shymmex:

Are they not Nigerians?

Some of you racist scallywags just think out of your arses smh... So because they were born outside the country, they're not Nigerians in your deluded and dirty mind, huh?

And who the hell made you the spokesperson to judge people's Nigerian-ness?

You deserve a slap for your stupid post. undecided undecided

Why do you always have a habit of verbally abusing people and getting hysterical on a public forum because people do not agree with you or have a different opinion? I don't indulge in exchanging verbal abuse to faceless individuals on forums because it's not worth it!!

Freiburger:
I sense a huge mental retardation.

On the contrary...I'm just seeing it from a different angle how about Nigeria recruits the best talent that could provide well paid earners in Nigeria?
Sprumbaba:

Can you jump very well with FUFU and EBA?

hahaha the same way the footballers have been running on the field,If it can make you run on the field for over 90 minutes that same Eba will make you jump sky high too,you can't joke with some recipes at all lol

Congrats to the winners!! just wondering what happened to the nigerian born talent. Did the team have to "import" the american born sons of nigerian born fathers for the team to be complete?

shymmex: Udoka is like 40 years old now, and Diogu is better than him... Kelena is a fool, he's still dreaming of playing for England..

.

Wait a Minute!! Are we talking about the same Udoka here?? This dude can't be 40 yet, His sis Mfon is older and she's not 40 yet.I would say a loose estimate of 37 or 38 years for Mfon so Ime gotta be mid thirties
Religion / Re: Creflo Dollar Arrested For Choking His Daughter by Freesia(f): 7:19am On Jun 11, 2012
My goodness they have reduced Creflo D to a mugshot!! Did Creflo loose his way somewhere with his parenting skills? All this must have started somewhere in his daughter's childhood she knows how far she can push her father and maybe he has remained mellow and she has taken advantage for a while.
A 15 year old girl goes to the point of provoking her father and it got physical?.I mean how do you explain her confidence to demand to go out at 1 in the morning for a party if this is not common practice but the one time her father says no she throws a tantrum and calls the police on him.
When they say no one is above the law in the U.S they really mean it!!
Car Talk / Re: Big Daddy Camry (2003 - 2006): Why Don't People Like It? by Freesia(f): 4:27am On Jun 08, 2012
chiebube: Hello Nairalanders greetings!

Please why is it that most people don't like Big Daddy Camry. I want to buy it but people have discouraged me so much. They prefer pencil light and fish eye.
Chiebube

inspired_m: The Car is Popularly Called "BIG DADDY" or "BIG For NOTHING".
Cheers[/b]

prince_onx: Is this Camry the same with the Small mommy? What about the Rat nose light?

tunnytox: I was at the Manchester's show just to unwind and enjoy the long weekend, to be honest I don't know any of his songs apart from Pakurumo. I was really surprised to see many girls from Zim/SA, England, and even Ethiopians singing many of his tracks! I never knew he's so popular.

Would have definitely gone to Birdcage as well if I was in Manchy. He's very popular all over Africa at the moment. That's what music does you now have Kenyans,Zim and South Africans singing in Yoruba lol.

Faithful men do and still exist, the bad news is that women has made 99% of them (Men) un-faithful,

if she initiates or gives you the green light like some of the men above have mentioned why don't you ignore her....remember the lady in question isn't holding a gun to your head tongue

on-code:
it's just like looking for a clean cloth in a basket full of old and dirty cloths, you will need to take out some of the old and dirty cloths and at times[b] smell them[/b] in order to find the clean one grin grin grin grin grin grin...you get the picture?

haha just imagining you doing your laundry and subjecting your poor nose to some foul smell

@ poster yes faithful men exist don't lose hope

Lol- my friend has ultra long hair and she gets all these women touching it and digging her scalp to check if its fake. So I understand someone being frustrated.

I hear you... the hair thing is always something many women try to figure out from each other
Family / Re: Why Are Women Their Own Worst Enemies? by Freesia(f): 8:53am On May 24, 2012
stillwater:

Exactly. Can this big[b] breasted woman tell me she has never made jest of another woman[/b] or anybody in her life? It's just pure pettiness if you're slighted by little things like that.

