HealthHow To Prevent Sperm Leakages After Intercourse by Freegift75(op): 7:12pm On Jul 06, 2016
HOW TO PREVENT SPERM LEAKAGES AFTER SEXUAL INTERCOURSE

Many women complain about sperm leakages or sperm pouring out of their vagina after sexual intercourse, attributing it as the cause of their infertility. This anomaly is quite common, especially
in West Africa. The Yorubas of the Southwestern part of Nigeria popularly calls this condition EDA, which is translated as pouring.

Ideally, the leakage of sperm from the vagina does not exactly cause infertility, although to a greater extent it can lower a couple’s chances of conception, given that to actually conceive a healthy baby, a woman requires a healthy sperm cell and an optimal
vaginal health condition for this purpose to be
accomplished.

Suffice to say, the sperm is structurally divided into the following parts:

1. The head (for fusing with the egg)
2. The body (provides energy)
3. The tail (for movement)

Thus, to ensure fertilization; altogether the above-
mentioned structural parts of the spermatozoa ought to be functionally normal, otherwise becomes a classical case of male infertility.

On the other flip of the coin, a woman too has a similar role to play especially as it concerns to the leakage of sperm out from the vagina after sexual intercourse.

Studies have revealed women with a medical history of pelvic infections will induce the immune system to release anti- sperm antibodies within the vaginal tract, and so when the male partner ejaculates sperm into the vagina these antibodies will inadvertently attack the “head” of the sperm thereby weakening its
viability and capacity to impregnate the cervical mucus, lowering the chances of fertilization, and the rest of the ejaculate pours our forth out of the vagina.

Are you wondering what cervical mucus is?
It is a colourless; odourless and stretchy vaginal fluid
secreted around a woman’s ovulation, usually “Day 14” of a woman with a normal 28-day menstrual cycle; and it is with the aid of the cervical mucus that the sperm travels to meet the female egg (or ovum) in the fallopian tube for fertilization.

Causes of Sperm Leakage

A couple with primary or secondary infertility suffering from sperm leakage issues after sexual intercourse may have other factors hindering their efforts at trying to conceive. So, it’s important you consider the following factors that could debar you
from conceiving, and maximize your efforts:

1. Infection
A woman with a history of genital diseases as said earlier could have some antibodies lurking inside her vagina. These antibodies mistakenly could attack the male sperm cells inadvertently and in the process harming the sperm.

2. Dietary Choice
A woman with thick cervical mucus can also suffer from the leakage of sperm from the vagina due to over-indulgence in foods with excess glucose content. The reason behind this is that foods with high glycemic index increase the acidic pH level of
the vagina and thickens the cervical (vaginal) fluid. Whereas the sperm requires an optimal alkaline environment, and this often repels sperm cells movement, leading to sperm leakages.

3. Retroverted Womb:
Women with a tilted or malpositioned uterus have been found to suffer from sperm leakages from the vagina. This is because the normal uterus is in a anteverted anatomical position, just behind the urinary bladder. When lying in bed, the anteverted uterus is horizontal to the body, which enhances fertilization during copulation, without gravity affecting sperm influx when using positions like the
“woman-on- top style.”

4 Ways to Naturally Prevent Sperm Leakages:

1. Ideal Sex Position
If otherwise it was confirmed you have a retroverted
uterus (via pelvic scanning) then the best position you need to adopt is the rear position or doggy style to increase your chances of conception.

2. Orgasm
Orgasm is a period of intense sexual climax in a woman, accompanied with spasm of the pelvic muscles which helps to pull sperm into the womb. Reaching orgasm and ejaculating concomitantly increases a couple’s chances of conception, even if
sperm leakages still do occur.

3. Timed copulation
To ensure adequate sperm enters into the uterus, and to minimize sperm leakages during sexual intercourse, the female partner should place a pillow behind her waist, and then remain on her back for at least 20 – 30 minutes, without first dashing off to the
bathroom for a wash!

4. Male factor
To further enhance the influx of sperm into the uterus, the male partner will need to deepen his penetrations, especially at the peak of sexual climax. This will ensure that sperm is ejaculated strategically around the gateway to the womb, increasing his
chances of conception.

There you have it!
If you religiously take it upon yourself to practice the
above tips then you won’t have to worry about variables like sperm leakages

Remain Blessed

Nigerians, pls don't crucify me! We need to set our priority right. Presently, Nigeria is battling with economic crisis and I don't think most of the recommendations in the 2014 confab report are suitable for now. We need to subdue the economic challenges first.

