Ojiofor:You seem not to understand that one Nigeria doesn't give you the right to covet what is not yours . Also, why are Ibos in Sabon Garin, Kano not contesting for common local govt ward councillor ? |
Validated:Why should NDC field non indegenes and have party excos from the SE as ward chairman in Lagos? Back to the topic: So Ibos from outside their states have no business working in the state civil service of other SE states but you want to drag political office with Yorubas. |
NATIONALPASTOR:Liar. Tinubu was the first governor to employ non indegenes to which Ibos were the top beneficiaries . Tinubu even had Ibos as commissioners and heads of Lagos state agencies and special advicers. Have you forgotten Joe Igbokwe all of a sudden ? Even up till this moment Ibos are being employed into Lagos state civil service and agencies the most obvious being the young ibo girl that was insulting Yorubas and Lagos state while being employed by Lagos state Metro line. |
ogolemati:Focus on the topic at hand Why did your Giringori sack all non indegenes from Anambra public service. This act shows Obi as a highly bigoted person. I remember he also caused sectarian divide between Catholics and Protestants by favouring only Catholics with appointments and contracts and that he got some Catholic reverends in Anambra to tell their congregation to vote only Obi as against Ngige who is an Anglican. This is how he was raiding and gate crashing same Protestant and Evangelical churches across Nigeria that he despised when he was governor to vote him . His yes daddy tapes also show how crass and divisive your obi can be |
Ddeliverer007:Your votes no dey epp. You will cry blood for the next ten election cycles to come. |
Ojiofor:You don ditch Biafra project now because of elections. We know you will still return back to it when Tinubu is declared winner By the way, even if your entire populace troop out to vote Obi, he still can't win as the electoral law says a candidate must score at least 1/3rd of the votes from 2/3rd of all states in the federation including the FCT. Your obi can not get the minimum required 1/3rd votes outside his SE. This time around he will lose woefully . |
If there ever was a more blatant and crude display of executive xenophobia , Peter Obi takes the cake for arbitrarily sacking all non indegenes (including fellow Ibos from neighbouring SE states) from the Anambra State civil service and directed same be done for those in all local govt secretariat. Most of those affected were from Enugu as Enugu and Anambra were once under one state until it was split . The then Abia state governor retaliated and sacked indegenes from Anambra in the Abia state civil service We are made to believe that the sacking was part of Obi's cost saving measures despite Anambra paying far below the national minimum wage which Obi refused to implement. Can anyone explain beyond cost cutting measures why Obi will target non indegenes for sack ? Does this not contravene anti discriminatory laws set in place to deny employment based on tribe, gender , religion , etc? Also most of those sacked had spent years in the Anambra state civil service after getting employed by old Anambra state that included both present Anambra and Enugu. |
Ojiofor:So that's why you guys left your SE to contest and drag elective positions with Yorubas in Lagos . Well, from what I understand Lagos is no longer going to accommodate any of this rubbish anymore Feelers are that Desmond Elliot is being discarded to send a strong message to any usurper who comes from outside SW to drag public office and appointments with the Yoruba people After all your Obi even sacked non Anambra indigenes from the state civil service . |
Dalohad:Well at least you agree now that he is no longer Yoruba . |
adamusuleiman1:This is their mindset. One election win and they now see that position and the entire constituency as theirs. Nothing new though. Sardunna hinted us about this character in them . In old Eastern Nigeria, they wanted every position for themselves. A lowly clark position in Calabar under the Eastern Nigerian civil service went to them. The minority people and indegenes of the coastal provinces were not fit to be in employment everything was zoned by Zik to his own people. Funniest thing was how Simon Ekpa appointed only his fellow Ibos in his Biafra govt in exile and did not even seem it fit to appoint even a phantom SS person but he could draw maps to include them into his nonsense Biafra. |
Dalohad:He is an exact replica of all of you obidients |
Wotowotoman:Stick to your petty trade business. |
rummmy:Fir every 12 there is always a Judas What of Banjo ? He fought on the Biafran side and led an entire Biafran brigade to invade Midwest and later began a putsch to annex Western region. Does that mean Banjo being Yoruba automatically translates to the entire Yorubas supporting Biafra? The likes of Effiong were token appointments and he never represented SS people's political stance on Biafra. |
rummmy:If SS are your brother's, why are they not agitating to rejoin you in your Biafra? Do you want to overlook Adara Boro and the then minority agitation to leave your Eastern region for you? Apart from Ned, no one in SS wants to be part of you . |
Leepeak:The arid north with large swaths of unpopulated areas would have been best place to site this hub as they also have many moribund aerodromes but insecurity has killed the north The only place I can see this hub being sited is either at the new Ogun state airport or the proposed Lekki airport. |
BlocksNG:But you guys celebrate brewery business as the legacy of your Messiah. Airbus approached Nigeria that they want to setup shop here that will not only create employment but drastically reduce cost to local airlines who used to carry out their annual C-checks abroad. This will also see to skill transfer and empowerment of our technicians , transform moribund airport to be functioning . Being a proposed hub this investment will not only serve Nigeria's domestic airlines but also Africa and the ME. Do you know how much revenue and FX will be injected and generated from this Airbus proposal? Keep stocking shelves in your 2x4 lockup shop and leave business for people who understand real business and not trading. |
SmartPolician:Lamentor, you now know pass AI |
ResidentSnitch:Read what you wrote here while addressing whatever you see in the mirror. Hypocrite |
