A fooll like you will fail to understand that war will always be fought by men, for the control of other men and their resources, which the British helped you foolls to achieve, in order (for the British) to control the Biafran oil and gas resources through the indirect rule system.

The right to self determination is a sovereign right of every human being which also form part of the Atlantic chatter of 1945. It is rather unfortunate that the 'right to self determination' is an exclusive right of the Europeans and the whites and not for the blacks. It is only in an African black nation that you will see an Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, Fulani, Ijaw, Ibibio, etc, being forcefully merged as a single entity, while the Germans, French, Greek, The British, the Dutch, the Italians, the Russians, etc, have a single culture, people and language. And this surely propelled their scientific and social progress. The merging of different tribes, races and culture, in Nigeria, is surely meant to serve the British neo-colonial interest and the continual exploitation of Nigeria's resources, using the Hausa-fulanis and willing tools.

I understand your fear, the breakaway of the Biafrans will surely doom you into perpetual poverty, chaos, and hunger which is why you (either an hausa, Yoruba or Fulani) will surely, and understandably, fight to keep a dysfunctional system (Nigeria) in place. Shame on you!

Your forefathers are the fools here. An example is the Azikwe that begged the Bristish to suspend the independence of Southern Nigeria for three years so that he can rule both the southern n northern Nigeria but look how it all turned out.

The time the HausaFulani never wanted part of Nigeria your father forced n coerced them into a union with you forgetting there is a charter that allows for self determination at the United Nations so you see your forefathers sold you into slavery n in it shall you n your entire tribesmen remain with your unborn generation forever.

What kind of restraints were they fighting with when they were running around and indiscriminately bombing everything in sight: markets, churches, refugee camps, and elementary schools throughout the East shocked

Like I had said a few times, I don't see Nigeria making any progress as a nation until they apologize and repent of the war crimes they committed against Ndi Igbo. They shed too much innocent blood and, if you really want to know, that's why that country is accursed.

O pari

The only apology I see for the new strong headed Igbo led by Kanu is another round of pounding.
Now, I have no idea if that will lead to 2 million death or 20 million death but I know for a fact a lot of Igbos will perish when n if it does happen.

But in the bright side it might just be the price you pay for your freedom so smile, be happy.
Politics / Re: "Buhari Lied About The Nigerian Army And Biafrans Comment" - FFK by front4line: 4:06pm On Jun 05, 2018
This is how sick Igbos fooled millions of your tribesmen to a war they will perish without forethought hindsight or forethought. I ask you does the new Biafra as the support of Russia USA or the UK now ?

But brainless folks like you still believe you can conquer Nigeria with your agidi Igbo. Also you neglected all the ammunition that we’re supplied by the French like they are not a superpower but that isn’t surprising it is in the blood of Igbos to make lame foolish excuse for their failures. The same way they have a lame excuse for any other Nigerian succeeding wherever they have failed woefully.

true2god:
What killed Biafra was the fact that major world powers, the British and the Soviet Union, gave Nigeria 100% military support in terms of hardware and logistics. Do you really, in your mind, thought that the war was fought with sticks, machetes, arrows or catapult? It was fought with tanks, planes, naval ships and machine guns, which the British and the Soviet Union were supplying in excess, to the Nigerian military, between 1967 and 1970.

If the Biafrans were provided the same support, how would the Nigerian military had won? Never! So stop talking like a kindergarten, if any single major power, be it the US, Russia or even China, support the Biafrans with necessary military hardware, both will finish each other. Look at Syria, the role the Russians and the US are playing there, you will understand better.

I don't know if you have read the British amphibious landing, on behalf of the Nigerian govt., in Bonny Island. Read and stop talking like a kid.

Odingo1:

You have to know that without British and Russia backing, Biafra army would have defeated Nigeria in that war
.

Time have changed,Russia is no longer strong because USSR is no longer there, the British is no longer very much interested in Nigeria oil.

The middle belt that mainly fought the civil war on Nigeria side may not be willing again.

Without world power backing, on a neutral ground Nigeria army cannot defeat Biafra army.