* Imagine, 27 states out of 36 could not pay workers wages and we are proposing 54.

It means 89,000 federal civil servants will be increased to about 150,000 all at the expense of our dwindling economy.

2014 confab report is superb but not implement able at this moment. The implementation will create chaos, compound Nigeria economic challenges.

What Nigerians need now is not more states or state. Police. We need

* atleast 18hrs electricity supply
* A bag of rice for N5000
* A litre of fuel for N50
* Housing Mortgage of standard 3bedroom flat for N2M to be paid for 20yrs (fraction of Minimum wage)
* Minimum wage N45,000
* Free health care service
* Free Tertiary Education

We need to reason well.
PoliticsAliko Dangote For President: A Wisdom From Mko Abiola's Memories by Freegift75(op): 9:38am On Jun 26, 2016
Any one who is a true lover of Alh Aliko Dangote - a nonpartisan and detribalized businessperson, the first world richest black man, should please advise him not to succumb to influences saturating around him to contest for Presidency comes 2019.

We have privileged information and gathered that the Arewa Consultative forum, Northern Reform Agenda Group, and Northern Elders Forum have concluded plan to rally round Alh Aliko Dangote to emerge as the only Messiah to salvage the dear country from the brink of collapse.

Great Minds Forum (www.greatminds.com) hereby expresses great concern as Nigeria political terrain does not condone truth and the fear of God. We write for Alh Dangote to shun all political influences that could lure him into political trap that may jeopardise his existential mandate by God.

We admonish him to learn from Abiola's political trap. Chief Moshood Kashinmawo Olawale Abiola is the supreme martyr of this struggle, the one who laid down his life for the survival of democracy in Nigeria.
In saner parts of the world, an electoral victory leads inexorably to orchid-festooned garlands and the triumphant assumption of office; but in Nigeria, Abiola won the freest and fairest election in his nation’s history, and his reward for it was a long, excruciating incarceration and eventual demise under his captors’ watch.

Before warn is before harm...

2016, to rest.
.
According to the statement, during the
holiday, he will see an Ear, Nose and Throat
(ENT) specialist for a persistent ear infection.
The president had been examined and
treated by his personal physician and an ENT
specialist in Abuja, but both doctors
recommended further evaluation purely as a
precaution.
.
It would also be recalled that the 10 day
vacation was extended with an additional 5
days.
PoliticsOver 100 Militants Invaded Ogun, 15 People Killed by Freegift75(op): 2:40pm On Jun 19, 2016
www.punchng.com/100-militants-invade-ogun-community-kill-15/

