A few days ago, CBN issued a warning on online investment scheme tagged: ‘MMM Federal Republic of Nigeria . It warned Nigerians against investing in the ‘scam’ which lures the investing public to participate in what it called “mutual aid financial network,” with a monthly investment return of 30 per cent.
Now, a Nigerian has cried out alleging he has been ripped off ..He wrote in an email I received
It started on the 19th June 2016, My Friend introduced me to this MMM of a thing… I obliged and Joined… It was paying well, there was no comma or full stop, not all.
Till I opened an account for my cousin who shared the same surname…
Fast Forward,,,

MMM ADMINISTRATOR placed my account on temporary moratorium of getting help as they provide and get help in the system on 13th September 2016 and told me to verify identity of which I did.
After that, I kept on contacting MMM Support of which they assured me they will remove their God forsaken temporary moratorium which they have used to scam thousands of participants (not only me) as i found out they do it secretly and MMM fortifies its system with this… That also account in a way how they pay 30‰ to their teeming community of 30% earners (Guiders,referrals and ordinary participants)… Only for my account to be blocked by the administrator earlier today that I used two accounts that the registration and referral bonuses have been deleted while my #90,000 I paid since when I started MMM which yielded 189,000 naira parted with the blocked account.

Even as it hurts me being my first time to be scammed…
I will like Nigerians to thread with caution with this MMM of a thing and keep on pursuing their dreams as there is dignity in Labour.

The account am accused of violating their policy is Etetimita345@gmail.com which is also on their temporary moratorium (meaning another scam as that was how they started with my account et4ita01@outlook.com)

Unforgiveness is a great sin before God, many of us find it hard to forgive, any one who died not forgiving will not make heaven. met a guy of 31 through my elder sister, last year February. He started asking me out but because I just came out of a bad relationship, I told him that I am not yet ready to go into a relationship now but he hanged on until August, by then we had become good friends and we started dating.

But three months into the relationship I noticed that my boyfriend has a thing with a lady that stays in the same street with me, a lady I have known all my life cos we grew up together, I confronted him and he told me that it was just a Fling and nothing more, so I told him to please stop whatever he is doing with the girl because we know each other and he promised too. I trusted him to because I can't be going around checking up on a man old enough to take care of himself. So during his birthday this year, he told me the girl called him to wish him happy birthday and asked him hope she will be getting an invite for the party, so he asked me if he should invite her, I told him he can that I don't have a problem with that. So he invited her for the birthday party and she came for the party and my boyfriend introduced me to her as his girlfriend, in that same party my boyfriend gave me the surprise of my life when he asked me to marry him and I accepted.

We are now planning for our traditional wedding which is coming up July but I was shocked to find out that my husband to be is still sleeping with that same girl because I stumble on their whatsapp chat. I feel like my world is crashing before my very eyes, I am so confused, what should I do. I haven't confronted him yet and I am not ready to because I don't want another series of lies and deceit. This is man that has taken very good care of my financial but what of emotional and again it's not all about money for me because I am not going to be a poor wife. Should I walk out of this relationship and cancel the wedding plans? I am so confused now, because if he truly loves me as he claims, he should be able to respect me, another question I wanted to ask him is this, why that lady.

Please nairalanders, what should I do, confront him or what, I have even discussed this with any of my family member. And since this incident I have been very down, so many thought have been crossing my mind.

A Barber simply identified as Chinedu, has accidentally killed his baby after a fight erupted between him and his wife on Thursday Morning.

This happened at Umuchima Village, in Owerri West Local Government Area.
Umuchima is one of the villages, where off-campus lodges are located in IMO State, especially for students of from Federal University of Technology, Owerri and students of Federal Polytechnic Nekede.

It happened that at that particular morning that there was a minor issue, which escalated to the man bartering his wife.

As this was going on, the woman carried the three months old baby, thinking that at least this will subside his husband’s anger. But the worst came out of that decision as the baby hit his head, while the mum was evading another punch from the husband.