I think it's high time we say things the way they are. Buhari is a mistake. A perfect example of a square peg in a round hole. In saner climes, this man will be rotting away in jail for crimes against humanity, but because this is Nigeria where the wicked and corrupt souls roam free, anything goes.

The Igbos have suffered enough, and it's high time they start a revolution that will overtake this country from the tracherous claws of the North or they risk further marginalization and rejection.

If Igbos start anything at this time I foresee 20 million dead Igbo not the meagre 2 million that we’re wiped out in the Biafra child’s play.

Make dem try am. I am personally triple daring them. Rwanda genocide go be child’s play.

clarocuzioo:
When I read people's comment on this forum, I weep for the future of this country. People will stay in Lagos say what they know nothing about.
The issue of ports and borders has been on for discuss for so for some time now and I have seen people commenting ignorantly. Am sure a greater percentage of them have not really imported any thing to understand the mechanism, technicalities and systematic politics associated with these ports.
First, I want to remind people of a comment Fashola made when Dangote was about to start the reconstruction of Apapa road where he said other ports in the country should be used. It's no disputable fact that over 80% of imports through sea in this country comes from Lagos, thus making Apapa local government one of the richest local govt because of its revenue generation.

Not until recently, activities in Onne port was brought to ground zero, my family is into importation business in Aba and I know the systematic politics that plays out. There was a time importers in Aba has to contribute over #170m for sorting for them to resume their businesses. There will be a time that no goods will be cleared for over one month, imagine the demurrage that will accrue.
Clearing in Onne seaport is so tedious unlike In Apapa as we have used the both ports. Go and check it most cars are always cleared in Apapa, even the cars that will be used in the south south and South east region.

The transport minister once said that insecurity is why the reason why ports in the south south are not functional. First this is an admittance that the ports in South south are not functioning optimally, yet it is also an indictment on the government for not providing enough security as it is the government's primary responsibility.

If we really want to move on as one, we have to stop these petty politics.

Some of you Igbos are as brain dead as Zuma rock. With all you foolish clearing difficulty claim in Onne.

Do you know shipping lines have designated route that are economically viable and will definitely prefer that to new route just like airline ?

Do you know you can not fly directly from anywhere in Nigeria except to Joburg even though many airline offers that option. Same thing London USA etc.

Clearing in Onne is tedious so Yoruba should come n clear the difficulties for you ba ?

Why is the insecurity not affecting the 40% increase in activities just discovered in the port ? The thing is a FAILURE that you are will always seek excuse for it’s foolishness. That resonates among some many of your Igbos. Quit making excuses n if you can not stop being a kill joy.

No one will make Anamabra port or Enugu port functional for you. Your lazy ass kinsmen will have to get the bigoted lazy ass up and do the math to ensure it’s functional just like Elrufia did with Kaduna dry port. Move jobless Ipob to site instead them waste their pathetic lives away. That should help.

Politics / Vessel Traffic At Calabar Port Increases By 40% by front4line: 4:36am On Jun 02, 2018
Anna Okon

The number of vessels calling at Calabar Port has increased by 40 per cent since the end of the first quarter of this year.

The Port Manager, Calabar Port, Mrs. Olufunmilayo Olotu, disclosed this to our correspondent on the sidelines of a quarterly stakeholders’ forum organised by the Nigerian Ports Authority on Thursday.

She said, “The liquid bulk has increased due to the fact that for now, Calabar becomes the only outlet to make distribution to other locations that are connected to this axis. Ours is the only port that opens to the North East of Nigeria; so they are using Calabar as a base to distribute petroleum products.”

According to her, consultations with port management and investors had resulted in the exportation of 54,530 metric tonnes of cement from the Calabar Port to the Port of Tema in Ghana by Lafarge Africa in the fourth quarter of 2017.

She added that the voyages had been consistent, with an estimated 100,000 tonnes of cement expected to be exported from the Calabar Port every quarter.

She said, “We have been able to address the challenges. We are working on the harbour craft, the channels, port access roads and security.
