This is tales by moonlighgt to fool your soul on not for me. The post of the CBN governor is a political post, if southerners can not lobby to earn the post that is their father's problem not mine.

You mean with all the backlog of qualification Soludo gathered he is not as eloquent as Sanusi n I never noticed that ?! Anyone with basic education can be eloquent I wonder why Soludo isn't as eloquent as Sanusi then. Does he not have basic education like everyone else ?

Southerner claim to be more qualified than the northerners but when appointed to where they should distinguish themselves with their row call of qualifications there is little or nothing to distinguish the two.

Since 1999 every power minister as been a southerner yet we have no light till date but you are here bragging about qualifications that is even debatable if I have time to bring Sanusi qualifications.

myobjective:
A southerner with Sanusi's qualification will never become CBN governor at that time in 2009.
Check out his education achievement: Bachelor degree from ABU Zaria (economics) and master degree from the same institution. Compare this to Soludo's education qualification: Soludo is a core professional in the business of macroeconomics. Charles obtained his three degrees and then professorship at the University of Nigeria in Nsukka, Enugu State. Soludo graduated with a First Class Honors degree in 1984, an MSc Economics in 1987, and a PhD in 1989, winning prizes for the best student at all three levels.

Let us compare their professional carriers before CBN.
Prof Soludo has been visiting scholar at the International Monetary Fund, the University of Cambridge, the Brookings Institution, the University of Warwick and the University of Oxford and a visiting professor at Swarthmore College (USA). Chukwuma has also worked as a consultant for a number of international organisations, including The World Bank, the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, and the United Nations Development Programme

Sanusi was in 1985, hired by Icon Limited and Barings Bank. He joined United Bank for Africa in 1997, working in the credit and risk management division but later rose to the position of general manager.
In 2005, he became the executive director in charge of risk and management control at First Bank of Nigeria. In 2009, Sanusi became the first northern Nigerian to head the bank after he was appointed CEO

Let us check their publications:

Soludo
North-South Macroeconomic Interactions: Comparative Analysis using the MULTI MODE and INTERMOD global models for the Brookings discussion papers in international economics, Brookings Institution – 1992
Implications of alternative macroeconomic policy responses to external shocks in Africa in the Development research papers series for the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), Socio-Economic Research and Planning Division – 1993
Growth performance in Africa: Further evidence on the external shocks versus domestic policy debate in the Development research papers series, for the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), Socio-Economic Research and Planning Division – 1993
The Consequences of US Fiscal Actions in a Global Model with Alternative Assumptions about the Exchange Regime in Developing Countries – 1994

Finally, Soludo was never in the same bracket with Sanusi. Though Sanusi is eloquent, anyone with a basic education can also be eloquent. What makes a man to stand out is his reforms and contribution to knowledge.

Nwodosis:
grin Emirship crown shielded Sanusi after his attack and lies on Jonathan as a compensation but couldn't shield him under Buhari! Many that attacked and lied against Jonathan at will mistook Buhari gorvermnt to be same as Jonathan's government. Congratulions to the new and the genuine Emir!
Politics › Re: Dethroning Of Sanusi Lamido And The Northern Propaganda by Front0lane: 8:16am On Mar 12, 2020
Like I said earlier I completely agree with your line of tot so long no former or present CBN governor is depicted beta than him in any form.
Imagine referencing Odumakin in the midst of human ?! Pls give me a break with that.

0m0nnakoda:
This is unintelligent

Is there any function that connects his intelligence to that of Emefiele?

The assumption is everyone is intelligent .So when we start saying Mr A is then that implies exceptionality
The only thing exceptional about Sanusi compared to previous CBN governors are his garrulous and self promoting behaviour.
Yinka Odumakin said in the past we knew CBN governors by their signature and photograph. They were largely silent. That is how it is all over the World no one remembers CBN governors and the reason is simple. CBNS are run by agroup in a collegiate manner. The governors generally do not wield executive power as many people seem to believe

I have never heard anyone go around saying Mr A the Vice Chancellor of university B is intelligent. They are expected to be!! just like judges doctors etc.
We only say that if there is something exceptional

Sanusi is not the first CBN governor from the North and there is no evidence he is more intelligent than the others.
The difference is his narcissism

But master killing slaves na normal thing. At least that his how pathetic many of you Igbo reason if the same thing happens in Ondo.

[78790457quote author=Biafrarep post=87368664]There is no doubt that something is wrong with the black man's way of reasoning. But those in the geographical area called Nigeria are at lowest ebb. Can such madness happen elsewhere?

Has lives become so worthless in Nigeria that no one gives a hoot when people are massacred in the most horrendous manner but will use all their energy to be discussing a very useless and senseless dethronement??

Of what value does the Kano emirate has to Nigeria talk more of the South that would warrant all the attention being given to it??

Honest to God, I am so disappointed and disgusted at where our priorities lie as a people.

I expected all Igbos by now to be calling for the head of Umahi while putting massive pressure on the efulefus we call governors to establish Ogbunigwe immediately yet everyone is talking about a dethronement that occurred hundreds of miles away!!