.
The Imushin community in the Ogijo area
of Ogun State has been thrown into
mourning after no fewer than 15
residents were reportedly killed on Friday
evening by armed men suspected to be
militants.
.
SUNDAY PUNCH learnt that about 100
militants, armed with guns and cutlasses,
stormed the community around 11pm on
Friday and embarked on a killing spree,
killing every resident in sight.
.
When our correspondent visited the
community on Saturday, he saw a few of
the corpses which their families were
preparing for burial in accordance with
Islamic rites.
.
Among the 15 killed was a technician,
Waheed Buhari, aka Yah Alau, who was
shot dead in front of his room.
One of his children, Mariam, sustained
bullet wounds.
.
A travel agent, Mr. Oladele Ogundare, was
said to be returning home in his car, when
the rampaging militants opened fire on
his car and killed him.
.
Another resident, Umoru, who was said to
be eating noodles, was chased, hacked and
shot to death, along with a friend,
Danladi.
.
A mosque in the community, was
reportedly attacked and a Muslim cleric
killed.
.
Two hotels were said to have also been
raided and their customers robbed and
injured.
.
More than 25 shops in the community
were looted by the militants.
Many of the residents, who spoke with
SUNDAY PUNCH, begged not to be
identified as the militants had threatened
to return to continue the killing.
.
A resident told our correspondent the
militants were suspected to be Ijaw
youths involved in pipeline vandalism.
She explained that they were on a
revenge mission as some operatives of
the State Anti-Robbery Squad had killed
two of the vandals earlier on Friday.
.
She said, “The whole thing began around
4pm on Friday. I was at the backyard of
the hotel, cutting some weed when some
SARS officers came in. They were shooting
and ordering people to stop moving.
There was confusion in the hotel.
.
“The SARS officials did not leave until
after three hours. They killed two of the
vandals and took away the owner of the
hotel, a woman.
.
“Around 10pm, I went to urinate when I
saw so many hoodlums coming from the
waterside down the road. They carried
sophisticated weapons and when they got
here, they started shooting. They blew off
the hotel windows and shot people dead.
They killed two men here in Lapete
village.”
.
A friend of Waheed, the electrician killed
in Oke Muti, said the Ilorin, Kwara State
indigene had tried to shut his door when
the militants killed him.
Waheed’s corpse was still lying in a room
and being prepared for burial when
SUNDAY PUNCH visited.
.
His friend said, “He was going to urinate
when the militants started firing. He tried
to quickly shut his door, but it did not
jam. They opened fire on him at the door
step and did not stop until he dropped
dead.
.
“Not satisfied, they entered his room and
sprayed everywhere with bullets.
Waheed’s child, Mariam, that was in the
room was hit. She is still at the hospital.”
He added that the police recovered 15
corpses in the community.
.
The widow of the travel agent killed in the
Ereko area of the community said her
husband, Oladele, who worked on Victoria
Island, Lagos State, had left for work in his
car on Friday morning without any
foreboding.
.
She said, “He gave me money for
foodstuffs after dropping me off in front
of a bank where I wanted to do a
transaction. By 6pm, we spoke and he
asked me to prepare rice for him that
night.
.
“By 10pm, I called his line; it rang and he
didn’t pick. I tried it again at 12am, still no
response. I called his mother by 6am that
I had not been able to reach him on his
two telephone lines and she promised to
call as well. She also couldn’t get to him.
.
“It was this morning (Saturday) that I saw a
crowd of people in my house. They said
he was a short distance from home when
he was shot dead. I can’t believe this
because we have barely spent a year in
this community and this has never
happened before.”
.
Some customers at the Catcher Hotel
were lucky to have escaped with their
lives.
.
However, the hoodlums carted away all
the valuables in the hotel and vandalised
all the electronic gadgets.
.
A soldier, who was not in uniform at the
time of the attack, said the vandals cut
him with a cutlass and smashed bottles on
his head.
.
He said, “I had entered the beer parlour
in the hotel when the militants came in.
They were about 200. At first, I thought
they were having a festival until they
ordered all of us to lie flat on the ground.
.
“They asked for my two phones and when
I gave them one, they became angry. One
of them cut my head with a machete and
followed it with a bottle. I was drenched
in blood. The militants had sophisticated
weapons that I had never seen before.
.
“They never asked for money from me
and they didn’t search my pocket. If they
did, they could have found my ID card and
I would have been dead. I wore just a
white shirt.”
.
A disc jockey at the hotel said one of the
militants wanted to shoot him dead, but
one of them persuaded him against it.
.
“They were arguing among themselves
whether or not to kill me. One said, ‘If
you don’t want me to kill him, then let me
cut off his leg.’ But his colleague asked
him not to. Before I knew it, he had
smashed three bottles on my head.
.
“They went away with my laptop, phones,
money and everything I had. They refused
to carry away the beers in the hotel. They
took only the hard drinks,” he said.
.
Women in the hotel, who claimed that the
militants spent about 30 minutes, said
they tortured them with cutlasses and
guns.
.
Efforts to speak with community leaders
were abortive as they declined comment.
It was gathered that a community leader
had been abducted by the militants a few
months ago, after reporting a case against
them at a station.
.
A source said, “The man was in the creek
for 40 days. The militants collected N10m
from the community before he was
released. That is why everybody is afraid
to talk. People have started fleeing the
community. Two Hausas were killed
during this attack and the Hausa
community has vowed to fight back.”
.
A man, who spoke for the Imushin
community, pleaded with the government
to intervene before the community was
completely deserted.
.
He said, “These people are militants and
even the police cannot withstand their
firepower. We need help from the
government. We will appreciate anything
they can do for us.”
.
The Ogun State Police Public Relations
Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, confirmed the
attack, but said only three people were
killed.
.
He said, “Around 11pm at Ereko
Community, Ogijo, some hoodlums
numbering about 100 invaded the
community and started shooting
sporadically. Bullets hit one Waheed
Buhari and his daughter, Mariam. While
Buhari died, the daughter is still at the
hospital. Two other unidentified corpses
were found, making a total of three
deaths.
.
“Information from eyewitnesses showed
that the hoodlums were militants and
they came from the riverine area. But we
have not confirmed this, as investigations
are ongoing. We are particularly
interested in why they came in such a
large number.”