If you take a closer look at the woman’s left arm, you will notice the scars, which was as a result of the beatings she got from her husband.
This prompted the indigenes, to alert the Vigilante Group, who quickly swang into action and arrested the man.

As the man was being questioned, he was shedding tears, after thr result of his actions dawned on him.

He also complained that the woman never bothers to wash his clothes, never says the truth, that she cannot be trusted.

T.B. Joshua, perhaps Nigeria’s most
unconventional cleric, posted a heart-warming
story on his official Facebook Page about an
elderly lady who came to his church with an
unusual gift.
A retired teacher named Caroline Orugude had
come to The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations
(SCOAN) in Lagos, Nigeria to share a curious
testimony.
After retiring from her job in June, 2012,
Caroline was forced to wait almost two years
for the gratuity that she was supposed to
receive. “There was nothing much we could do
except pray because the pension system is so
unreliable,” she narrated to the congregation.
After visiting various churches for prayer
without any visible change, she was
introduced to Emmanuel TV, the popular
Christian television station broadcasting the
activities at The SCOAN, and began praying
along with T.B. Joshua.
Within two weeks, she received a call from the
treasury, asking her to go to Abuja to collect
her pension money. “I decided that when I got
the money, I would come to The SCOAN to
appreciate the Lord,” she joyfully said. “I am
here with the small sum of 500,000 naira, to
give to the man of God and The SCOAN, as my
tithe.”
It was an unexpected declaration but the
response of Joshua was equally surprising as
he insisted he could not collect the gift.
“Yes, it is written in the Bible that we should
pay tithe but how can we collect tithe from
widows and the aged who are supposed to be
under our care,” he questioned the
congregation.
“Remember, she has stopped working. She
needs our care for the rest of her life. These
are the women we should be feeding and
taking care of. She is our mother; she is my
mother too.”
The cleric, who is well known for his
philanthropic gestures, then announced that
instead of taking Mrs. Orugude’s tithe, he
would support her with an additional 500,000
naira.
“When God calls a man or woman, what they
will eat, what they will use and everything they
need for their journey will be provided
abundantly by God,” T.B. Joshua then
explained, noting the attributes of genuine
ministers of God.
“When a minister begins to depend on tithes,
you know he is not a minister of God,” he
added. “This is a message to ministers of God
all over the world. When we collect tithes, we
should know those whom we collect them
from. Don’t force anybody – it is between
them and God. Let us worship the Giver of
money, not money,” he concluded.
The post on Joshua’s Facebook page,
followed by 1.5 million people, ended with a
poignant question. “Where are your elderly?
Care for them and you shall reach old age.”
A video recently surfaced of Joshua refusing a
$1,000 offering from a Swiss lady who
received healing during his crusade in
Colombia. Several weeks ago, he spoke
scathingly of ‘money-hungry’ pastors,
insisting that ministers of God should not
force members to give offerings or tithes as it
was a thing of the heart.

A friend of mine is worried because her hubby told her he's going out there to get a Mouth Action if she won't give it to him......

According to her, hubby has never demanded it even while they were dating and he knew she hates it, though she likes cunilingus but hubby declined.

Now after 10yrs of marriage hubby keeps asking her to give him a Mouth Action even when he refused to also do it to her. My friend insists she hates Mouth Action but will only give it a trial if hubby is willing to do same to her....

Here's what happened; a lady invited a male friend to go eat dinner at an Italian restaurant. After ordering an expensive dish and eating his fill, the bill came and he asked her to pay for it. Irritated at his behaviour, she requested that they both pay for their respective meals. The guy said he was going out to get money to pay but never returned and what did the lady do? She shared the guy's pic on Facebook and shamed him...

Firstly, am not here to wake up those who want to stay asleep but for those who aren't aware they are sleeping.. I will give a brief history about me and then what led to my conversion..