They can do whatever they like with Sanusi or even bannish him to Congo for all we care!![/quote]

Nigerians open your eyes and see, stop being dumb. The Fulani-Muslim north is playing a game. When was Sanusi removed that he has gained two political appointments from Kaduna Governor? As Buhari is behaving with his misrule of the country, the Fulani are positioning their kinsmen for continued domination and enslavement of the nation. Next former emir becomes Buhari successor. Open your eyes and deaden your sentiments and emotional reactions.

Politics › Re: Dethroning Of Sanusi Lamido And The Northern Propaganda by Front0lane: 6:51am On Mar 12, 2020
I completely agree to this so long you can accept Emefiele Soludo n Iweala as shown nothing to prove they are more intelligent or of beta capacity than him.

You see what you failed to admit is that Sanusi is more cerebral than the average hausafulanis elite n can compete toe to toe with the very best in the South. Now, that is one northerner you don't see everyday. That is what your kudos should go out to.

0m0nnakoda:
Rubbish
His so called intelligence is self promotion
We heard more in the media about Sanusi in one month than we heard about Soludo or Emefiele in their entire tenure.
When you watch a football game and you notice the referee more than the players something is wrong.
CBN governor s around the world are known for reticence and obscurity not winning bogus Man of the year awards.
I have seen nothing to show Sanusi as more intelligent than average.
He went to Kings College around the same time as Saraki and was not outstanding in anyway. He speaks English with a cultivated access but that is an issue of social class in Nigeria not intelligence. If you grew up in Ikoyi in the 70s you would sound like him even if you didn't attend university
There are millions of more intelligent Nigerians who cannot get a job because of background
Politics › Re: Dethroning Of Sanusi Lamido And The Northern Propaganda by Front0lane: 6:37am On Mar 12, 2020
Even at that Sanusi is still more sound than Buhari Atiku Obi Osibanjo. I am not sure you Nigerians know what you want. Every1 against Buhari should be praying Sanusi become the president if that is not is project after the South had it turn because I do not see a single soul of equal intelligence to Sanusi in our political sphere right now but will those evil Nigerian politicians ever allow a redeemer get to that seat ?

Azazeal007:
Come 2023 i think the northern group is preparing sanusi for the presidency. The dethroning of sanusi is just to create a cult like following. Fellow Nigerians don't be surprised when you see the posters during the 2023 elections. The north is trying to create its own biblical Joseph, just like olusegun obansanjo and goodluck Jonathan rose unexpectedly from zero to hero. They want someone who is educated and well known who can redeem the already tarnished image of the north by the incumbent. They want someone who everyone can accept easily. Sanusi lamido is a good one. Dethroning him is just to create a smoke screen( deception) and to register him in the subconscious of the Nigerian masses. This is just my opinion what do you think?

Please which infrastructure and economic development has Buhari brought to Nigeria? Kindly mention them in clear terms.
Lagos PH Abuja Kaduna n Maduguiri all with brand new airport terminal.

2nd NigerBridge in less than 5 years is ongoing instead of the diagram PDP gave for 16 years.

Lagos - Ibadan rail almost completed
Itapke - Ajaokuta - Warri rail completed
Kaduna - Abuja operational

Kaduna in land dry port
Baro inland dry port Niger

If this are not remarkable I have no idea what is.

How is Buhari worse ? Infrastructure economy corruption education wise he as proven to be beta. Security I would say they are at par so on what basis is Jonathan beta.

As far as I am concerned it is Yorubas such as owner of NL that provide the Igbos the leeway to insult the tribe, just like the banished Oba, Herbert, Oyedepo n many others

They with their naivety bring infested wood into the house but the repercussions of their naivety manifest they go underground for the like of Awo Tinubu that were against that evil manipulation to do the dirty work.

Imagine a party gifting an igbo a slot Lagos ?! Is that not the height of foolishness n we have some Yoruba supporting that. On what basis. Oukd that be justified judging from the antagonist this bigoted tribe constituted itself.

Thank God for Tinubu for chasing the bigoted soul to hell from the lagos assembly. No wonder he is so hated by the Igbos.

I do not care. Under Obasanjo there was similar oil glut n Nigeria didn't feel a pinch, countries like Spain Greece saw their economy collapsed n we were flying high cos we saved enough.

If Nigeria should feel a pinch that expose how hopeless a minister the girl. It proves she as nothing upset. Though, I doubt if Buhari will sack her but nonetheless it will be glaring she's a colossal failure. We no go because we want chop meat call cow uncle so swerve.

As for embrassing myself leave me to it, when Nigeria economy grew ahead of SA we all celebrated her achievement if it falters now which we don't pray then she should take the blame with Buhari n the CBN governor.

Buhari just let everything lie to avert more disaster because every president b4 Jonathan looted more than that n they are not from the region that produce the oil so by Nigeria standard Ebele is justify looting that as well.

Or do you not know that Babangida, Abacha n Co looted over $20 billion n they are not from the NigerDelta where this wealth is generated. What justification will Buhari have to jail Jonathan that stole the same amount and he his from the region that produce over 90% of this wealth?
