GodisFirst: Thank you so much for doing justice to this. Don't forget that those presently in government in Anambra State will see all these revelations as a disadvantage to them because they will find it difficult to steal money now. If they accept that there is such money left by Obi, they will not be comfortable stealing it because they will account for it as they have acknowledged it. But what they fail to understand is that the figures are there. Someday they will be brought to book. Peter Obi is now enemy to all government officials and Politicians simply because he called for a positive change for the good of this country Nigeria that is drifting to destruction, anarchy and doom. A possible positive change which he had shown by example, he lived it and it worked. So he is showing that it is possible and not just an un tested or un experimented proposal. For me, even if they did not allow him to implement this his idea by becoming the President of this country, he had already made his mark on the gold tablet of history. He will forever be remembered as a great man, a great agent of Positive change by his words and actions. They can't steal it because it's a CBO which will mature in 2050. Anambra state will keep earning dividends until 2050, so the investment is safe. |

ubimagos: But how did you arrived at the imaginary $100m? This happen to be the bone of contention here not the value of naira. Let me explain this investment to you. I'm hoping that you're actually curious to learn and not to score online brownie points. Anambra Invested N1,955,535,247.00 for a 10% stake in SABMiller in 2012. SABMiller is a subsidiary of AB Inbev. In 2017, AB Invec decided to consolidate its stake by merging SABMiller, Intafact Beverages Limited and Pabod Breweries to create a new subsidiary in Nigeria called International Breweries PLC. This merger increased the value of INTBREW greatly, however, diluted Anambra's shares to 4.7% making her the 2nd largest single investor in INTBREW. At the time of the $100M article, INTBREW was trading at N58.69 per share, so Anambra's 4.7% stake was worth around N29.64B. Assuming that the USD/NGN exchange was N300 at the time, then Anambra's stake would be worth a little over $98M. It's really not Peter Obi's fault that Buhari collapsed Nigeria's economy. Every business is suffering right now.

Let's dive right into the facts.
* Peter Obi invested N1,955,535,247.00 in SABMiller, now INTBREW (In Naira, not USD) * Anambra currently owns 4.7% of International Breweries. * As of 6AM, 22/06/2022 INTBREW is valued at N155.771B * Anambra's 4.7% stake is currently valued at N7.32B (Not N2.3B) * Anambra's stake in INTBREW is up by 374%
...but somehow the political science and mass comm graduates at TheCableNG want me to believe that Anambra took a heavy loss from this investment. So if I bought a piece of land for N500,000 in 2012 and sold it for N1.87M in 2022, I'm trading at a loss.
It's not Obi's fault that Buharinomics crashed the Naira. Hold APC responsible for that.

Seems like funds for influencers have finally been released. I am beginning to see an uptrend of influencer-type editorials from Tinubu camp on social media.
When is Atiku mobilizing his influencers? |

POLITICS 101
How do you smear your opponent's campaign covertly? Politicians put out a propaganda article in favour of their opponent, waiting a while for it to spread and then debunking it themselves. Classic political manoeuvre.
Peter Obi never said anything like this, so where did it emanate from? Trace the first handle that posted this and you'll see it came from either PDP/APC. |

WesternOligarch: Obi has a third class in philosophy from a Nigerian university.
Lies. Obi graduated with a 2nd class. He also attended Havard Business School, London School of Economics, Oxford and Lagos Business School.
Tinubu has a first class in accounting from an American University.
Lies. Unverified
Tinubu was governor of one the largest economies in Africa.
Lagos was already the largest economy in Africa even in the 80s.
Obi was governor of a state the size of ibadan local governments.
Anambra is bigger than Oyo state in both market size and HDI development.

MikoB: Hmm! Nigeria will get there someday,if not for the corrupt induced delegates system that pruduced the candidacy of Atiku and Tinubu in both pdp and apc, it would have been Osinbajo vs Obi, in the real sense of it. These evil people prevented Osinbajo that is very popular with the masses to present himself to be voted for, and he does not have the luxury of Obi to decamp to another party or stand as an independent candidate because he is the vice president, but one thing is sure, his movement will continue to move until the country is liberated. Moreover, some of the people castigating him just for this temporary setback, I can assure them their candidate will not have the opportunity to live in the aguda house talkless of aso rock because they will now need to face the real voters, they can only bribe few voters the majority will reject them. Who laugh last always have the best laugh. We should be grateful the delegates gave us Atiku and Tinubu. Have you considered the energy it will require to convince a Yoruba man to vote Obi against Osinbajo? Now it's easier to say, look, this your tribesman is not good for you or the country, let's try something new and they'll listen to you. Look on the bright side. |

While Obi's campaign is growing organically, APC/PDP campaign has not started yet because funds to mobilize influencers have not been released.
Nobody will campaign for APC/PDP without mobilization and that's a fact. |

Labour party did not collapse her structure in Ekiti but the Governorship candidate of LP Engr. Omotoso did. He was received by the Chairman BAO Campaign Organisation, Chief Olajide Awe at a ceremony held at JKF Centre, Ajilosun, Ado Ekiti.
Labour party did not contest elections in Ekiti. Your attempts at discouraging the Obidient movement is very weak.
