Carry your Yoruba talk go corner. I'm not cut out for such empty talk.
We know what is paining you and it isn't Sheriff saying the obvious that obi is supportive of IPOB .

What is paining you Mazi FatimaAbubakar is that sheriff said that the north will never vote Peter Obi.

Some people don't look at themselves before talking. They project their evil characters on others. For Ali Modu Sheriff to accuse Peter Obi of not condeming Biafra shows that he's insane and needs mental help. This is the same man that has been openly promoting Boko Haram opening his smelly gutter gworo-chewing mouth to talk nonsense. Thunder fire am and his useless stupid online slaves!

From the ever lying camp of the Obidients .

Their hatred has made them batshit insane that they manufacture all manner of evil lies against every one not supporting their Agulu fraud .

Giringori Obi has been the greatest tempest on our democracy and nation and he and his obidient will fail and only make our democracy and nation stronger when they are finally defeated and sent packing from our public space .

Animal protein and milk are essential foods for growing children.

In my household we consume at least 20kg of beef monthly , 6 crates of eggs (the wife likes to bake ,,and the kids get to have at least an egg a day for breakfast).

Then factor milk and beverages.

Breakfast is the most expensive meal in my house.

But then you need to buy cooking oils , vegetables and fruits.

For a household of 3 , the OP isn't exaggerating .

He is feeding his family well.
Foreign AffairsRe: ‘show Us The Drug Dens’: South Africa Rejects Nigeria’s Compensation Demand by FSBoperator: 10:21am On Jul 05

This is dangerous.

First of all, 'weed and its other variants' are not harmless. It's called a gateway drug for a reason.

Second, there are people who use crack cocaine, heroin, crystal methamphetamines, rephnol, etc. in this country. Remember the mpuru miri explosion of a couple of years ago? There are markets for these drugs in major cities in this country - NDLEA has been warning for years that Nigeria risks a full blown drug explosion very soon if the drug trade isn't sucessfully contained.

This country is slowly making the transition from being a transit hub for moving these narcotics - to a production hub and - then finally, a consumer hub. When that happens we will all understand what hell really is.
This is one of the greatest dangers we are not fully addressing or refusing to acknowledge.

As you rightly said, Nigeria is now emerging as a major drug market.

All those opiates imported from India and now cannabis strains from Canada alongside synthetic cannabis (kolos) are now being made here alongside Meth.

For the Mexican cartel to now set up shop in Nigeria by having clandestine labs deep in forests and jungles shows there's a massive demand for these drugs.

There's also the terrorism and criminal demand for these drugs like meth which are used by bandits and terrorists when carrying out their missions.

That's why the sentencing laws for importing or manufacturing class A drugs like Meth are now life sentence .

We have a very serious problem as you rightly said with cannabis being the gateway drug to other more dangerous and highly addictive substances .

No sane person will try crack cocaine or meth for the first time. They usually graduate to it after abusing cannabis and need something stronger.

If I tell you I have a solution to this growing drug menace which I see everywhere around me , I will be lying to you.

But the first step is to go after the dealers and importers and make their life hell on earth to serve as an example.

I have seen too many young people wasting their lives away on drugs and some will never ever get off it only by the special grace of God.

Crack cocaine is also very big menace. If you see how that drug will bring someone down below the level of a mad man you will weep .

Drugs are scary and those who deal in it as a business are pure evil.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu Is Silently Restructuring Nigeria Without A National Conference by FSBoperator: 10:12am On Jul 05
This is why they are united against his govt.

Strong reforms are needed to fix this country .

Every state must look inward.

The power at the center must be watered down.

That's the only way to make the federating states stand on their feet .

De Centralisation of Power generation and State Policing and Liga autonomy are steps in the right direction.

All states must be ready to serve their people .
Foreign AffairsThey Have No Property In SA, This Is What They Are Crying Over by FSBoperator(op): 6:16pm On Jul 04
They are now demanding SA compensate them for phantom properties and businesses they claim to own in SA.

SA govt has told them that they should present their deeds of ownership to the govt who will help them liquidate it.

Note that there's no property .

They are crying over being kicked out from the most lucrative illicit drug market in Africa.

Even in the US, if you like own 50 houses , if ICE sees you are an illegal alien, they will deport your ass asap and you will leave the country within only what is on you.

