikonu. I don't like the way this thread has moved to second tier instead of front page on travel section.

It is going on successfully, one's your sch have send the mail to the Moe official email and copy to the second one, if you decide to come Abuja to do it yourself, ones you come, the correspondent moe get from schs, they will print it out , then you identify the your that your sch sent with your name, that's when you can proceed, it is moving g smoothly.
