You have no right to define 'what bondage' is for other people. That your people are in bondage in Nigeria, doesn't translate to other people being in bondage. Na una sabi why una dey bondage. Maybe your illusional biafra would solve your 'bondage problem'. Best of luck!
Lol. When a slave paints his chains gold and call it jewelry. Small pikin abeg go back to sleep.

My point exactly. I am ijaw and I want Biafra but I don't want to be part of it.

The Igbos need to limit biafra to the 5 igbo states. Even ikwerre who's language is almost same as igbo don't want to be associated with biafra. They would rather join the ijaw in Niger Delta.

I sincerely hope the Igbo nation succeeds cos they have been marginalised too much.
You are being mischievous. Why are you limiting Igboland to south east? I am an igbo man from delta state that means I am not Igbo because my people were carved into delta state?
PoliticsRe: Biafra: Remove Itsekiri Land From Map To Avoid Civil War – Itsekiri Youths by Fremancipation: 4:03pm On Apr 03, 2017
Let me use this opportunity to say this.

Nobody is forcing any group to join Biafra. IPOB released their manifesto in February explaining that Biafra is a nation of choice and every group in the SS will be given a chance to vote to be a part of it and also have the right to leave in the future if they think Biafra is not for them.

But that thread never made it to front page while this one did.
PoliticsRe: Biafra: Remove Itsekiri Land From Map To Avoid Civil War – Itsekiri Youths by Fremancipation: 2:54pm On Apr 03, 2017
So many igbos here on nairaland has voiced the same opinion that itshekiri, urohbo, and ijaw should be left alone. IPOB Needs redraw that map and focus on people that truely want freedom and forget those that chose to remain in bondage.

The East I know is pungent with tribalism and sectional-sectionalism.. i.e forming sections in sections (clannish).

If giving land to settlers proves Ibo people are tolerant; then they are not more tolerant than westerners or northerner's regardless of religious uprisings.

What is happening in the east today.. which proves that the east is tolerant. As of today, the east is the least tolerant ethnic group in this country.

The present call for Biafra proves this point. It is a lack of tolerance that led to the first war and it is still this lack of tolerance that motivates IPOB and it's followers, it is the fuel that drives their propaganda.

The great city of Onitsha .. also proves the lack of tolerance of the east. The word "Onitsha" translate to "intolerance", "segregation".
The Igbo man of today is the product of his experiences in Nigeria. You really underestimate the evils this country has done to igbos and clearly fail to understand why the Igbo man has adopted the attitude they have in nigeria.

No!!! Yorubas have never given igbos free land. Igbos pay for the lands with hard earn cash.

No!!! Hausas/fulanis have never given igbos free land. Igbos pay for the lands with hard earn cash.

And the same applies to all groups in Nigeria.

Igbos are tolerant, respectable, honourable, hardworking, etc. Ipobs are everything Igbos are not.

They bring shame to Igbos worldwide.
Stop lying against IPOB for your evil ambitions.

Nnamdi Kanu before his arrest was interviewed by American conservative media. In that interview, he said that even the sultan of sokoto is welcome in Biafra as long as he adhere to the principles of freedom it will be founded on.

The same Nnamdi Kanu is making cases for Hausa political prisoners in a recent video.

Last I check, Nnamdi Kanu is still the leader of IPOB
PoliticsRe: The Virtue Of Tolerance Of The Igbo People...what The Other Tribe Lacks by Fremancipation: 10:40pm On Apr 02, 2017
The first major of Enugu was a Fulani man. He was democratically elected by igbos. Regardless of what the media says, ndigbo are very tolerant.

Another example of Igbo tolerance is the ogoni people who have been historically surrounded by Igbo people. Yet they lived side by side for generations. No body took over their land. Imagine if they were surrounded by fulanis

Another example is olukimi people of Yoruba origin that migrated and settle in the middle of anioma communities in delta state. They have been living there for generations and even celebrates festivals with anioma Igbo people.