Property claims and assets do not apply to illegal immigrants.

I remember a few years back in the early 2,000s a child hood friend of mine who traveled immediately after secondary school to Germany , telling me how every Nigerian hustler (there were no jobs nor social services for non Germans back then) used to carry on him his entire cash earnings and savings over fear that he might be arrested and deported at anytime.

He said that most Nigerians were sharing a flat with at least 5 to 7 others and if you were stashing your savings at the dwellings you not only risk having it stolen (without papers you can't open a bank account in Germany), or your fellow Nigerians you are sharing the flat with will rush back to the flat to ransack your personal belongings for cash and valuables if they heard that the Police had arrested you.

So I don't understand where this claim of demanding from SA govt to pay them off when they don't have or own any properties in SA and are illegal aliens whose rights to properties in the country deporting you do not exist.

Good heavens! Can you imagine what a human being who claims there's a brain and not mucous inside his head is talking? OP, are sure you're okay? So you mean that all Nigerians that fled SA are all criminals? Haba! What sort of education are people getting these days?
The amplifiers of the ongoing rightful expulsion of illegal immigrants in SA who are not gainfully employed but are running the drug dens and corners in SA are the ones making noise over this.

They want us to join them to fight SA as a patriotic duty to standup for all Nigerians irrespective if they are all criminals

I thought you guys said there's no jobs in SA?

So what are your people doing in SA?

How are they making a legitimate living ?

As I said, the people making the loudest noise over the rightful legal expulsion of illegal immigrants in SA are doing so because they are seeing the most lucrative illicit drug market slipping out of their hands

Which other country on the planet will tolerate an entire foreign nationality that do not work nor pay taxes but are solely into drug dealings and other sundry criminal ventures ?

You cry incessantly over foreigners from the Sahel invading Nigeria and being the ones running the industrial scale kidnapping operation in the NW and assisting Islamic terrorists to get guns and ammo, but you want your Narco Terrorists to remain in Africa's biggest and most lucrative illicit drug market to continue doing what they do.

What a travesty!

If it was Trump's America those your people crying xenophobia would have ran away to Mexico or risk being declared a national security threat and labelled as Narco Terrorists and will be tried under the RICO Act that will see them spend centuries in FPS facility in ADX , Florence -Arizona.

I blame the ultra liberal Marxist ANC who opened their borders to every Tom Dick and Harry in the first place and went real soft on crime .

If this was Boer White Afrikaans South Africa you won't even get a visa and if you did, your drug dealers would have been on Robbin Island faster than they can say chineke , serving long grueling hard time.

@OP.

Well-said. Cutting their noses to spite their faces, because of unprogressive and self-destructive egotisism, is what Nigerians excel at.

Which Nigerian-owned telecoms operator do we have at the level of MTN to make us believe we can nationalise it and run it as well as it operates currently? Glo?
And they want to get rid of a company that pays one of the highest corporate taxes, offers direct and indirect employment to tens of thousands of Nigerians, a company that helped built the tech industry through their cheap internet access that has seen to a growing digital economy.

And they are doing this because the town criers who are slandering South Africa are being denied the most lucrative drug market on the continent.

These are the same people that are funding Biafra seccesionist in IPOB to commit acts of terror on Nigerian security officers and are paying lobby firms in Washington to come and break Nigeria for them.

Are Nigerians so stupid ?

If MTN leaves Nigeria, no other multinational company will take her place .

So there goes the jobs, tax revenue and digital communication network we have so much evolved to depend on .

You can't fix stupid.
PoliticsTo All Those Calling For MTN To be Nationalized. by FSBoperator(op): 5:28pm On Jul 04
As I have said here, the people vilifying South Africa both online and offline are those same people who Ghana threw them out of their markets and these same people are not in anyway engaged in any legitimate business in South Africa.

They are not crying that South Africa is kicking them and taking over their properties.

Rather they are crying because one of the most lucrative illicit drug markets in the continent is being denied them.

Can anyone mention just one Nigerian owned business in South Africa that can compare up to 1% to that of MTN in terms of volume of cash flows and tax remittance to South Africa ?

