Pls I don't know if it's because of many years of being an introvert that causes this problem that is affecting because i am always weak I can't run raise my voice. Some say I act like a woman.even if I want to act agile or fast I can't .I just started a job that requires being strong ,fast,and bold but I can't do all that and the manager and supervisor are not finding it right with me.

Tomorrow Monday (5th May, 2025) is the date set for us to meet at the Oyo state ministry of women affairs and social inclusions, ONIREKE, IBADAN.

I just spoke with the officer in charge and she told me that the mother in-law didn't accept the letter of invitation sent by the ministry. She said that when an officer got to the address,she met with women but she rejected the letter of invitation, so the officer called his office (ministry) to inform his superior about the refusal to accept the letter and he was asked to give the phone to the "MIL". They introduced her to tell my "wife" to make herself available tomorrow at the ministry.

I called my wife but she didn't respond to my calls, she's deflecting my calls

I called the officer in charge again to be very sure if these people will show up tomorrow, they ask me to come



My question is this

What if they didn't show up? What's the next step?

As the schools resumed last week, my children are not enrolled in schools, probably helping the MIL to sell OGOGORO in her shop. This is second week of RESUMPTION, out of 13 weeks that make up a term.

Considering the cost of transportation these days, I want to set out for the journey as early as possible

Ask them to release those children to you so that you can look after them

Since Bandits attacked my village last year, we had to abandon the 2 bedroom home that I built.

We have moved into the main town and I managed to rent a small but spacious room for my growing family.

The problem is that me, my wife and children all sleep in the same room now. This has affected the Romance between my wife and I.

The older children sleep on the floor and our last 2 babies sleep on the same bed with us. We demarcated the bed with a small curtain for privacy.

I beg to disagree. Supporting your spouse has nothing to do with who earns more or gender. It is a family and both parties should work on making everything work. Irrespective of who earns more, the family should be cohesive and plan on both incomes based on whatever percentage of contribution is chosen or how they choose to share financial responsibility. On the other aspect, both should help to the best of each other's ability.

You contribution still gets down to support your wife in domestic chores

I have been thinking over this issue for almost a week now but I can't seem to come up with any solution.

I decided to learn barbing from the best hands in my state as against coming to Lagos now. My initial plan was to learn it from now to December so that by January I'll come to Lagos as advised by some nairalanders. But the only problem I'm facing is that the apprenticeship fee is high, infact, I can't afford it to say the least.

So I decided to submit more CV and application letter. I submitted cv's to ten hotels and two filling stations on the 14th and 15th though I'm yet to hear from any.

If I'm hired anytime soon, my plan is to be removing 20k/25k from my salary and be paying it to the barbing salon every month so that when I'm done paying the apprenticeship fee by year end then I'll resign from the job and start learning the barbing work.

Is this a doable task? Can I achieve this?

Why not open an account for that purpose and start saving for it

This is to avoid stories as things may change or plans may change and you can't get your money back

I think you have to think twice

First is are his other children aware of this plans, what is their interest in their father's farm, especially the make children

Secondly, can you take six months break to join him and see if uts something you can join in future and start your own, even if you relocate, you can still come around to visit your family when you are free

While with him, you can think of a more modern way of farming and find out the cist of acquiring those methods and weigh the benefits of it

The good thing is that, if it's profitable then you will be in payroll as you will be thr one controlling everything

But bear in mind that other members of the family may not find it comfortable, so seek for their involvement through your wife or through your father inlaw

This is to avoid problems with the whole thing

I have been manipulated by my "wife", in quote because I didn't pay her bride price, I did an introduction and they collected an EMPIRE BASKET full of fruits

We had 3 children together but my wife is JOBLESS and DESTRUCTIVE at the same time (double tragedy) I had set up a business for her on 3 different occasions but failed, I even sold my car and gave her the money without taking a dime.

We had a misunderstanding on 26/11/2024 and she went to bring civil defense officers to my place of work, on 27th/11/2024 I sent her packing.

They are currently at BARIKA, UI second gate, Ibadan, living with the grandmother. I told her to enrol the children in public schools in IBADAN, I gave her #30,200 in addition to 50 exercise books, school bag, 5kg rice, SALLAH clothe, school sandals. The items were sent through a commercial driver but she lied. I went to IBADAN on 18/4/2025 only to discovered that the children are not in school, they are helping the grandmother to sell OGOGORO in her shop.

I knelt down and begged the grandmother several times, I left IBADAN around 7:20pm and arrived ILORIN around 11:37pm due to heavy downpour. The grandmother is not responding to calls from my family members, even as I speak

I went to SANGO police station but I was told to go to the ministry of women affairs and social inclusions.

A date has been fixed 5/5/2025. I want the children to be enrolled in public schools and I will be sending the necessary writing materials and school fees through the School principal and class teachers

Apply for a divorce and custody of the children, I hope it will be granted for you