Am 23 years old, born in a Christian family. From imo state.I was raised to believe that Jesus saves and through him I can get anything. I went to a Seminary school, I was taught about god and all that. From my jss1 to jss3 I couldn't really understand the so called Bible. Certain verse contradicts another. Then from my ss1 to ss3 during teachings in crs I asked questions about some Bible passages but found out the priest that teaches us don't even understand what he teaches. Later he was transferred and another teacher replaced him. I studied the Bible like my life depends on it, so there isn't any verse in the Bible I can't tell you what happened and how it happened. The new teacher couldn't explain certain scriptures on her own too rather she tagged it a myopic gospel. I was like wtf?a times she will cane me for asking too much questions and will always tell me to ask god to open my spiritual eyes.. I kept thinking how can they teach what they don't know or practice? Hasn't she asked for her own spiritual eyes to be opened, aren't we meant to ask questions if we don't understand anything .. Ain't they supposed to show workings, u know like using faith to move ordinary pen talk more of mountain which I don't think any pastor or priest round the world even Pope can do. But yet I never stopped believing. I graduated among the best students, gain admission into higher institution (imsu) then my life changed. I found out things I try to control couldn't be controlled anymore, I fast and prayed not to fall into the temptation but still yet It didn't. I enjoyed my life till my 2nd year in school. I developed a heavy heart problems, am no smoker. I went to hospital and I was told am 100%OK.

I had this pain through out my remaining years in school. I kept visiting different hospitals but the series of test I ran, was confirmed OK. Then my parents said it's time to seek God.. I prayed, fast, did night prayers all to no avail. I visited priests which they will later give me holy water to use yet no show, I also visited scoan owned by tb Joshua , I was touched by both tb Joshua and his wise men cos I visited countless times yet my sufferings kept increasing. My uncle took me to Lord of chosen yet nothing. I visited other spiritual houses but none could help heal me rather some told me it's my uncle who's behind my suffering. I was like wtf?
I was there dying slowly and all I get from pastors and my parents was to have faith in God. A friend suggested I go down to the village to do something they called AGWU. I went and did it and the whole pain went off, I was free again, I was so happy but I never stopped believing in the xtian god. The native doctor who did that to me made one statement that kept me wondering. He said we keep on serving and bowing down to our fellow men all in the name of worshiping God. He said igbo culture has been here before the coming of any religious groups and it will still be here those religious groups will go. That we chose to suffer that's why we are suffering. He said to me forget about church and there rubbish practice that there is no life there. After a week I went back to my normal mode of worship. I went for thanksgiving and all that, I never stopped believing. Then the next day after the thanksgiving the whole problem came back in multiple folds, I couldn't stand, I couldn't breath well anymore. I was dying and I knew it.
I kept wondering what kind of silly life is this, where have I gone wrong. I kept wondering,, at a time I said to myself this life is not worth it. I started praying for death to come take me away.
Then on 4th April I woke up around 11pm.i had some poison I had prepared mixed with juice. I was ready to take my life away cos I couldn't bear seeing my parents suffer emotionally just because of me. I had some note prepared for my parents to read and for them to know why I had to do it. Death to me was the only thing that will end my pains. Then I went outside the compound to pray to heavens. I saw a full moon so I talked to it, I was sitting on the floor crying and praying for God's forgiveness on what am about to do. Then something happened... Lowba3 brb

The Bible says No one can reach the Father except through the Father and that unless A Man accepts Christ as his personal Christ and Saviour ,such a person shall not make heaven of have access to Eternal life ( John 3:16) .

My question is,What happened to the Likes of Abraham,David ,Solomon and all these before Christ was born?? What was the Criteria for their own salvation since Christ was not born at the time??
Were they saved By the Good works day did ?? If so,why Do we need Christ in d First place when The People that were born before Christ still made it to Heaven.??

A confused fellow here..Answers are needed pls ??