And while you are at it, can you tell us what these drug cartels in SA contribute to Nigeria's socio-economic development ?
For those of you who want to attack South African owned businesses in Nigeria due to South Africa kicking out Nigerian criminals and are demanding that all South African businesses are shuttered down and taken over in a hostile retaliation , I want you to consider the following:

MTN Nigeria paid over #870bn in taxes and levies in 2025 to the FG. Their projected earnings for this year are expected to record a growth and so more taxes will go to the FG and states.

MTN Nigeria has also created massive job employment for their retail arm and also have Nigerian contracting firms maintaining their over 17,000 leased cell tower networks over Nigeria.

IHS Holding owns 16,000 towers in Nigeria, of which 14,600 are leased by MTN (approximately 80% of MTN’s tower portfolio).

American Tower Corporation (ATC) handles the remaining 13% of MTN’s tower portfolio, specifically taking over the lease of approximately 2,500 sites from IHS.

The two companies above hire Nigerians to maintain these towers and pay taxes, broadcast licenses and levies to state and federal govt.

Now for those of you demanding that NTN Nigeria be Nationalized or forcibly Nigerianized and handed to Nigerian companies , have you considered how NiTel crashed?

If MTN is to be Nationalized as some are demanding as a response to South Africa rightly kicking out Nigerian criminals, just note that it will be run down within one year of it being nationalized.

Nepotism - politicians and the new Nigerian management will fill it with their relatives, girlfriends, tribes people - which will lead to mediocrity and over bloated workforce.

Then there's corruption which will see politicians and management awarding inflated contracts to themselves and not even bothering to do the basic routine site maintenance. MTN will then be paying far more more for far less.

Embezzlement will engulf the Nationalized MTN with General Managers appointed to manage the company fleecing it dry through inflated and non existing business expenses , outright theft, etc.

Waste will then become the norm with the now over bloated executive staff wanting at least two brand new official vehicles (an SUV and a salon car).

The govt appointed MD will also require police and DSS 24hr security and he will be travelling aimlessly across Nigeria and the globe to attend useless seminars and summits on first class with a 30 man retinue drawn from MTN Nigeria directorate staff, National Assembly nominees drawn from the Senate committee for Communication. Ministry of Communication will also put the serving Ministers name, Perm Sec, directors to go on the jamboree holiday.
Let's not forget the govt appointed MTN board members and the Staff of Presidency, they too will go on the all expense holiday .

To keep their looting position, the management will then say they will reduce cost on tarrifs and the gullible will cheer and praise the new MTN govt Nationalized company.

Within one year, services will begin to breakdown and deteoriate to the point that it will take at least a day for a text message to be delivered. Calls won't go through because MTN Nigeria did not pay the lease on the cell towers. Internet service will be as slow as a snail and by that time Nigerians will be showing off with Elon Musk Starlink on their roof tops as a status symbol .

Before you know it, MTN Nigeria will approach the Presidency for bailout . The company is now on the red due to high operating cost, high indebtedness, corruption and ineptitude.

The FG will sack the board of directors and appoint a retired Army General to head the company whose only credentials was that he was once commander of the Nigerian Army Signal Corp.

In due time, network glitches that used to be for hours now last for days and excuses begin to pile up and the blame will go to vandals and terrorists blowing up base stations that MTN has since been disconnected by the owners . SIM cards will be as hard as getting a DISCO prepaid meter and you will pay 20 times what you are paying for a SIM and this is after you grease a staff in MTN Nigeria or their selected retailers some extra cash on top.

The FG will then get sense and then hand MTN Nigeria to the salvagers and undertakers in the NDIC to look for a suitable investor that will take over and run the company.

But this will be next to impossible since following MTN being nationalized, most multinational companies fled the country and are not willing to reinvest in Nigeria anymore.

So the company will now get bought for pennies by a group of oligarchs who will then transform basic mobile telecommunication and internet access to an elitist privilege.

The elite who now own what was formally MTN will ensure and make it know that mobile telecommunication is not a right but a privilege reserved for only the top 10% of society.

The NASS and Political class will agree as they will see that it is better the plebs don't have means to rally and incite against the ruling class.

I hope the travails of Nigerian criminals in SA whose cup don full and who contribute next to nothing meaningful to both SA and Nigeria was worth kicking MTN out of Nigeria .