Forget what media propaganda tells us about Igbo people but they are in action more tolerant than the so called tolerant group in Nigeria.

Akalaka or Akaraka is Igbo word. I challenge you to proffer the denotation of Akalaka or Akaraka in Idu lexicon.
I was about to say the same thing. AKalaka is pure Igbo word which means destiny. I just laugh when I hear these people's explanations of how they are not Igbo but their so called ancestors have pure Igbo names instead of bini names.

The only strategy in IPOB refused to employ and it strikes me with vexation is allegedly lack of conventional weapon. Mushroom groups or no groups, boundaries shall be determined through the muzzle of guns.
Trust me Nigeria will push IPOB to that point of no return. IPOB is just buying time and using every available diplomatic avenue so that when that time comes, the international community will know the real culprit which is Nigeria and its government and they will starve them of weapon to win. 1967 is one in a life opportunity for NIgeria. Igbo worldwide diaspora will mobilize overnight.

For now we IPOB will continue to expose Nigeria to the international community. Amnesty international has made major powers stops selling weapons to Nigeria.

If IPOB is making such progress, then its commendable, but I, personally, will love an only Igbo country. This is my position, except otherwise, its proven beyond all reasonable doubts that other group in the ND want to tag along.
The truth is that Lots of non-Igbo south south groups are watching closely and are mostly on the fence. They may pretend like they don't care but in reality, they are paying very close attention to what is going on. They just don't want to join a fruitless venture and thats why a lot of them are holding back. The onus is on IPOB to keep pushing. The oppressor never gives freedom to the oppress. Only the oppressed can demand and take it. The moment a referendum is called for Biafra by the UN, all those shakara will go out the window.

Finally make no mistake. There will be nothing like Niger delta republic so that wont even be an option on the table. it doesn't exits online or offline. It only used by trolls to counter Biafra during arguments.

PoliticsRe: IPOB And The Need To Reform Her Strategy: by Fremancipation:
IPOB is reaching out to minorities in the south south and in fact they are making huge progress in that area. In the past, it was mostly igbos that used to call into radio Biafra but now people from various groups are calling in to show their support. The journey of a thousand miles starts with a step.

In 2014 Nnamdi kanu was ignored by Jonathan
In 2015 IPOB and Biafra was called Online country
In 2016 IPOB protesters were called jobless and touts and that Igbo elites will not support them
In 2017 Igbo kings and political elites are now showing support to IPOB and asking buhari to release Nnamdi Kanu

Please look at these Facts and tell me that IPOB is not making progress.
PoliticsRe: IPOB And The Need To Reform Her Strategy: by Fremancipation: 8:56pm On Mar 31, 2017
Op you talk as if you joined NAiraland yesterday. You said IPOB is bringing insult for ndigbo? Are you trying to say that igbos weren't already being insulted and ridiculed before IPOB came to the fore front.

Political correctness is what has been killing Igbos in Nigeria and finally Nnamdi kanu has help put a stop to it. I am no more politically correct. I just say things the way it is.

Even if Biafra is limited to only igbos both in the SE/SS, the next stage is for them to start telling us who is Igbo and who is not. You can never satisfy Nigerian despise for Igbos. They will always find reasons to hate.

Actually the opposite is true. IPOB, the current MASSOB and other pro biafran groups are under the jurisdiction of the IPOB Customary Government which is recognized by the Nigerian constitution.

This was part of the reason why 6 of the 11 charges against nnamdi kanu was dropped and IPOB was declared a LEGAL ORGANIZATION under Nigerian law.
PoliticsRe: Traditional Rulers Join MASSOB In Enugu With 200 Others by Fremancipation: 3:34pm On Mar 31, 2017
My Igbo brethrens be careful with this news. This is coming from BIM (Biafran independence movement) which is the corrupt ousted faction of MASSOB led by Ralph Uwazurike. I don't trust that man and he gave MASSOB a very bad name with his corruption before he was kicked out.