It's sweet to be said but hard to actualised. It's a well writeup but with grave misconception! It is the question of HOW? As nice as the writeup, it fails to point out the fundamental causes of those anomalies mentioned about yoruba nation. It also fails to provide solution to the problems. The facts remain that Awolowo's generation can not be compared to this present age. There was regional government and today no more. The military take-over is the primary cause of all the problem and it is not synonymous with yoruba alone. As we experience and clamour for restructuring, the same is every region. The secret is until we remove the politics of enmity, there can be no manifestation of desired change. The crisis between Awolowo and Akintola consequence has degenerated Yoruba Nation. The crisis led to Military take over. If we return to regional practises, the same will repeat itself. Even the education you made reference to is same all over the nation. The root cause is not government or because of no provision for free education. it is because this end time generation of children expose more to entertainment activities. 80% of their mental storage is filled with entertainment activities. Even all companies devote resources more to promote entertainment industry than education sector. Tinubu has limited power to restore the lost glory. PoliticsStoning The False Nigerian Prophets - My Experience by Freegift75(op): 7:56pm On Jun 15, 2016
STONING THE FALSE PROPHET

Most of you do not think about why it is so important that we stone the prophets that seek to lead people astray, breaking homes, destroying businesses, and propagating a different image of our Creator.

Most people are too gullible and brainwashed that they feel fearful to challenge the failed prophecies which are the measure to determine true prophets.

Biblically, every failed prophecy has a capital punishment of death warrant. But Nigerians today allow these crooks to feed fat on their deceptions.

I have a practical experience with one of them. Two weeks to the due date of my pregnant wife, the RCCG pastor embarrassed my wife by calling her out during service that she MUST SEE HIM LATEST ON FOLLOWING TUESDAY FOR SPECIAL PRAYER TO AVERT DEATH. (He claimed God spoke to him)

My wife narrated the scenario to me when returned home because I'm an hater of church goers!. Eventually, I tried all possible tactics to avoid her meeting the pastor because I don't believe all their visions and prophecies. Monday 9-days later she put to bed successfully. We got to hospital 7:30pm and by 7:55pm the baby arrived without any complication. Glory be to God!

When the news got to the pastor for the succeessful delivery he was not comfortable for we did not allow him take the glory of God.

8-days after on the following Monday, he came for naming ceremony. But the amazing part of he story is, WHILE HE WAS CONDUCTING THE CEREMONY SERVICE, HIS OWN WIFE WAS IN LABOUR AT HOSPITAL. THE FOLLOWING DAY (Tuesday) HE LOST HIS WIFE TO DEATH AND THE BABY.

Thank God for disallowing my wife to meet him, she could have been substituted for pastor's wife's death. Nigerians need to wake up from slumber.

Also a friend of mine received a call from US for a building project contract in Badagry lagos. He went ahead to seek prophet's direction on the project. The prophet forbade him from getting the contract. He confused him that the call was from kidnapper.

He narrated the scenario to me and I collected the number. I tried to convince the caller that I'm even more qualified, professional than the previous man. Eventually I set my machinery in place, went to badagry, lodged in an hotel, did my feasibility study to outsmart any prank play. Eventually I got the contract. Even I got more from his friends abroad because I always work with honesty. That was how fake prophet confused my friend to loose millions of Naira projects.

Biblically, We are commanded to stone them because they seek to teach their followers to follow after a false image of God. They preach demons, magnify demons above Holy Spirit.

In doing so they are guilty of the spirit of murder. We are commanded to stone them for these reasons even if their predictions do come to pass.

Nigerians Be WISE!

OPINION: THE SECOND BAILOUT OF THE STATE- Justifiable?

Recently, the Minister of Finance, Mrs Adeosun had a solidarity meeting with all states finance commissioners on the conditional proposal for second bailout.

This motive however is a signal indicating that we have a liberal president who does not sit comfortable in Aso Rock seeing the general populace suffering.

But with all sincerity, in reference to the consequence of the last financial state bailout from the federal government, I deem this second proposal a goofed mission that encourages laziness towards IGR and further wastefulness through misplaced priority of the state governors.

Imagine, if a state like GOMBE can be paying salary with silmultanoeus capital projects on ground, it is very shameful to IMO, EKITI, OYO, ONDO etc to be propagating unjustifiable excuses to owing about 5months salaries.

During last bailout, Ekiti as an instance got over 9billions Naira but went ahead to construct a flyover costs N5billions.

Realistically, we need to enact laws to curb wastefulness of the governors and their misplaced priority.

Giving out second bailout will encourage laziness in ability to think diversification especially into agriculture and how to increase their IGR

What is your own opinion?
