If you have paid school fees, the best option is to defer to January, so as to afford you enough time to get visa appointment, even if you're promise appointment by October, there's no guarantee that you will get it by that October, i know what I'm saying.

Yes you can use insider to get it from your sch
But the best option is for your school to send directly to ministry of Education, that one is faster, i can give you there address, the school will now send the official hardcopy to them, many schools dont give official transcript to individuals, they send directly to organisation, this the best option many are using because the challenges they encounte in the process of get there's from there sch. Once it is comfirmed they have sent to Education, i can help you pick it, or you can pick it when you want to authenticate your documents, if you want to do it yourself .

Do you mean you want to know the process of authentication of documents in MFA&MOFA
If so, the process is seamless now, but what documents do you want to authenticate, it depends on that
It can be done within a week.

Yes they are granting visa for work permit holders, if well package with the right documents you will definitely be granted visa ,even if you are denied in the first instance you can rearrange and appeal before the expiration of your permit which have up to 2 years before its expiration, hopefully before it's expiration you would have gotten your visa.
They granted some 3 years work permit visa, 3 weeks ago he has started work already over there.
Be optimistic, do your research well, and apply with the required documents you will definitely excel.

Yes, all related documents must be attested/verified at FME (school certs and transcripts) and then MFA (all documents, including police character certificate).

1. Yes your original educational documents with be authenticated at MOE&MOFA
2. Your transcript must be original copy not student copy
3. Your police character certificate will inly be sign at MFA only
4. Police character certificate price has gone up now unlike before when we do it at 30k, since they face off the manual type, the last one i did last week was 55k, you can do it at any police command of your choice.
Lastly as for authentication you can check our signature if you need our assistance.

Is it for work or study ?
If for work you dont have much issues getting early visa appointment, that's if you have not register online for the draws, and also work permit has a longer duration before it expires.
Likewise for study, but also depends on your resumption date.
And it is difficult getting early date if you are already in a draw. Except the person wants to use express appointment.
There are all posible and better when you come in person to the Embassy, here in Abuja to get more information before commencing the process.

You will have to legalize it in republic of Benin, there's a stick stamp they will put on the documents, just as it is done in ministry of Education here in Abuja, after that you will bring to Benin embassy here in Abuja for there signing and that of foreign affairs

Note if the documents is in Nigeria you will have to send it back to Benin for there ministry of education sticker stamp, before their embassy and foreign affairs signing in Abuja.

1 Official price is 35k, you can do it in any police command office nation wide. But you will have to register online and then go to their office for finger thumb print, pls dont go for the manual police character, because most embassy in Abuja are longer accepting it even in foreign affairs incase you want it stamp and sign.
2 i will comfirm the cost of Medical insurance from the company i normally use.

But sir someone said that even if you have a registration of birth NIS doesn't take it for people born from 1900 something till 1990 someone needs the declaration of age from the court and gets it stamped. That the one that is accepted is the NPC green version Birth Certificate for people born from 1991 till date. Can you confirm this?

It is still very posible for one to get that green one from NPC without any alterations, there's how they do it.

1 if from UK or any country colonize by them ie Ghana, you can authenticate it first in british commission in Abuja, then foreign affairs, some will tell you it has to go to that that country, thats not true.

It is better to legalize first, because some schools may request to see some specific legalized document from you before given you admission.
