Trump is set to make a major nation-wide address by 6pm Nigerian time.

The UK PM and that of Australia are also going to make their own nation-wide address about the same time.

These 3 countries will be declaring full scale war.

Trump needs a joint session of the House to officially declare war and the UK and Australian PMs will need a populist vote in Parliament and the King of England approving it.

I believe Trump is going to declare war now when he still has some GOP legislators in Capitol Hill who will most likely lose their seats this upcoming midterms.

So in the name of Voter IDs that have never been a requirement in the entire US history, Trump wants to truncate the democratic process.

Do you know that if he is able to make due his threat (which he can't), every serving federal legislator automatically loses his or her seats on expiration of their tenure.

So no Legislative branch.

With no Legislative branch, then Trump can not even run his presidency since the Presidency needs Congressional approval for every dime they spend.

That means Trump will have to rule without the constitution and transform himself to a tyrant.

The US constitution does not recognize any federal body as the ones mandated to conduct elections.

Elections are conducted by the respective state legislative.

Let me ask you a simple question:

What then happens to the US Congress when Trump passes his dead on arrival EO postponing the midterm elections?

Are you aware that every serving Senator and Congressman and woman automatically must vacate their seats immediately their tenures expires?

That means the US will not have a legislative branch.

How can Trump run the US without an elected Congress? This alone is impossible as the US constitution puts more powers on Capitol Hill towards checking the excesses of a tyrant President.

Trump will not even be able to run the governmentas only Congress can appropriate money to the executive.

Even all appointments under POTUS within his exectutive branch will become null and void since Congress is mandated to screen and also conduct oversight functions on every executive appointee .

Elections in the US are not conducted by a Federal body but instead, it is the State legislative that sets the dates and determine the process.

Most states do not require IDs while some do.

Trump should have gotten his GOP state legislators to push for this to be mandatory and with a dedicated state issued ID system but being the dumbass he is, he thinks he can abuse his powers and declare an EO to postpone elections indefinitely.

So what then happens to those currently in Capitol Hill?

Their terms automatically comes to an end since they have not been subjected to another round of elections.

This will see the US not having a Federal legislative branch and from there Trump now becomes god-emperor.