franchasofficia:Lame pathetic excuse. Even Buhari the centrist started devolution of power through granting of states to generate and keep energy without compelling them to transmit first ti the national grid. This is what you guys were hyping the dwarf in Abia even though it was a Federal initiative from the past government. Buhari even started the process to state police and correctional centres which your lazy thieving governors are refusing to implement. What of LG autonomy which this current Tinubu govt was able to mandate to ensure your tin god governors conduct LGA elections or have their funds withheld. In Abia, through legislative rascality, your dwarf governor was able to collapse revenue to LGAs under a single treasury account which he has refused to disburse to the LGAs . Even Solodu did same thing in Anambra. The honest truth is that you guys are not ready or even willing for autonomy as you can't wean yourselves from the free FG allocations. |
franchasofficia:Start from your state if you are serious about change . |
Streetinvestor2:I no be you who inherited long throat from your kwashiorkor grand parents. See your grand papa below

I can beat my chest and say I remain the only poster here who supported GEJ's attempt at removing subsidy in 2013 and Tinubu's reform to actually have the balls to do it All obidients complaining about subsidy removal were in support of GEJ removing it. Maybe because it was coming on the advice of that wiccan witch , Ngozu. Also, all BATists today opposed it and protested on the streets over it. Even the President was on the streets to protest it's removal. But to APC credit they openly declared that their position back then was driven purely out of politics to oust the GEJ govt from office. So when you see obidient Marxists complaining today about subsidy removal, know also they are more pretentious as their champion Giringori has not even hinted on returning us back to the wasteful subsidy era. |
Teymanhenry:Nigerians don't understand that fuel pump price is driven by international market prices. As long as there are JVs with foreign companies in crude extraction , fuel prices will be determined by international pricing . I blame Obasanjo for this wasteful and stupid policy he enacted in 1978 following the commissioning of state owned refineries. Even Gowon did not offer subsidy nor did the inaugural civilian adminstration because they knew it was wasteful. |
BCISLTD:From what I know about Dangote, he will have any of his staff prosecuted to the full extent of the law if they steal from him talk more of sabotaging him. This your assumption is wrong as Dangote is an effective and ruthless manager of resources and labour and if any hint of such occurs he won't hesitate to clear house or have those involved arrested and prosecuted for sabotage . |
T helinues:The zikist got Zik into power at least even though he was a fifth wheel until he cunningly got the Republican act that transformed him as HoS in 1963 which saw Zik exploit it to the fullest by appointing his co ethnics into all Federal positions. The year 1963 was an epoch year for Ibos until it collapsed in 1964 when the northerners finally saw the hidden agenda with Zik insisting he and he alone can appoint the first indigenous head of the army. The 1964 constitutional crisis stemmed from the NPC falling out with the NCNC and not the violence recorded in the western region as falsely claimed by zikists and their apologists The coalition govt was in deep crisis of imploding and this would have seen the NPC entering into an alliance with the Western region but Belawa caved in and allowed Zik to appoint Ironsi to no one's surprise given Zik's clannish and open ethnocentrism and nepotism. But the north had an ace up their sleeve which was to support the total and full balkanizarion of the Eastern region by openly supporting the COR region movement. This led to Zik activating his minions in the military to overthrow the govt and destroy regionalism. Don't you see how these same obidient Marxists are desperate to destroy ethnic identities and are the ones screaming tribalism while being the majority culprits of same tribalism. |
truthhurtsnaira:The issue here is you obidients just want the old system of federal milking to continue be it in subsidized fuel or FX. Time of kicking the can down the road to the next generation to deal with it is over. My children will not inherit a broken Nigeria bankrupted because of free oil money that is embezzled by people like obi or a future they can't get a job because the FG outsourced production because trader obi and co want to continue leaching the few FX we had to maintain their import based economic model. On import based economy, I blame Alex Ekwemme as head of Shagari's economic team that liberalised imports so you guys can recover from the war and destroy our production based that was located in the SW. |
helinues:Nothing new We had the zikist Marxist movement that is identical to the obidient woke crowd whose only agenda is to enthrone an ethnic champion. They will fail this time around spectacularly and they won't have option of doing another senseless coup . |
ResidentSnitch:And if we vote your obi it will magically disappear abi? |
Whether you like it or not, Nigeria is under the control of some puppeteer(s), and Obi has continuously given off a suave of someone who's not willing to be a 'puppet', which is one of the pre-requisites of overseeing an office of such magnitude. Your obi has severally exposed himself as a gatekeeper and a conformist and nothing like the reformist you all claim he is. What is Obi's stance on the flawed 1999 constitution which he pledged to uphold if elected and has severally been quoted as saying the military handed and drawn constitution is perfect and not the problem? My opposition to obi stems from this his dubious position which he was using to get northern elite support in the last elections Even Simon Ekpa published a video of obi before a group of northern elders swearing to maintain the status quo as per the constitution. Also look at why obidients are attacking this current govt over the reforms that are a backend move to empower states and local govt and water down the Federal govt. Has the obidient movement position not looking more and more like what a typical Fulani rent seeking northerner is all for? |
