Anambra billionaire state benefited most from this policy by sending their wards to enroll in the free public schools in these states and from there getting Lagos tax payers to pay for their WAEC and JAMB fees . Something Obi refused to do or even offer free education

Same Obi never renovated nor build a single school block and it is also on record that teachers in Anambra went on strike for 18 months over non payment of minimum wage with all public schools shuttered.

Obi was able to force them back to work by activating "no work, no pay"".

Meanwhile he was diverting public funds gotten free of charge from Federal allocations to his personal portfolios in the name of investment

The reason we as humans today have been burdened by so much laws is because certain taboos , Rubicon crossings were never anticipated to be a crime anyone will commit.