Story don change, it went from "ND did not ask for referendum and IPOB is forcefully seeking referendum for minorities" to "IPOB is copy cat". If you and the OP actually researched ANYTHING, you two wouldn't have made a complete buff00n of yourself thus making your so called "intellectual discourse" into showcasing you twos lack of intellect. So much for the "intellectual discourse".

Finally, you should read my past posts before thumbing your ignorance here. I've always stated, REPEADTEDLY that urhobo, isoko and iteskiri should be removed from biafra. I've been on this forum long enough to witness almost every pro biafra on this forum say the exact same thing thus, your OP is repeating what we all saying. Secondly your OP backed his link up with several POLITICIANS and politician beneficiaries denouncing biafra. A behavior also found in southeast you incompetent fool. Do you wish for me to quote SE governors opinion on biafra? I'll gladly do it.
As I said even obi of Onitsha have equally denounced biafra and last I checked, the highest activity of IPOB is in that onitsha city. I guess in your ignorant mind, because obi of Onitsha says onitsha is not part of biafra, that immediately dismisses the activity of his people in that city correct? Spare me your buffonery.

Just like LNC, Aniko briggs, NDA, Bello, IPOB and Massob have stated repeatedly only a referendum can determine what the people want. Hence both SS and SE have asked for a referendum. Spare me your BS.
My brother you have said it all. Very revealing.

Some people just think that with a snap of magic finger niger delta republic will come to existence without investing years of hardwork and dedication. Good luck

But know that if Igbo leave with their territories in the so called south south, niger delta republic will be devided in half.

There is no abundant oil in the south east, stop consoling urself with that false statement. U will be landlocked and there is nothing u can do about it. U can't carve territory with ur mouth or neither can u fight Nigeria and win more territories so u can have access to the sea. Infact, the Igbo groups in Niger delta will have a better standard of leaving than Igbos in the south east because they leave in one of the most richest region in the world in terms of resources. The Niger delta has a potential to be the Dubai of Africa with its abundant resource any nation will kill for.
Lol. Niger delta republic is a hoax. Where is their movement? Where are people taking bullets for them? Where are their protests? Where are their organizations? Where is their constitution? Do they really exist in reality outside of nairaland?

PoliticsRe: Why Are IPOBS Desperate Over South South Minorites? by Fremancipation: 12:38pm On Mar 28, 2017
Those who are against referendum in the SS for non igbos, I hope you know that if igbos decide to go it alone with all their clans both in the south east and south south, they still get direct access to the sea regardless and abundant oil both from SE and SS Igbo groups

So if you think that by denying non-Igbo SS peoples access to a free and fair referendum, you will destroy Biafran ambition, you will be highly mistaken.

If non-Igbo SS people are not interested in referendum, that is their own cup of tea but it won't stop the emergence of Igbo only Biafra with direct access to the sea.

Anyway I know all these are online drama to save face. When the time comes, non Igbo SS will be begging to join Biafra in order to get out of this shiiiiiiit hole called Nigeria. And if they don't, there generations will remain enslaved until the last drop of oil has been sucked out.
PoliticsRe: What Benefit Do A People Derive When Their Kinsman Is President Of Nigeria. by Fremancipation: 1:33am On Mar 27, 2017
Op there is simply no real benefit of presidency to the people except for bragging rights. This is what a lot of young igbos have finally realized and just don't give a damn anymore. You can see this from comments recently on nairaland.

But some people are still delusional thinking that by dangling presidency to our face, we will remain in Nigeria with them and forget about Biafra. They have already failed woefully.

Where was this writer when Yorubas were celebrating the killing of youth copers in the north after the 2011 election? The only reason they stopped celebrating is that the list of the names of the dead youth copers came out and Yoruba children made the list in huge numbers.

Where was this writer when recently an Igbo woman was beheaded in Kanu and Yorubas taunted igbos online but few months later, a Yoruba female preacher was mutilated in Abuja.

In fact there is a thread in nairaland that gives so many examples of this phenomenon and has exposed Yorubas two faced nature. I can go on and on with examples.