Why are you adamant the so called big breasted woman was being petty? where did I say she felt or feels offended?
You mentioned an example of your brother and I viewed it as what it is(men have different ways of viewing and voicing their opinions to each other)
Your assumptions on my little story are rather unhealthy or do you have something against big breasted women?
Family / Re: Why Are Women Their Own Worst Enemies? by Freesia(f): 8:42am On May 24, 2012
stillwater:

I just had to comment on this, because this is one of the things that differ us from males. I'll also give an example, my brother is muscular, has the ripped body. . .you know what I'm talking about wink. When his friends or acquaintances see him they say things like guy you must be on steroids, these are not real etc. My brother just laughs and forgets about it. The problem with females is that they take it to heart and start feeling slighted or basing it on jealousy forgetting that people generally would talk. The person with the low self esteem is the person that gets slighted over something as rudimentary as somebody discussing your boobs or something as intangible as that.

queensmith:

Soo true, the worst part is. Your brother hears the comments directly. Knowing the way some women can be there was probably no whispers of fake tits, she may have just taken offense by a few stares.
The problem is they pretend to enjoy this soo called hatred that springs up from nowhere over something as futile as having silicon breasts, and take offense from compliments. If you are showing massive cleavage is it now wrong for people to stare?

Don't get me wrong ladies my relative is so used to the stares she smiles and laughs off some comments she gets. She has had a few occasions where some women randomly get bold enough to ask her all sorts of questions like does she suffer from back pain and all.
@ Queensmith lol no massive cleavage was on show... you could still wear an XXXL T shirt and people would still see you have a big pair of twins

Sagamite:

The things you do in business management. Geez! grin

I just learnt a lesson in customer relationship management tonight. Thanks. grin

I know right... CRM all the way. It's time to put that into practice

Maybe I'm weird but I have forged a few good friendships with other women by striking a convo about how flawless her skin looks or how fab her shoes were and depending on the type of gathering just talked about different stuff.

How will me walking around rolling my eyes or sneering each time I see other women who I don't even know at all but who look better than me or have it going on than I do be beneficial to me?

Extremely beautiful or even wealthy women are being born everyday the sooner other ladies realize this the better and healthier for them lol

Reminds me of a gathering I attended a few weeks ago...My cousin who is very well endowned in the chest department had a few ladies whispering they were fake lol.

Who knows maybe some of these women might even have had a bigger pair than my cousin ? but due to a wrong bra size or bad posture some of these ladies believed another lady was much better endowned than them hence "they're fake" comment

Some men who were just "innocently" stealing glances at my cousin just had to keep a straight face because... if you only saw the evil look their partners were giving them Ehn!!

Some of this women had a lot going on for them beauty and also Profession-wise but sadly the lack of self esteem will drive them to shift gears just because their man was eyeing another woman

The funny thing is that I used to be anguished at the state of things in Nigeria until I realized that the Nigerians that are truly suffering don't really care! ". Maybe God is testing them like he tested Job or maybe they just have not suffered enough.

Ever speak to people really suffering back home and they are mostly jolly or joking I mean many of them are really hopeful still talking about their dreams and goals while some folk in the west who are suffering mainly sink into depression or become bitter....Sorry Mr Serubawon we've derailed your post
Family / Re: Why Are Women Their Own Worst Enemies? by Freesia(f): 11:18pm On May 22, 2012
Self- esteem still remains number one in my books.

I knew someone who worked in a very popular hotel in France that charges a few thousand Euros a night for a room.(Peak Season)
She said as a female staff( from management to cleaner) there was a policy in that hotel that if guests who were a couple approached you or you approached them You(female staff) must first address the female guest then speak to her husband or male companion.
Many female guests complained an awful lot about the female staff not acknowledging them enough but hardly uttered words of complains about the male staff!!
What does that tell you? Some of those Uber rich women had insecurity issues and because the Hotel has a reputation to keep things were changed in their favour

Nepa doesn't need to be on strike. Their mere existence is an absence of electricity.

Didn't know of a better way to say other than strike. To be in 2012 and to think that having Electricity 247 as luxury is totally wrong

They suffer in silence, roast in their own body-heat, and sing-along with the mosquitoes. Their lot won't get any better until they realize that they deserve better and go fight for their rights on the streets. Nothing good comes to those who wait in perpetuity.

Oma se o! That's just too bad...Initially I was thinking of those in the cities I'm imagining kids doing their home work in the dark, food going bad in the fridge/freezer.From my memory when my grandparents were still alive in the mid eighties they were creative with the way they lived without power in the village because they didn't grow up with it in the first place
